求书所述的支撑部件的实例,圆筒支撑部件3可以是壳体2端部的外表 面。从动皮带轮4被设计成圆环的形式,其橫断面为马蹄形,在该马蹄 形断面的内部空间内设置了一个电磁线圏6,其被固定到所述壳体2的 端面上。在另一方面,在转动轴l从壳体2中伸出的那一端部上固定了 一连接支架7,且环绕着该连接支架7,利用一弹簧片9支撑着一块用 磁性材料制成的环形板8。如图5所示,当上述电磁线圏6中未通电时, 环形板8受弹簧片9的弹性作用而与从动皮带轮4离开一定距离。但是, 当向电磁线圉6通电时,环形板8受到吸引而粘合到该从动皮带轮4上, 以便于将从动皮带轮4的转动力传递给转动轴1。也就是说,上述的电 磁线圏6、环形板8以及弹簧片9组合起来而构成了一个电磁离合器10, 用于将从动皮带轮4与转动轴1接合起来、或使二者分离开。在上述的结构中,利用双列径向滚珠轴承5来可转动地支撑从动皮 带轮4,甚至在从动皮带轮4上套绕的环形带11 (图中虚线所示)向从 动皮带轮4施加了一定非平衡栽荷的情况下,也很少有可能导致构成所 述双列径向滚珠轴承的外座團12与内座團13的中心轴线出现错位(倾 斜)。因而,通过防止所述从动皮带轮4的转动中心发生倾斜,使上述 双列径向滚珠轴承5的耐用性得到保证,并避免了环形带11的局部磨 损。但是,如采用上述的双列径向滚珠轴承5,则不可避免的是:结构 的轴向尺寸会增大。在许多情况下,从动皮带轮4的转动支撑结构必须 要被设置在有限的空间内,因而不希望轴向尺寸增大。除此之外,轴向 尺寸的增大还会导致相应组成部件的成本增加。通过用单列深槽型径向滚珠轴承取代所述的双列径向滚珠轴承5来 作为用于支撑上述从动皮带轮4的滚珠轴承,则将该转动支撑结构安装 到有限空间内的设计就变得容易了。但是,在采用简单的单列深槽型径 向滚珠轴承的情况下,如向所述的从动皮带轮4施加一个弯矩载荷,则 只有很小的抗力阻止从动皮带轮4发生倾斜,从而会增大作为单列径向 滚珠轴承组成部件的外座團的中心轴线与内座圏中心轴线之间的不对 正度。这不仅会导致上述径向滚珠轴承的耐用性不足,而且会使绕在上 述从动皮带轮4上的环形带11出现显著的局部磨损。考虑到上述的问题,现有技术中提出了一种单列四点接触型径向滚 珠轴承,例如在平9-119510和平11-336795号日本专利文件中就公开 了这样的技术。其中,图6和图7就表示了上述平9-119510号日本专 利文件所公开现有结构的第二种实施例。在这种现有结构的第二实施例中,利用 一单列四点接触型径向滚珠 轴承14将从动皮带轮4a支撑套装在支撑结构(图中未示出),从动皮 带轮4a是用弯折工艺制成的,例如通过对一金属板执行沖压等处理制 成。径向滚珠轴承14中设置有一个外座围15、 一内座團16以及多颗滚 珠17,内外座围被支撑为相互同心。在外座團15内周面的整个圆周上 制出外滚道18,并在内座围16外周面的整个圃周上制出内滚道19。每个内外滚道19、 18的横截面都是所谓的哥特尖拱形,在这种形状的橫 截面内,两段曲率半径大于滚珠17直径的1/2的圆弧在中心位置处相 交。因此,每个内、外滚道19和18都各有两个点与每个滚珠17的滚 动接触面相接触,从而对于每个滚珠17,共有四个接触点。上述的四点接触型径向滚珠轴承14相比于普通的单列深槽型径向 滚珠轴承对弯矩栽荷具有更大的抵抗刚性,因而,即使轴承受到一个弯 矩栽荷的作用,所述外座團15的中心轴线也几乎不相对于内座團16的 中心轴线发生移位。出于这一原因,相对于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撑装 置由普通单列深槽型径向滚珠轴承构成的情况,可减轻环绕着从动皮带 轮4的环形皮带11 (参见图5)的局部磨损。与此同时,上述的特开平 11-336795号日本专利文件中公开了一种结构,在该结构中,上述的四支撑结构中,同时还在从动皮带轮和压缩机的转动轴之间设置了 一电磁 离合器。另外,对于图8所示单列三点接触型滚珠轴承14a的情况,其抵抗 弯矩栽荷的刚性要大于普通单列深槽型径向滚珠轴承的情况,因而,即 向轴承施加一个弯矩栽荷,所述外座围15的中心轴线也几乎不相对于 内座團16a的中心轴线发生移位。这种三点接触型滚珠轴承14a的内座 闺16a的外周面上制有一内滚道19a,其横截面轮廓为单一曲率半径的 弧形,轴承外座團15的内周面上设置有一外滚道18,与图7所示四点 接触型径向滚珠轴承14的设计方式相同,外滚道18的横截面也为哥特 尖拱形轮廓,且与所述滚珠17的滚动接触面在两个点处相接触。相比的情况,在采用三点接触型滚珠轴承14a来支撑压缩机皮带轮的情况下, 环绕着从动皮带轮4的环形皮带11 (参见图5 )的局部磨损也能得以减 轻。