本实用新型公开了一种炭黑冷却器，其包括箱框，在箱框内部设有斜置的导流板，在箱框上部靠近导流板高端处设有炭黑进口，在箱框底部靠近导流板低端处设有炭黑出口，在箱框一侧且位于导流板背面设有空气进口，位于导流板正面的箱框另一侧设有空气出口。为了控制空气量，可以在空气进口或者空气出口处设有空气控制阀。本实用新型采用简单的导流板，箱框，炭黑进出口，空气流通进出口，空气控制阀等就达到冷却效果，并在冷却颗粒炭黑过程中达到去除颗粒中粉尘的效果，其结构接单，投资相对较小。

本实用新型涉及炭黑生产设备，具体是一种既可以冷却炭黑颗粒又可以去除颗粒中粉尘的设备。 
背景技术
通常的炭黑颗粒冷却是利用颗粒在输送过程中自然散热，这样的方法稳定性和可靠性都差。现有技术公开一种“炭黑快速冷却除尘装置”（公开号CN201065393，公开日2008-05-28），该炭黑快速冷却除尘装置包括筒体,筒体顶部设有炭黑进料口,筒体下部设有炭黑出料口,筒体内正对炭黑进料口设有向下倾斜着的筛板, 筛板下的筒体壁上设有进风口,上方设有出风口,出风口处设有风机。该装置能够起到冷却炭黑颗粒的效果，但是该装置结构比较复杂，投资较大。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、投资更小的炭黑冷却器。 
本实用新型所述的一种炭黑冷却器，其包括箱框，在箱框内部设有斜置的导流板，在箱框上部靠近导流板高端处设有炭黑进口，在箱框底部靠近导流板低端处设有炭黑出口，在箱框一侧且位于导流板背面设有空气进口，位于导流板正面的箱框另一侧设有空气出口。 
为了控制空气量，可以在空气进口或者空气出口处设有空气控制阀。 
本实用新型的有益效果： 
本实用新型设备是将炭黑生产过程中进入成品储罐时的成品炭黑进行快速冷却，控制产品温度，防止产品超温而引发事故。该设备的工作原理是利用常温空气和成品颗粒炭黑充分混合而进行热量交换，达到冷却颗粒炭黑的效果。与现有技术相比：本设备是采用简单的导流板，箱框，炭黑进出口，空气流通进出口，空气控制阀等就达到冷却效果，并在冷却颗粒炭黑过程中达到去除颗粒中粉尘的效果。其结构接单，投资相对较小。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述一种炭黑冷却器，其包括箱框1，在箱框1内部设有斜置的导流板2，在箱框2上部靠近导流板2高端处设有炭黑进口3，在箱框2底部靠近导流板2低端处设有炭黑出口4，在箱框2一侧且位于导流板2背面设有空气进口5，位于导流板2正面的箱框2另一侧设有空气出口6。在空气进口5或者空气出口6处设有空气控制阀7。

1.一种炭黑冷却器，其特征在于，包括箱框（1），在箱框（1）内部设有斜置的导流板（2），在箱框（2）上部靠近导流板（2）高端处设有炭黑进口（3），在箱框（2）底部靠近导流板（2）低端处设有炭黑出口（4），在箱框（2）一侧且位于导流板（2）背面设有空气进口（5），位于导流板（2）正面的箱框（2）另一侧设有空气出口（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑冷却器，其特征在于，在空气进口（5）或者空气出口（6）处设有空气控制阀（7）。
