Abstract

行星减速机轴向间隙调整结构,包括端盖、外齿圈及太阳轮,端盖与外齿圈的一端联接,太阳轮设于外齿圈内,端盖中部开有的通孔上装有密封端盖,密封端盖的中部开有调节孔,调节孔外端部具有一段内螺纹,一调整螺钉与调节孔外端部的内螺纹联接,调节孔内装有一与太阳轮轴端中部相对的调整垫,太阳轮与调整垫相对的轴端中部具有一凸出的连接头,连接头与调整垫联接,调整垫的外端面与调整螺钉的前端抵靠。向内旋进调整螺钉、抵推调整垫移动,由调整垫向内抵推太阳轮,可减小太阳轮的轴向间隙,将调整螺钉向外旋出一点,使太阳轮获得较大的松动空间,可增大太阳轮的轴向间隙。本实用新型不需打开端盖即可调整太阳轮的轴向间隙。

本实用新型涉及行星减速机,具体地说是一种行星减速机轴向间隙调整结构。
背景技术
    行星减速机以体积小、传动效率高、减速范围大、精度高等诸多优点,被广泛引用于伺服、步进、直流等传动系统中,其作用就是在保证精密传动的前提下,降低转速、增大扭矩和降低负载。由于行星减速机在工作过程中其中的太阳轮会受热膨胀、且会有一定浮动,因此要求太阳轮的轴向应保证一定的间隙,以保证传动平稳可靠,目前对太阳轮轴向间隙的控制所采用的手段是,在与太阳轮轴端相对的端盖内侧设置调整垫,通过调整垫来控制太阳轮的轴向间隙。现有的这种方式存在的不足是:在减速器的使用周期里,由于零件间的磨损,太阳轮的轴向间隙会逐渐增大,为了保证减速器的稳定运转,需要在使用过程中不断调整,而每调整一次都要将端盖拆开,然后更换调整垫进行调整,将端盖拆开进行调整,需要将减速箱内所有的润滑油放出,既增加了检修时间,又造成了润滑油的浪费,调整起来非常不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种行星减速机轴向间隙调整结构,通过该调整结构,可以在不拆开端盖的情况下进行太阳轮轴向间隙的调整。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:行星减速机轴向间隙调整结构,包括端盖、外齿圈及太阳轮,端盖与外齿圈的一端联接,太阳轮设于外齿圈内,端盖的中部开有通孔,在端盖的通孔上装有密封端盖,密封端盖的中部开有调节孔,调节孔外端部具有一段内螺纹,一调整螺钉与调节孔外端部的内螺纹联接,调节孔内装有一与太阳轮轴端中部相对的调整垫,太阳轮与调整垫相对的轴端中部具有一凸出的连接头,连接头与调整垫联接,调整垫的外端面与调整螺钉的前端抵靠。
由上述方案可见,向内旋进调整螺钉、抵推调整垫移动,由调整垫向内抵推太阳轮,可减小太阳轮的轴向间隙,将调整螺钉向外旋出一点,使太阳轮获得较大的松动空间,可增大太阳轮的轴向间隙。
本实用新型结构简单、合理,它不需要打开端盖即可以调整太阳轮的轴向间隙,且调整方便、准确。

本实用新型提供的行星减速机太阳轮轴向间隙调整结构包括端盖3、外齿圈1及太阳轮2,端盖3与外齿圈1的一端联接,太阳轮2设于外齿圈1内。端盖3的中部开有通孔,在端盖3的通孔上装有密封端盖4,密封端盖4的中部开有调节孔4a,调节孔4a外端部具有一段内螺纹,一调整螺钉6与调节孔4a外端部的内螺纹联接,调节孔4a内装有一与太阳轮2轴端中部相对的调整垫5,调整垫5与调节孔4a间隙配合,太阳轮2与调整垫相对的轴端中部具有一凸出的连接头7,连接头7与太阳轮2为一体,连接头7与调整垫5联接,调整垫5的外端面与调整螺钉6的前端抵靠。
本实施例中,连接头7与调整垫5联接的方式为:调整垫5与连接头相对的一端开有缺口5b,缺口5b的底部开有沟槽5a,连接头7为前端部具有突出挡肩的圆柱体,连接头7前端部的挡肩与沟槽5a配合。

1.行星减速机轴向间隙调整结构,包括端盖、外齿圈及太阳轮,端盖与外齿圈的一端联接,太阳轮设于外齿圈内,其特征在于:端盖的中部开有通孔,在端盖的通孔上装有密封端盖,密封端盖的中部开有调节孔,调节孔外端部具有一段内螺纹,一调整螺钉与调节孔外端部的内螺纹联接,调节孔内装有一与太阳轮轴端中部相对的调整垫,太阳轮与调整垫相对的轴端中部具有一凸出的连接头,连接头与调整垫联接,调整垫的外端面与调整螺钉的前端抵靠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行星减速机轴向间隙调整结构,其特征在于:调整垫与连接头相对的一端开有缺口,缺口的底部开有沟槽,连接头为前端部具有突出挡肩的圆柱体,连接头前端部的挡肩与沟槽配合。