这一道理也同样适用于这样的三点接触型滚珠轴承:与图8所示的 结构相反,每个滚珠的滚动接触面与外滚道具有一个接触点,与内滚道 具有两个接触点。如上所述,如果采用三点接触型或四点接触型径向滚珠轴承作为用于驱动压缩机的从动皮带轮的转动支撑结构,则就有可能实现尺寸和重 量的减小,同时还能提高耐用性。但是,在上述的三点接触型或四点接 触型径向滚珠轴承的情况中,可能会出现如下的缺陷。首先,在这两种结构中的三点接触型径向滚珠轴承的情况下,为了 保证抵抗径向栽荷的刚度,希望能将与每个滚珠的滚动接触面具有 一个接触点的滚道的横截面轮廓的曲率半径减小到每个滚珠直径的0. 505到 0.520倍(50. 5%到52.0%)。但是,如果按照这种方式来减小曲率半径, 则滚珠就有可能骑压到所迷滚道的边缘上,从而,由于向滚珠的滚动接 触面施加了边缘栽荷而出现了过高的表面压力。结果为:可能会对滚珠 的滚动接触表面造成损坏一例如使其出现早期表面剥落现象。在另一方面,对于四点接触型径向滚珠轴承的情况,抗弯矩栽荷的 刚度得到了保证,但由于滚道与滚珠之间存在众多的接触点,转动阻力 和内部发热都趋于增强。除此之外,如果施加了很大的弯矩栽荷,则可 能会使所述的接触点在宽度方向上向边缘移动。由于存在这样的移位, 各个接触点处趋于出现微滑动,由于存在这种微滑动,内部发热和磨损 就会增大。顺便提及,第2001-208081号日本专利文件中描述了一种单列深槽 型径向滚珠轴承,在每个内滚道和外滚道的横截面轮廓上,不同曲率半 径的圆弧被平滑地接合到一起,呈现为复合弧线的形式。但是,对于上 述专利文件中所公开的单列深槽型径向滚珠轴承,每个滚珠的滚动接触 面与内滚道和外滚道的接触点均为一个,也就是说,其属于两点接触型, 因而,认为其抵抗弯矩载荷的刚性要低于上述三点接触型或四点接触型 的情况。考虑到上述的情况而提出了本发明,目的在于提供一种用于压缩机 皮带轮的转动支撑装置,其通过确保径向滚珠轴承具有抵抗弯矩栽荷的 刚性、并防止滚珠骑压到滚道的边缘上而使该支撑装置具有优异的耐用 性,同时还阻止了内部发热和转动阻力的增大。 发明内容根据本发明,提供了一种用于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撑装置,其包 括: 一压缩机的可转动轴体; 一固定不动的支撑部件,其被布置成环绕 着所述可转动轴体; 一滚动轴承,其被所述支撑部件支撑着;以及一带轮,其被所述滚动轴承可转动地支撑套装在支撑部件上,用于牵拖着 绕在其上的一条环形皮带,所述滚动轴承设置有一带内滚道的内座團、 一带有外滚道的外座圏、以及多粒滚珠,其中,内滚道外周面的形状被 设计成与滚珠的滚动接触面在一点或两点处相接触,外滚道内周面的形 状祐?没计成与滚珠的滚动接触面在一点或两点处相接触,滚珠被可滚动 地支撑在内滚道与外滚道之间,内滚道与外滚道之一与每个滚珠的滚动 接触面具有两个接触点,而内滚道与外滚道中另一个与每个滚珠的滚动 接触面具有一个接触点,由此形成一单列三点接触型径向滚动轴承,其 中,与每个滚珠的滚动接触面具有一个接触点的另一个滚道的橫截面轮 廓被制成一复合弧线的形状,该弧线是通过将曲率半径不同的多段弧线 平滑地连接起来而形成的,以便于使复合弧线在宽度方向的中央侧具有 较小的曲率半径,而在宽度方向上的两相对边缘附近,复合弧线的曲率 半径则较大,且与每个滚珠的滚动接触面具有两个接触点的内滚道和外滚道之一的槽深为滚珠直径的18%至40%。按照与现有技术中用于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撑装置相同的方式, 根据本发明的、用于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撑装置也包括: 一压缩机的 可转动轴体; 一固定不动的支撑部件,其被布置成环绕着所述转动轴体; 一滚珠轴承,其被所述支撑部件支撑着;以及一皮带轮,其被所述滚动 轴承可转动地支撑套装在支撑部件上, 一环形皮带缠绕着该皮带轮。这样,如图8所示,上述的滚动轴承上设置有一带内滚道的内座團、 一带有外滚道的外座围、以及多粒滚珠,滚珠被可滚动地支撑在内滚道 与外滚道之间,并将内滚道外周面的形状设计成与滚珠的滚动接触面在 一个或两个点处相接触,将外滚道内周面的形状设计成与滚珠的滚动接 触面在一点或两点处相接触,且内滚道与外滚道中之一与每个滚珠的滚 动接触面具有两个接触点,而内滚道与外滚道中的另一个与每个滚珠的 滚动接触面具有一个接触点,从而形成了单列三点接触型径向滚珠轴 承。