Abstract

本实用新型提供一种组装于液压无级变速器中的液压无级变速器用推力轴承,其包括:与变量液压泵的活塞室的活塞接触的内圈;固定于斜板上的外圈;和藉助保持架保持在内圈与外圈之间的多个滚动体,其特征在于:上述内圈的沟底厚Ti不小于滚珠直径的40%,上述外圈的沟底厚Te不小于滚珠直径的15%,且Ti/Te的比值大于1、且不超过3。由此,能够防止内圈的损坏,实现长寿命的液压无级变速器用推力轴承。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及液压无级变速器用推力轴承。 
背景技术
在联合收割机、拖拉机、插秧机、剪草机等农业机械中,正在进行从齿轮变速箱方式向液压无级变速器的转变。在这样的液压无级变速器中,在将轴的旋转力变换为液压时或者将液压变换为轴的旋转力时承受着活塞压力的部分,采用了推力轴承(例如参照专利文献1)。

实用新型内容
实用新型要解决的课题 
近年来,随着液压无级变速器的小型化,组装在其中的推力轴承也趋于小型化,且在高载荷条件下使用。特别是推力轴承的与液压无级变速器的活塞抵接的内圈承受了很大的载荷,有时候可能会出现损坏。 
本实用新型就是鉴于上述情况而提出的技术方案,其目的在于提供一种防止内圈的损坏,实现了长寿命的液压无级变速器用推力轴承。 
解决课题的手段 
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型提供一种组装于液压无级变速器中的液压无级变速器用推力轴承,其包括:与变量液压泵的活塞室的活塞接触的内圈;固定在斜板上的外圈;藉助保持架保持在内圈与外圈之间的多个滚动体,其特征在于:上述内圈的沟底厚Ti不小于滚珠直径的40%,上述外圈的沟底厚Te不小于滚珠直径的15%,并且Ti/Te的比值大于1,且不超过3。此外,优选为内圈的沟底厚Ti的上限为滚珠直径的40%的1.2~1.5倍,外圈的沟底厚Te的上限为滚珠直径的15%的1.2~1.5倍。 
实用新型效果 
在本实用新型的液压无级变速器用推力轴承中,由于使液压无级变速器的与变量液压泵的活塞室的活塞接触的内圈与固定在斜板上的外圈相比壁厚更厚,因此,即使受到活塞导致的高载荷,也能够抑制损坏,实现长寿命。而且,能够使组合了内圈、外圈和滚珠的推力轴承整体的高度变薄,实现节省空间化。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,详细说明本实用新型的液压无级变速器用推力 轴承。 
图1是表示液压无级变速机构的一例的截面图,液压无级变速器30包括:将由未图示的发动机传递至输入轴31的旋转驱动力变换为液压压力的变量液压泵32;和使液压压力回复到旋转驱动力并传递至输出轴40的变量液压马达41,将传递至输入轴31的旋转驱动力无级变换为前进侧、后退侧的驱动力,从输出轴40输出,或者停止该输出。 
变量液压泵32具有与输入轴31一体转动的液压缸组33;配置在液压缸组33的圆周方向的多个位置,在活塞室34内往复运动的凸头活塞(nose piston)35;和沿着导块36的引导面转动的斜板37。变量液压泵32通过斜板37的转动操作,改变凸头活塞35的往复运动冲程,来改变从活塞室34喷出的油量。在斜板37上,在与凸头活塞35的前端部接触的位置配置推力轴承10,使推力轴承10与斜板37一同转动。 
如图2所示,推力轴承10中,具有内圈滚道面11的内圈12和具有外圈滚道面13的外圈14对向配置,在内圈滚道面11与外圈滚道面13之间,配置着能够自由滚动的作为滚动体的多个滚珠15。而且,推力轴承10具有将多个滚珠15等间隔地保持在圆周方向上的保持架16。 
此外,内圈12能够旋转,在与形成有内圈滚道面11的面呈相反侧的端面21与凸头活塞35的前端部接触。另一方面,外圈14固定在斜板37上。因此,推力轴承10由内圈12承受从凸头活塞35接受的高载荷,藉助滚珠15向固定在斜板37上的外圈14侧分散。 
在本实用新型中,通过将承受了高载荷的内圈12设定得与外圈14相比壁厚较厚,能够提高对于来自凸头活塞35的载荷的耐受性,从而防止损坏。具体而言,使内圈12的沟底厚Ti不小于滚珠15的直径D的40%,使外圈14的沟底厚Te不小于滚珠15的直径D的15%,并且使Ti/Te的值大于1,且不超过3。 
上述尺寸能够通过设定以滚珠15支承内圈12或外圈14的两端,承受凸头活塞35所导致的载荷的梁,对内圈12及外圈14的材料和厚度、载荷、弯曲应力的关系进行模拟来求得。 
具体而言,在由SUJ2制造内圈12、外圈14和滚珠15,使滚珠15的直径D为14.288mm,使凸头活塞35所导致的载荷为790kgf/cm2时,在内圈12中,使沟底厚Ti相对于滚珠15的直径D不小于40%;在外圈14中,沟底厚Te相对于滚珠15的直径D不小于15%,并且Ti/Te为2.67的情况下,根据弯曲应力的计算,计算出内圈12和外圈14不致断裂的尺寸。 
另外,内圈12的沟底厚Ti和外圈14的沟底厚Te相对于滚珠15的直径D的比率的上限均没有限制,但是,如果厚达必要量以上,也会导致成本增加。因此,内圈12的沟底厚Ti和外圈14的沟底厚Te均优选为上述最小厚度的1.2~1.5倍。 
此外,通过采用上述尺寸,既能够使组合了内圈12、外圈14和滚珠15的推力轴承整体的高度H变薄,还能够实现节省空间化。具体而言,与内圈12和外圈14采用相同的沟底厚的情况相比,使内圈12的沟底厚Ti为滚珠15的直径的40%、使外圈14的沟底厚Te为滚珠15的直径的15%、且Ti/Te比值为2.67时,推力轴承整体的高度H即使减少15%,在相同载荷下,也能够防止内圈12的损坏。 
详细地并参照了特定的实施方式说明了本实用新型,但在不脱离本实用新型的主旨和范围的前提下,可进行各种变更和修正,这对于本领域技术人员而言是明确的。

Claims (2)

1.一种液压无级变速器用推力轴承,其组装在液压无级变速器中,具有:与变量液压泵的活塞室的活塞接触的内圈;固定在斜板上的外圈;和藉助保持架保持在内圈与外圈之间的多个滚动体,其特征在于: 
所述内圈的沟底厚Ti不小于滚珠直径的40%,所述外圈的沟底厚Te不小于滚珠直径的15%,而且,Ti/Te的比值大于1、且不超过3。 
2.如权利要求1所述的液压无级变速器用推力轴承,其特征在于: 
所述内圈的沟底厚Ti的上限为滚珠直径40%的1.2~1.5倍,所述外圈的沟底厚Te的上限为滚珠直径15%的1.2~1.5倍。
