随着社会的发展，停车空间的不足，越来越多的地面及地下空间使用升降横移车库，对现有升降横移车库的横移载车板多使用多部件组装，为了车库结构经凑美观、安全牢固、安装维修方便，设计出了一种整体横移载车板，但是，对于绝大数拼装组合的横移载车板因各部件加工误差以及安装使用螺栓连接导致长时间使用易发生松动、声响以及停车板较高于行车道，行车驶入较为不便。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种升降横移整体横移载车板，使得整体结构更紧凑、更牢固，载车板安全性更高，降低了载车板停车面的高度，增加了车库设备首层停车空间，减小了行车道到载车板的坡度，更易于行车驶入。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案来实现：
升降横移整体横移载车板，它以载车板折弯件A和载车板折弯件B焊接为整体的基本主架构，基本主架构焊接有各载车板部件。
它包括主动车轮安装座，主动车轮安装座直接焊接于载车板折弯件A。
它包括从动车轮安装座，主动车轮安装座直接焊接于载车板折弯件B。

上述一种升降横移整体横移载车板，它整体结构全为焊接结构，由折弯板、加强筋板、扁通、方通以及圆钢焊接而成。载车板使用两整块钢板折弯，再通过整体无缝对焊结构，使得整体结构紧凑而牢固，载车板安全性更高，以及降低了载车板停车面的高度，增加了车库设备首层停车空间，减小了行车道到载车板的坡度，更易于行车驶入；横移传动电机顶置，传动固定座与整体载车板直接焊接，提高了载车板运行过程中的平稳性；载车板边缘加宽及与停车面高度缩小处理，保证了乘客上下车落脚的安全；同时使设备现场安装的工期大大缩减，减少设备安装人工成本及劳动强度；对载车板横移过程更加稳定，防止了长时间使用螺栓松动及安装过程积累误差导致横移不顺畅等问题。