尤其是,在本发明用于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撑装置中,与每个滚 珠的滚动接触面具有一个接触点的另一滚道的橫截面轮廓是一复合孤 线,其是通过将曲率半径不同的多段弧线平滑地连接起来而形成的,其 中,在宽度方向上的中央侧,复合弧线的曲率半径较小,而在宽度方向上的两相对边缘附近,复合弧线的曲率半径则较大。另外,更为优选地是:与每个滚珠的滚动接触面具有两个接触点的 滚道的横截面轮廓的曲率半径为滚珠直径的0. 53到0. 57倍,而与每个 滚珠的滚动接触面具有一个接触点的另一滚道的横截面轮廓的相应曲 率半径为相应滚珠直径的0. 505倍到0. 560倍。另外,上述的本发明可与下列结构特征(1) ~ (5)中的一个或多 个结构特征相结合。(1) 对于内滚道和外滚道,与每个滚珠的滚动接触面具有两个接 触点的滚道的槽深至少为滚珠直径的18%。(2) 径向滚珠轴承中充满了用合成油制成的润滑脂,其中的合成 油包括:从如下材料组中选出的一种或多种成分,其作为该润滑脂的基 础油,所述材料组包括:乙醚、酯类以及聚a烯烃;由尿素构成的增稠 剂;并至少包括作为添加剂的ZnDTC ( 二硫代氨基甲酸锌一耐极压添加 剂)。(3) 对内座團和外座團的至少之一执行氮化处理和尺寸稳定化处 理的至少之一。(4) 每个滚珠被可滚动地支撑在由一保持架提供的壳穴内,壳穴 在圓周方向上的内部尺寸为相应滚珠直径的1. 03倍或更大。(5) 另外,径向滚珠轴承横截面的宽度尺寸是其在径向方向上尺 寸的1. 3倍或更大。根据本发明具有上述结构的、用于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撐装置,象,并减小了转动阻力的增大量和内部发热量,同时还保证了径向滚珠 轴承抵抗弯矩载荷的刚性。也就是说,由于上述的径向滚珠轴承属于三 点接触型,所以,相比于两点接触型的情况,能更容易确保抵抗弯矩栽 荷的刚性。另外,除此之外,相比于四点接触型轴承,可降低转动阻力 的增大量和内部发热量。另外,与上述各个滚珠的滚动接触面具有一个接触点的另 一滚道的 横截面轮廓被设计为一复合弧线,其是由多段曲率半径互不相同的弧线 平滑接合而成的,除此之外,在宽度方向上,中央侧的曲率半径较小, 而宽度方向上两相对边缘附近的曲率半径则较大。由于这一原因,即使施加一个很大的弯矩载荷,上述的各个滚珠也几乎不可能骑压到上述另 一滚道在宽度方向上的端部边缘上,因而可防止向滚动接触面作用过大 的表面压力。结果就是,可阻止所述的从动皮带轮和外座團相对于内座 圏发生倾斜,并使所述径向滚珠轴承的滚动接触疲劳寿命和耐用性得到 保证。除此之外,还能防止绕在所述皮带轮上环形皮带发生局部磨损, 并保证了环形皮带的耐用性。另外,与所述各个滚珠的滚动接触面具有两个接触点的那 一滚道橫截面的曲率半径被限定在滚珠直径0. 53倍到0. 57倍的范围内,而与滚珠的滚动接触面具有一个接触点的另一滚道横截面的曲率半径则被限 定在滚珠直径的0. 505倍到0.560倍的范围内,因而,可以使滚珠滚动 接触面与滚道之间的滚动接触保持良好的状况。也就是说,如果上述第 一滚道横截面的曲率半径小于滚珠直径的0.53倍,或者如果所述另一 滚道横截面的曲率半径小于滚珠直径的0. 505倍,则滚动接触面上的接 触椭圆就会变得非常大,从而可能使转动阻力和内部发热趋于增强。在 另一方面,如果上述第一滚道横截面的曲率半径大于滚珠直径的0.57 倍,或者如果所述另一滚道横截面的曲率半径大于滚珠直径Da的0. 560 倍,则滚动接触面上的接触椭圆就会变得非常小,因此,由于接触压力 的增大,可能会造成早期表面剥落等损坏。除此之外,通过结合上述结构特征(1) ~ (5)中的一个或多个特 征,能进一步地提高所述径向滚珠轴承的耐用性。首先,如结构特征(l)中所述那样,通过将与各个滚珠的滚动接 触面具有两个接触点的那一滚道的槽深确定为不小于滚珠直径的18%, 就可防止各个滚珠的滚动接触面骑压到上述这一滚道的端部边缘上。结 果就是,可防止向滚珠的滚动接触面施加太大的表面压力,从而保证了 各个滚动接触面的滚动接触疲劳寿命,由此提高了所述径向滚珠轴承的 耐用性。此外,如特征(2)所述,通过采用具有预定组成成分的润滑脂, 可延长润滑脂的寿命,进而提高所述滚珠轴承的耐用性。另外,如特征(3)所述,如果执行了氮化处理和尺寸穗定化处理, 可提高受到处理的元件、以及与其接触的其它元件的滚动接触疲劳寿 命,进而提高了所述径向滚珠轴承的耐用性。