本实用新型主要涉及催化转化器载体,尤其涉及一种疏密分布型同心金属蜂窝载体。 
背景技术
汽车催化转化器是一种发动机机外净化装置,它能净化汽车发动机排出的一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物(HC)、碳氢化合物(HC)和氮氧化物(NO)。仅能净化CO和HC的催化转化器为氧化型催化转化器;能净化CO、HC和NO对环境污染的催化转化器为三效催化转化器。催化转化器的最外部为不锈钢壳体,其内部为催化剂载体;随着社会的发展,催化剂载体的形状也在不断改变过程中,其形状由层状、螺旋状、十字架状发展到常用的S型状和SM型状,其内部结构无论是50目-1000目或以上的全部是从心部到四周的孔是均匀分部的,但由于动力在排放尾气时气体在通过金属蜂窝载体时中心部位气体流量,以中心为原点向四周扩散,中心部气体流量最快,催化剂利用率较高,四周由于动力在尾气排放时气体流量越小同时催化剂利用率就越少,不能达到催化剂的合理利用,成本高,同时造成了资源的浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足,提供了一种疏密分布型同心金属蜂窝载体,解决了已有的载体内部孔是均匀分部的,四周由于动力在尾气排放时气体流量越小同时催化剂利用率就越少,不能达到催化剂的合理利用,使用成本高等问题。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 
一种疏密分布型同心金属蜂窝载体,包括有壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有平面板和波形板卷制而成的同心的金属蜂窝载体,所述平面板与波形板的波峰之间通过焊膏焊接材料焊接为一体,所述金属蜂窝载体中从中心到外圈的分布通过波纹板孔目数变化由密到疏,所述金属蜂窝载体中涂敷有催化剂。 
所述的壳体的截面为包括圆形、椭圆形、扁圆形、长方形、正方形或三角形。 
所述的金属蜂窝载体通过两层平面板和一层波形板卷制而成,所述平面板位 于波形板的两侧,且与波形板的波峰之间通过焊膏焊接材料焊接为一体。 
所述金属蜂窝载体中从中心到外圈的分布由密到疏,从而由中心向外孔目数渐渐增大,汽车各种发动机尾气先经过密排内圈金属蜂窝载体再向疏排的外圈金属蜂窝载体扩散,经过内圈向外圈扩散的尾气中有害气体逐渐减少,外圈金属蜂窝载体由于排布较疏,其上的催化剂也较少,这样保证了内、外圈的金属蜂窝载体上的催化剂能同时消耗完毕得到利用,可提高载体中涂覆的催化剂得到更高的转化利用,同时节约大量催化剂成本,可根据需要做出与壳体相应的形状。

本实用新型结构简单,通过金属蜂窝载体内部由密到疏的结构设计,达到了催化剂的合理利用,降低了使用成本,适用于各种动力或车辆的排放的催化的转化功能的载体。

参见附图,一种疏密分布型同心金属蜂窝载体,包括有壳体1,壳体1内设有两层平面板2和一层波形板3卷制而成的同心的金属蜂窝载体,平面板2位于波形板3的两侧,且与波形板3的波峰之间通过焊膏焊接为一体,金属蜂窝载体中从中心到外圈相邻平面板2或相邻波形板3之间的距离越来越大,所述金属蜂窝载体中涂敷有催化剂;所述的壳体1的截面为圆形、椭圆形、扁圆形、长方形、正方形或三角形等任意不规则型状。

1.一种疏密分布型同心金属蜂窝载体,包括有壳体,所述壳体内设有由平面板和波形板卷制而成的同心的金属蜂窝载体,其特征在于:所述平面板与波形板的波峰之间通过焊膏焊接为一体,所述金属蜂窝载体中从中心到外圈的分布由密到疏,所述金属蜂窝载体中涂敷有催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏密分布型同心金属蜂窝载体,其特征在于:所述的壳体的截面为包括圆形、椭圆形、扁圆形、长方形、正方形或三角形。
