本实用新型涉及一种降温箱，特别是一种降温集米箱。
背景技术
大米加工是连续流水线作业，往往因后包装工序事故造成前工段停机或空机运转，再之大米加工从初清、砻谷、碾白、分级、色选、抛光等一系列机械加工，大米温度高于室内常温，温度高装入不透气包装袋后，大米易发热霉变。或因高水分大米包装后在一定时间内因水分流失而造成短斤少量问题，从而引起不必要纠纷。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为了克服上述缺陷而提供的一种降温集米箱。
本实用新型通过下述方案实施：一种降温集米箱，包括箱体、箱体上部的进料口和排气口，箱体的内壁设有气体分布板、外部设有鼓风机，鼓风机位于气体分布板的下方位置。
所述气体分布板为不锈钢板，且均匀分布着圆孔。
所述鼓风机的空气入口处设有过滤丝网。
本实用新型设备简单，投资小，能降低大米温度，防霉变，延长大米储存期。

具体实施方式
一种降温集米箱，包括箱体1、箱体1上部的进料口和排气口，鼓风机3设置在箱体1的侧下方位置，冷空气经鼓风机空气入口处的过滤丝网过滤后进入鼓风机3，吹入箱体1的内部，大米经箱体1上的进料口流入箱体1内，大米在自由降落的过程中依次经过设置在箱体1内壁的气体分布板2和设置在箱体1侧下方的鼓风机3所在位置，到达箱体1的底部。大米在下落过程中与自下而上的冷空气接触后达到降温的目的，大米散发的热量则由空气带走，经过箱体1上部的排气口排出。

1.一种降温集米箱，包括箱体（1）、箱体（1）上部的进料口和排气口，其特征在于：箱体（1）的内壁设有气体分布板（2）、外部设有鼓风机（3），鼓风机（3）位于气体分布板（2）的下方位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降温集米箱，其特征在于：气体分布板（2）为不锈钢板，且均匀分布着圆孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降温集米箱，其特征在于：鼓风机（3）的空气入口处设有过滤丝网。