更进一步,如特征(4)所述,通过确定了保持架上各个壳穴的内 部尺寸,可防止各个壳穴被其所支撑的滚珠强烈地挤压,从而避免了对 所述保持架的损坏,进而提高了所述径向滚珠轴承的耐用性。再进一步,如果如特征(5)所述那样来限定径向滚珠轴承横截面 轮廓的宽度尺寸,就可增大该径向滚珠轴承内部空间的体积,因而可增 加该内部空间中容纳的润滑脂量。结果就是,可延长润滑脂的寿命,进 而提高所述滚珠轴承的耐用性。 附图说明图1中的局部剖视图表示了本发明实施方式的第一示例; 图2中的局部放大剖视图单独地表示出了一个径向滚珠轴承; 具体实施方式图l和图2表示了根据本发明实施方式的第一示例。本发明的区别 特征在于确保了径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性,该轴承的结构属于三点接 触型径向滚珠轴承14b,其用于将一从动皮带轮4b可转动地支撑套装在 一固定不动的支撑部件上,该支撑部件例如是壳体2的圃筒形支撑部件 3。该轴承其它部件的结构和功能与图5所示现有技术中结构的对应部 件类似,因而,下文将不再重复多余的描述,或只是对此作简要的描述, 下文的描述将集中于该示例的区别特征。上述的径向滚珠轴承14b上设置有被支撑成相互同心的一个外座圉 15a和一个内座團16b、以及多个滚珠17a。外座围15a内周面的整个 圓周上都制有一外滚道18a,同时,内座围16b外周面的整个圃周上都制有一内滚道19b。对于外滚道18a和内滚道19b,外滚道18a的横截 面轮廓为所谓的哥特尖拱形截面,在该截面中,两段曲率半径Ro大于 滚珠17a直径Da的1/2、且曲率中心不同的弧线在中央位置处相交。与 此同时,所述外滚道18a的曲率半径Ro最好被限定在滚珠17a直径Da 的0. 53倍到0. 57倍的范围内(Ro-O. 53Da到0. 57Da)。在另一方面,在上述的外滚道18a和内滚道19b中,内滚道19b的 橫截面轮廓包括一条复合弧线,该复合弧线是由两段具有不同的曲率半 径1则为直径Da的0.560倍(R产0.560Da)。举例来讲,两曲率半径 l和FU优选地被限定在滚珠17a直径Da的0. 505倍到0. 560倍的范围 内(R严O. 505Da到0. 56Da;以及R产O. 505Da到0. 56Da )。在各个元件如上述那样进行设计的情况下,所述外滚道18a与滚珠 17a的滚动接触面具有两个接触点,而上述内滚道19b与滚珠17a的滚 动接触面则只有一个接触点,因而,对于每个滚珠17a总共有三个接触 点。在该示例的情况下,支角9被选定为20度,该角度代表了外滚道 18a的中心与滚动接触面所在位置之间的角度差,其中,所述外滚道18a 利用所述滚动接触面与对应的滚珠17a实行滚动接触。另外,当利用多 颗滚珠17a将所述外座團15a和内座團16b组装起来而形成所述径向滚 珠轴承14b时,可能会在该径向滚珠轴承14b中出现正的或负的径向间 隙。正的径向间隙即使其存在,也被限定为不大于所述径向滚珠轴承14b 节圆直径Dp的0.2%,且不超过滚珠17b直径Da的1.5%。另外,在190。C到230。C的温度范围或230。C到270。C的温度范围 内对上述外座圏15a和内座闺16b执行高温回火(退火)处理,以便于 改善所述外座围18a和内座團19b的滚动接触疲劳寿命,而具体的处 理温度取决于应用环境。顺便提及,当实际执行高温回火处理时,在所 述的温度范围内选择一个额定值作为目标温度一例如200。C、 210。C、 220。C、 240oC、 250。C、 260。C等。另外,在所示实例的情况下,在所述的外滚道18a和内滚道19b中, 制出一退刀槽20,其位于与每个滚珠17a的滚动接触面具有两个接触点 的外滚道18a在宽度方向上的中央位置处,以防止在对外滚道18a执行 机加工的过程中与加工工具发生干涉。但是,如图7所示的现有结构那 样,退刀槽20也可被取消。无论如何,所述外座围15a槽底处的壁厚 T15 (位于外滚道18a中心内的壁厚最薄的部位处)如上文所述那样至少 为滚珠17a直径Da的20%,优选地是在Da的20%到40%之间(T15-0. 2 到O. 4倍Da)。在制有所述退刀槽20的情况下,所述壁厚1\5等于该退 刀槽20底部与所述外座團15a外周面之间的距离。通过将上述壁厚1\5 限定在所述范围内,就可以防止所述径向滚珠轴承14b的外径不必要地 增大,并确保了外座闺15a的强度,同时避免了径向滚珠轴承14b的尺 寸由于上述外座團15a而增大。另外,对于所述外滚道18a和内滚道19b,优选地是,与每个滚珠 17a的滚动接触面具有两个接触点的外滚道18a的槽深尺寸至少为滚珠 17a直径Da的18%。