Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种孔道交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体,其特征在于仅用波形板卷制成金属蜂窝载体,突破了平板+波形板的传统结构,孔道交错相通,不再是互不相通的单一直通孔道结构,由于设计巧妙,取消了平板,仅使用波形板制成内芯,节省金属箔带材料用量超过35%。新结构的金属蜂窝载体,气阻更低、气流分布更均匀,解决了传统平板+波形板金属蜂窝载体内芯气流分布不均匀、催化剂利用率不足等问题,适用于各种用途发动机的尾气净化催化剂涂覆用金属蜂窝载体。

技术领域
本实用新型主要涉及催化转化器金属载体,尤其涉及一种仅使用波形板卷制成的孔道交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体。
背景技术
催化转化器是一种发动机尾气净化装置,它能净化发动机排出的一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物 (HC) 和氮氧化物 (NOX)。催化转化器的外部为不锈钢壳体,内部为金属蜂窝内芯。现有技术领域金属蜂窝载体的内芯形状主要有同心圆形和S 形两种,其内芯结构都是由若干平板+波形板卷制而成,内芯各孔道互不相通,发动机尾气在通过金属蜂窝内芯时,气流由中心向四周扩散分布,流量由中心向外递减,互不相通的孔道结构造成内芯中间的催化剂容易老化,而内芯四周的催化剂利用率不足,耐久后的催化剂活性显著下降,同时也造成了贵金属资源的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种孔道交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体,它能有效改善传统的平板+波形板金属蜂窝载体气流分布不均等技术缺陷。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:本发明使用至少一层倾斜角度大于等于2°的波形板卷制成同心圆形或S形蜂窝内芯,外圈用金属外壳固定,通过钎焊构成整体作为金属蜂窝载体。所述金属蜂窝载体内芯仅用波形板卷制而成,波峰与波峰为点接触并通过钎焊连接,内芯孔道交错相通,作为催化剂涂覆用金属蜂窝载体。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:既能降低载体和催化剂成本,又能提高催化剂的转化效率和利用率。本实用新型提供的高性能金属蜂窝载体,解决了传统平板+波形板金属蜂窝载体内芯气流分布不均匀、催化剂利用率不足等问题。
所述的壳体截面包括圆形、椭圆形、方形和跑道形。
本实用新型的优点:结构设计巧妙,取消了平板,仅使用波形板制成内芯,节省内芯箔带材料用量超过35%。本实用新型提供的金属蜂窝载体,内芯孔道交错相通,气阻更低、气流分布更均匀,提高了催化剂的利用率。同内芯体积的金属蜂窝载体,可降低催化剂贵金属的涂覆量同时能满足发动机的排放要求。

参见附图,一种仅用波形板卷制成的交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体,包括使用至少一层倾斜角度大于等于2°的波形板1,角度交错卷制成同心圆形或S 形蜂窝内芯,外圈使用金属壳体2固定,通过钎焊构成整体作为金属蜂窝载体。

1.一种孔道交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体,其特征在于:使用至少一层倾斜角度大于等于2°的波形板,角度交错卷制成同心圆形或S形蜂窝内芯,外圈使用金属壳体固定,通过钎焊构成整体作为金属蜂窝载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种孔道交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体,其特征在于:仅用波形板卷制成同心圆形或S形金属蜂窝内芯,内芯孔道交错相通,波形板的波峰之间为点接触,并通过钎焊连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种孔道交错型高性能金属蜂窝载体,其特征在于:所述载体截面包括圆形、椭圆形、方形和跑道形。
