本实用新型涉及一种新型预制钢模板。 
背景技术
目前在T型混凝土预制中,钢模板调整时间长,拆模难度大,延长了施工周期,安装后的模板在浇筑时,混凝土底部的压力容易顶起侧模板,导致侧模板上浮,从而影响了施工质量。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述缺陷提供了一种结构合理,防止侧模板上浮,拆模方便,缩短施工周期的T型预制钢模板。 
 [0004]本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种新型预制钢模板,包括侧模、底模、横梁和支撑装置,底模设置在横梁上部,两个侧模分别通过支撑装置设置在底模两侧上部,其特征是:还包括防上浮装置和落模装置,落模装置设置在横梁与侧模之间,并在两个侧模的底部呈对称分布,防上浮装置对称分布设置在侧模底部的外侧,落模装置和防上浮装置为交替排列;所述的防上浮装置包括楔块、压块和螺栓,楔块固定连接在侧模底部的外侧,压块呈拐角状,压块一端与横梁为铰接连接,另一端设置有与楔块匹配的倾斜面并靠接与楔块外侧,在压块上、靠近楔块的那端通过螺栓与横梁进行连接;所述的落模装置,包括顶板、支撑块、竖板和转杆,竖板竖向设置在转杆的后端,转杆通过其中部设置的转轴与底板铰接连接,支撑块设置在底板上部、竖板的后侧,竖板的高度高于支撑块的高度,顶板由水平板和倾斜板组成拐角状,顶板的水平板的前部搭在竖板上部,顶板的倾斜板的后部与支撑块为铰接连接,所述的顶板位于侧模的底部,支撑块位于侧模底部内侧,转杆及转轴位于侧模底部的外侧。
本实用新型通过在侧模下部设置了防上浮装置,可以防止在浇筑T型混凝土时,模板底部因压力较大而导致两侧模上浮现象,确保施工质量,本实用新型设置的落模装置,拆模时使两个侧模均形成一个下落的空间,方便侧模脱落,缩短拆模时间,提高施工进度。 
本实用新型还设计了提拉装置,提拉装置设置在边模上部的内侧,提位装置包括连接板和提拉板,提拉板通过连接板与边模为可拆卸式连接,提拉板上横向设置有凹槽,凹槽截面呈半圆形并与所浇筑混凝土上的钢筋的外圆相匹配。 
本实用新型通过利用提拉装置可方便将浇筑好的混凝土与侧模分离,利于脱模操作,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述,图1为本实用新型的一种实施例,包括侧模1、底模2、横梁3和支撑装置,底模2设置在横梁3上部,两个侧模1分别通过支撑装置设置在底模2两侧上部,边模4设置在侧模1上部,还包括防上浮装置和落模装置5,落模装置5设置在横梁3与侧模1之间,并在两个侧模1的底部呈对称分布,防上浮装置对称分布设置在侧模1底部的外侧,落模装置5和防上浮装置为交替排列。所述的防上浮装置包括楔块7、压块6和螺栓,楔块7固定连接在侧模1底部的外侧,压块6呈拐角状,压块6一端与横梁3为铰接连接,另一端设置有与楔块7匹配的倾斜面并靠接与楔块7外侧,在压块6上、靠近楔块7的那端通过螺栓与横梁3进行连接。所述的落模装置5,包括顶板11、支撑块14、竖板12和转杆13,竖板12竖向设置在转杆13的后端,转杆13通过其中部设置的转轴与底板15铰接连接,转杆13可带动竖板12转动。支撑块14设置在底板15上部、竖板12的后侧,竖板12的高度高于支撑块14的高度,顶板11由水平板和倾斜板组成拐角状,顶板11的水平板的前部搭在竖板12上部,顶板11的倾斜板的后部与支撑块14为铰接连接,所述的顶板11位于侧模1的底部,顶板11的水平板可以由竖板12支撑,水平板与竖板12为活动连接,当旋转转杆13,转杆13带动竖板12转动至一定角度时,竖板12不在支撑水平板,水平板下落时与侧模1形成空间有利于脱模。脱模装置中的支撑块14位于侧模1底部内侧,转杆13及转轴位于侧模1底部的外侧。 
本实施例中,在边模4上部的内侧设置有提拉装置,提位装置包括连接板21和提拉板22,提拉板22通过连接板21与边模4为可拆卸式连接,提拉板22上横向设置有凹槽,凹槽截面呈半圆形并与所浇筑混凝土上的钢筋的外圆相匹配。 
本实用新型中的防上浮装置和落模装置5交替、对称布置于侧模1底部,T型混凝土预制钢模板中的各模板安装连接后,使防上浮装置中的压块6与楔块7靠紧,通过拧紧螺栓将压块6压紧楔块7,这样就可以实施浇筑混凝土了。浇筑完毕需要拆模时,转动转杆13,使竖板12脱离支撑顶板11的水平板,水平板下落不再支撑侧模1并与侧模1形成空间,这样方便拆模操作。 
在拆模过程中,还可以利用提拉装置中提拉板22与所浇筑混凝土上的钢筋相扣紧,有利于混凝土与侧模1等模板分离,提高工作效率。 
本实用新型具有结构简单,成本低,盖板提升省时省力,安全性高,使用方便的特点。

1.一种新型预制钢模板,包括侧模、底模、横梁和支撑装置,底模设置在横梁上部,两个侧模分别通过支撑装置设置在底模两侧上部,其特征是:还包括防上浮装置和落模装置,落模装置设置在横梁与侧模之间,并在两个侧模的底部呈对称分布,防上浮装置对称分布设置在侧模底部的外侧,落模装置和防上浮装置为交替排列;所述的防上浮装置包括楔块、压块和螺栓,楔块固定连接在侧模底部的外侧,压块呈拐角状,压块一端与横梁为铰接连接,另一端设置有与楔块匹配的倾斜面并靠接与楔块外侧,在压块上、靠近楔块的那端通过螺栓与横梁进行连接;所述的落模装置,包括顶板、支撑块、竖板和转杆,竖板竖向设置在转杆的后端,转杆通过其中部设置的转轴与底板铰接连接,支撑块设置在底板上部、竖板的后侧,竖板的高度高于支撑块的高度,顶板由水平板和倾斜板组成拐角状,顶板的水平板的前部搭在竖板上部,顶板的倾斜板的后部与支撑块为铰接连接,所述的顶板位于侧模的底部,支撑块位于侧模底部内侧,转杆及转轴位于侧模底部的外侧。