顺便提及,如图3所示,外滚道18a的槽深尺寸等 于上述曲率半径为Ro的曲线底部到外滚道18a边缘的距离H(如果存在 倒角,则是曲线底部到倒角边缘的距离)。通过按照这种方式将槽深H 选择为滚珠17a直径Da的至少18%,就可以防止滚珠17a的滚动接触面 骑压到上述外滚道18a的端部边缘上。因此,可防止向各个滚珠17a的 滚动接触面施加边缘栽荷而出现太大的表面压力,由此保证了各个滚动 接触面的滚动接触疲劳寿命,进而提高了径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性。 下面将参照图3对此效果的原因进行描述。如公知的那样,在每个滚珠19a滚动接触面与上述外滚道18a的接 触点附近,存在一对接触椭圆33,它们位于外滚道18a的左右两侧(此 处的左右方向以图3为基准)。各个接触椭圃33的尺寸根据作用到径 向滚珠轴承14b上的径向栽荷和弯矩栽荷而变化。如果施加了一个弯矩 载荷,则上述左右一对接触椭圆33的尺寸就变得不相等了。无论如何, 只要整个接触椭圆33都处于所述的外滚道18a内,则向滚珠17a滚动 接触面施加的表面压力就不是太大,但是,如果任一接触椭圆33超出 了上述的外滚道18a (更确切来讲,在出现超出现象时,尽管未能形成 任何的接触椭圃,但为了便于解释,对于接触点到达端部边缘的情况,仍然使用了 "接触椭圓"这一术语),则由于向滚动接触面施加了边缘载荷,所以表面压力会变得过大。因此,为了确保滚珠17a滚动接触面 的滚动接触疲劳寿命,并提高径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性,必须要防止 接触椭圆33超出上述的外滚道18a,换言之,必须要防止其到达滚道 18a的端部边缘处。这样,本发明的发明人进行了一些实验,利用一个在弯矩载荷作用 下受驱动的四点接触型径向滚珠轴承(尽管并不与该实例中的三点接触 型径向滚珠轴承14b完全等效)来确定有效径向间隙与接触椭圃33高 度之间的关系(见图3)。实验结果确认了这样的设计:在上述四点接 触型径向滚珠轴承的有效径向间隙为0. 020mm (该数值为四点接触型径 向滚珠轴承在-40°C到160。C的环境温度下有效径向间隙的最大值)的 情况下,接触椭圆33的高度h与滚珠17a的直径Da之间的最大比值应 为18%。如上文的特征(1)所述,从该亊实可知,对于所述的外滚道18a 和内滚道19b,通过将与每个滚珠17a的滚动接触面具有两个接触点的 外滚道18a的槽深尺寸H确定为滚珠17a直径Da的至少18°y4,就能防 止滚珠17a的滚动接触面骑压到外滚道18a的端部边缘上。如果能避免 该骑压现象,则就能防止向各个滚珠17a的滚动接触面施加太大的表面 压力,从而保证了各个滚动接触面的滚动接触疲劳强度,进而提高了上 述径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性。顺便提及,考虑到所要执行的组装工作 一例如将滚珠17a安装到外滚道18a与内滚道19b之间,优选地是,各 个滚珠17a槽深H与滚珠17a直径Da的最大比值等于或小于40%。另外,如图2所示,在外座團15a的两相对端部处,两密封环22 的外周边缘分别与所述外座围15a内周面上的两锁止槽21相接合。密 封环22是由弹性部件24构成的,该部件被一芯部金属体23增强,从 而使该弹性部件24的外周边缘与锁止槽21弹性地接合着。在此情况下, 设置在该弹性部件24内周边缘部分上的每个密封唇缘25的远端边缘部 分将在整个圓周上可滑动地接触着所述内座團16b的局部,从而能紧密 地密封着内座團26两个相对的开孔,其中,各滚珠17a被放置到这些 开孔中。顺便提及,构成密封环22的所述弹性部件24优选地是用丁猜 橡胶和丙烯酸橡胶制成的。然后,如上述特征(2)提到的那样,用瞇基润滑脂(图中未示出)填充已按照上述方式与外界隔绝开的内部空间26,在40。C的环境温度 下,润滑脂的粘度为70到90mmVs (厘沲),优选为77到82咖7s。 优选地是,该润滑脂是由一种合成油制成的,其包括作为基础油的瞇类, 并带有作为增稠剂的尿素(例如环二脲),且至少包括作为添加剂的 ZnDTC。这种类型润滑脂的作用在于在各个滚珠17a滚动接触面与滚道 18a和19b之间的滚动接触部位处形成一层有效的油膜,从而有助于保 证两滚道18a、 19b的滚动接触疲劳寿命。也就是说,如果由于在^艮大 弯矩栽荷作用下、或其它因素作用下进行工作而使径向滚珠轴承14b的 内部发热变得很严重,则由于热衰退的原因会缩短所述内部空间26中 润滑脂的工作寿命。