目前汽车市场上商用卡车多为非承载式车身结构，该结构使发动机舱大部分或全部裸露于前轮飞溅范围内，普通的汽车护轮板仅防止汽车车轮沿直线行驶时的飞溅物，不能阻挡汽车转向时轮胎飞转所产生的溅污及飞石损害发动机舱，导致汽车在长期使用情况下飞溅物溅射或累积于发动机周边线束、散热器甚至于前端轮系，从而带来电器系统失效、散热器散热性能下降或皮带轮磨损打滑等失效模式，影响整车性能。

一种汽车前轮防飞溅结构，包括前轮护轮板和驾驶室地板纵梁，在前轮护轮板和驾驶室地板纵梁之间安装前轮防飞溅护板。
所述前轮防飞溅护板两边有安装孔，通过两边安装孔分别与前轮护轮板和驾驶室地板纵梁的对应位置上的孔用螺栓连接。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：能有效阻挡汽车转向时轮胎飞转时所产生的溅污及飞石损害发动机舱。