由于具有上述成分的润滑脂具有优异的耐热性能, 所以,即使所述内部空间26中的温度升高,润滑脂寿命的缩短也4艮小, 因而,采用这种润滑脂将有助于保证所述径向滚珠轴承14b的滚动接触 疲劳寿命。顺便提及,除了上文已提到的组分之外,酯基和聚a烯烃基 的合成油也适于作为注入到内部空间26中的润滑脂的基础油。另外,在该实例的情况中,各个滚珠17a被一冠状的保持架27滚 动地支撑着。通过对合成树脂材料执行注塑成型工艺而将该保持架27 制成一体,其中的合成树脂例如是含玻璃纤维的聚酰胺、聚-次苯基-硫 化物树脂等材料,其中的玻璃纤维作为增强物,其含量在5%到35%重量 比之间(优选为10%到25%重量比)。该保持架27底部的厚度一即环形 團体28最薄部分的厚度Tw为滚珠17a直径Da的10%到40% ( T28=0. 1 到0.4倍Da),其中,團体28的最薄部分对应于壳穴29上最深的区域 处。通过按照这种方式限制所述保持架27的几何尺寸,可防止该保持 架27的轴向尺寸增大,并保证了保持架27的强度,且将保持架27的 弹性变形限制在一个基于实际考虑而得出的容许范围内,其中的实际考 虑不涉及到在所述从动皮带轮4b高速转动过程中的离心力。此外,如特征(4)所述,在保持架27圆周方向(与图1、 2中纸 面方向正交的方向)上每个壳穴29的内部尺寸都至少为滚珠17a直径 Da的1.03倍。通过按照这种方式确定各个壳穴29的内部尺寸,可防止 各个壳穴29受到其所支撐的滚珠17a的强烈挤压,从而避免了对所述保持架27的损坏,并提高了所述径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性。也就是说,与所述滚珠17a的公转运动相关,所述保持架27同时 也进行转动,各滚珠17a的公转速度取决于其与所述外滚道18a和内滚 道19b的接触角。在另一方面,当所述径向滚珠轴承14b在受到弯矩栽 荷的作用下进行转动时,在所述外滚道18a和内滚道19b的圃周方向上, 各滚珠17a的接触角会出现轻微的变化。结果就是,各个滚珠17a的公 转速度在圆周方向上就变得不均匀了。换言之,各个滚珠根据其在圃周 方向上的相位而使公转速度增大或减小。因而,所述各个滚珠17a在圃 周方向上的位置会从合适情况下的位置(下文称为"正常位置")处移 开,其中,所述的正常位置是在假定各个滚珠17a均匀一致转动(即公 转速度未在圃周方向上出现变动)的情况下得出的。也就是说,如果所 述各滚珠17a的滚动接触面靠近于所述各个壳穴29的内表面,则转动 速度较高的滚珠17a会在公转方向上推顶对应壳穴29的前内表面,而 转动速度较低的滚珠17a则会推顶壳穴的后内表面。因而,会对在圆周 方向上位于两相邻壳穴29之间的咮子形部件32 (参见图2)交变地施 加^f艮大的作用力,这样就会使带有该嗜子形部件32的保持架27的耐用 性变差。与此相反,如果如上述那样:使各个壳穴29在外周方向上的内部 尺寸至少为滚珠17a直径Da的1. 03倍,则就能防止支撑在各个壳穴29 中的滚珠17a强烈地挤压各个壳穴29的内表面。顺便提及,在所述内 部尺寸为滚珠17a直径Da的1. 03倍的情况下,尽管各个滚珠17a的滚 动接触面也会被紧压到各个壳穴29的内表面上,但挤压力会非常弱, 所述嚢形部件32可被允许弹性变形足以吸收该挤压力。另外,在所述 内部尺寸至少是滚珠17a直径Da的1. 035倍的情况下,可有效地防止 各个滚珠17a的滚动接触面被顶推向各个壳穴29的内表面。顺便提及。为了增大各个壳穴29在保持架27圆周方向上内部尺寸, 可增大各个壳穴29总体内径的尺寸,或者作为备选方案,也可将壳穴 29设计成在圓周方向上较长的椭圆形。无论如何,圓周方向上内部尺寸 的最大值都应当符合上文考虑到保持架27的总体强度而确定出的、与滚珠17a直径Da的关系。 一般来讲,所述内部尺寸的最大值被限定为 至多是直径Da的1. 1倍,优选为至多1. 05倍。顺便提及,通过增大各 壳穴19内部尺寸来提高保持架耐用性的技术方案不仅适合于图示冠状 的保持架,而且适合于其两轴向端部处均具有團体的机加工保持架。如图l所示,具有上述结构的径向滚珠轴承14b被插入到所述从动 皮带轮4b的内周面与所述壳体2圆筒形支撑部件3之间,从而形成了 根据本发明的、用于压缩机皮带轮的转动支撑装置。在用于压缩机皮带 轮的转动支撑装置按照这种方式进行设计的情况下,如图l所示,在轴 向方向(图1中的横向方向)上,延伸绕过所述从动皮带轮4b外周面 的环形皮带11的宽度方向中心位置(图1中的虚线a)与所述径向滚珠 轴承14b的宽度方向中心位置(图1中用虚线P来代表滚珠17a的中心 位置)之间存在一定位移量d (偏移量)。尤其是,通过将该偏移量3 选定为至多达到径向滚珠轴承14b节圆直径Dp (参见图2)的40% (0. 4Dp》S),可确保径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性,优选地是,S至多为 Dp的20% ( 0. 2Dp》5),更为优选地是,至多为10% ( 0. 1Dp》S)。也就是说,当上述的转动支撑装置被用在压缩机皮带轮的驱动时, 一个与所述偏移量d成比例的弯矩载荷经过从动皮带轮4b施加到所述 径向滚珠轴承14b上,该弯矩栽荷的大小取决于所述环形皮带的张紧力。 组合起来构成径向滚珠轴承14b的内座團16b和外座圏15a的中心轴线 趋于相互错开(倾斜),但是,即使在此情况下,通过如上述那样限制 偏移量d,也能减小经所述从动皮带轮4b作用到外座围15a上的弯矩栽 荷。结果就是,可限制作为该径向滚珠轴承14b中组成元件的内座團16b 和外座圏15a各自中心轴线之间的位移量,同时避免了径向滚珠轴承 14b转动阻力的增大。除此之外,根据上述的实施方式,被安装在压缩机皮带轮转动支撑 装置中的径向滚珠轴承14b属于三点接触型,因而可降低转动阻力的增 大量和内热产生量,同时还确保了径向滚珠轴承抵御弯矩栽荷的刚性, 也就是说,由于上述的径向滚珠轴承属于三点接触型,所以相比于两点 接触型的情况,易于保证抵抗弯矩栽荷的刚性。而且,除此之外,相比于四点接触型滚珠轴承的情况,能降低转动阻力和内部发热。此外,与各滚珠17a的滚动接触面具有一个接触点的内滚道19b的 横截面轮廓被设计成复合弧线的形式,该弧线是通过将具有不同曲率半 径R。 R2的多段弧线平滑地连接起来而形成的,且除此之外,位于宽度 方向中央侧的曲率半径R!较小,而靠近宽度方向上两相对边缘的曲率半 径R2则较大。基于这一原因,甚至在施加很大的弯矩栽荷时,所述的各 个滚珠17a也几乎不可能骑压到内滚道19a在宽度方向上的两端部边缘 上,因而可防止向滚动接触面施加太大的表面压力。结果就是:可防止 所述从动皮带轮4b和外座團15a相对于内座團16b发生倾斜,保证了 径向滚珠轴承14b的滚动接触疲劳寿命,进而确保了径向滚珠轴承14b 的耐用性。除此之外,还能防止绕在所述从动皮带轮4b上的环形皮带 11发生局部磨损,这样就保证了该环形皮带11的耐用性。另外,所述外滚道18a的曲率半径Ro被限定在滚珠直径Da的0. 53 倍到0. 57倍之间(Ro-0.53Da~0.57Da),而所述内滚道19b横截面轮 廓的两个曲率半径l和R2则被限定在滚珠17a直径Da的0. 505到0. 560 倍之间(R产O. 505Da~ 0. 560Da, R产O. 505Da ~ 0. 560Da ),因而可保持 滚珠17a滚动接触面与滚道18a、 19b滚动接触面之间接触部位的状况,也就是说,如果外滚道18a横截面轮廓的曲率半径Ro小于滚珠直 径Da的0.53倍,或者如果所述内滚道19b横截面轮廓的曲率半径IU IU小于滚珠17a直径Da的0. 505倍,则滚动接触部位的接触椭圆就会 变得非常大,从而可能使转动阻力和内部发热趋于增强。在另一方面, 如果上述外滚道18a横截面轮廓的曲率半径Ro大于滚珠直径Da的0. 57 倍,或者如果所述内滚道19b横截面轮廊的曲率半径RhR2大于滚珠17a 直径Da的0. 560倍,则滚动接触部位的接触椭圆就会变得非常小,因 此,由于接触压力的增大,可能会造成早期表面剥落等损坏。顺便提及,尽管上迷的描述适用于可将一皮带轮与转动轴接合或脱 离的电磁离合器,但本发明还适用于不带有电磁离合器的结构,只要该 结构具有将转动力从一皮带轮传递给转动轴的作用即可。也就是说,对 于可变位移的斜盘压缩机的情况(例如在特开平11-210619号和实开昭64-27482号日本专利文件中就公开了这样的压缩机),通过将斜盘的梯 度角设定得非常小(或者将梯度角设定为零),可使压缩机转动轴的旋 转扭矩非常小。如图9所示,对于这种结构的情况,通过将转动轴l与 一从动皮带轮4c直接连接起来,可去掉电磁离合器,其中的从动皮带 轮4c被一滚珠轴承30可转动地支撑套装在一圆筒形的支撑部件3上, 这样就可以经过一緩冲部件31来传递转动力,其中支撑部件3被制在 一壳体2的端部上,而除非未施加过大的扭矩,緩冲部件才起到一转矩 管的作用。不必再说,通过将根据图2所示实例的三点接触型径向滚珠 轴承14b应用在该结构中,就能获得本发明的效果和优点。另外,在内座團16b、外座圏15a以及滚珠17a中至少之一是用铁 基金属材料制成的情况下,从确保所述径向滚珠轴承14b耐用性的角度 考虑,希望如特征(3)所述那样对内座團16b、外座團15a和滚珠17b 中的至少之一执行氮化处理和尺寸稳定化处理中的至少一项,其中的铁 基金属材料例如是碳素钢、轴承钢、不锈钢等。也就是说,当属于单列 滚珠轴承的该径向滚珠轴承14b在受偏移载荷(弯矩载荷)的条件下被 驱动时,每个滚珠17a的滚动接触面与每个内滚道19b、外滚道18a之 间接触部位的表面压力会增大。如果由该表面压力导致的弹性变形增 大,则对应部件的滚动接触疲劳寿命就会缩短,整个径向滚珠轴承14b 的耐用性就会变差,因此,执行所述的氮化处理来提高对应部件的表面 硬度,抑制所述的弹性变形和磨损。另外,当在上述偏移栽荷的情况下 驱动时,发热量会增大,因而趋于使所述径向滚珠轴承14b中各个组成 部件的尺寸发生变化,为此,需要执行上述的尺寸稳定化处理,以便于 使各个尺寸不论发热量如何都能保持稳定。在上述的两种处理中,氮化处理属于C和N元素的固溶处理,在处 理之后,表面硬度可增大。因而,利用氮化处理,在所述内座闺16b、 外座圏15a和各个滚珠17a的表面上形成了 一层高硬度的氮化层。与此 同时,对于所述的内座團16b和外座團15a,只要在内滚道19b和外滚 道18a上形成了氮化层就可以了 ,没有必要对其它部位执行氮化。但是, 由于只在内滚道19b和外滚道18a上形成氮化层的操作是很麻烦的,所以在实际工作中在内座團16b和外座團15a的整个表面上都形成了氮化 层。顺便提及,所述内座闺16b、外座围15a和滚珠17a上由于表面压 力而出现的弹性变形并不相等,变形程度取决于具体的轮廓和材料。例 如,在用相同材料制成的情况下,外滚道18a和内滚道19b易于发生弹 性变形,而滚珠17a则不易出现弹性变形。因而,优选地是,并非对全 部部件执行氮化处理,而是根据材料、尺寸、轮廓形状等因素只对某些 部件一例如只对内座圏16b和外座團15a执行处理。与此同时,上述的尺寸稳定化处理属于降低残余奥氏体含量>的热 处理,举例来讲,通过对所述内座圏16b和外座團15a的材料逐渐地进行冷却,以便于在执行上述处理之后将残余奥氏体量^降低到6%或以下 (体积比),就可完成这样的操作。通过按照这种方式执行尺寸稳定化 处理,即使各个部件的温度升高,它们的尺寸和轮廓形状也不会相对于 预定情况发生大的改变,同时,还能防止所述径向滚珠轴承14b的几何 形状相对于预定情况发生大的改变,从而可提高该滚珠轴承14b的耐用 性。另外,尽管未在图中示出,但如特征(5)所述,如果径向滚珠轴 承14b横截面轮廓在橫向上的尺寸大于或等于其在径向上尺寸的1.3 倍,则就能增大该径向滚珠轴承的内部空间,因而增大注入到该内部空 间的润滑脂量。从而,作为结果,该润滑脂的使用寿命得以延长,进而 提高了所述径向滚珠轴承14b的耐用性。而后,图4表示了根据本发明实施方式的第二实例,尽管上述实施方式的第一实例适于这样一种三点接触型径向滚珠轴承的情况:其每个 滚珠17a的滚动接触面与内滚道19b (参见图4)具有一个接触点,但 该实例也同样适于这样的三点接触型径向滚珠轴承:每个滚珠17a的滚 动接触面与外滚道18b具有一个接触点。也就是说,对于外滚道18b和内滚道19c,内滚道19c橫截面的轮 廓为所谓的哥特尖拱形截面,在这种形状的截面中,两段曲率半径M 大于滚珠17a直径Da的l/2、且曲率中心不同的弧线在中间部分处相交。 在另一方面,外滚道18b的横截面轮廓包括一条复合孤线,该复合孤线是由两段曲率半径分别为R,和R2的弧线平滑连接而成的,其中^和R2 互不相等,且都大于滚珠17a直径的1/2,除此之外,位于宽度方向中 央側的曲率半径K较小,而靠近宽度方向上两相对边缘的曲率半径R2 则较大(R^IU)。与此同时,在该实例的情况下,位于宽度方向中央側 的曲率半径R,为滚珠17a直径Da的0. 505倍(R产O. 505Da),而靠近 宽度方向上两相对边缘处的曲率半径R2则为直径Da的0.560倍 (R产O. 560Da)。其它部件的结构和功能均与上述第一实例类似,因而 略去重复的描述。采用根据本发明的、并具有上述构造和工作原理的压缩机皮带轮转 动支撑装置,可确保所能允许的弯矩栽荷,并抑制工作过程中的发热和 磨损,同时也不会增大轴向上的尺寸。基于这一原因,本发明有助于减 小尺寸,而且,其例如通过延长了安装在压缩机皮带轮转动支撑装置中 的滚动轴承的寿命、以及绕在由该滚动轴承支撑着的皮带轮上的环形皮 带的寿命,而提高了应用在车辆空调系统中的各种机械装置(例如压缩 机)的性能。
