 本实用新型涉及机床领域,详细地讲是一种用蜗轮副调整主轴间隙装置。
背景技术
众所周知,传统机床主轴带锥度的滑动轴承与锥轴之间的间隙调整,是用锁紧螺母拧在滑动轴承上,靠旋转螺母调整间隙,精度值不高,并且调整时需要将主轴壳体拆下,否则无法调整。一方面主轴壳体拆下会影响主轴精度,另一方面调整间隙费时费力,并且间隙值不好控制。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种用蜗轮副调整主轴间隙装置,操作简单,调整轴承间隙时更为方便快捷,精度高,保证了主轴旋转精度,并且降低了维修成本,减少了工人劳动强度,提高了效率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用蜗轮副调整主轴间隙装置,设有主轴,主轴位于壳体内,主轴上加工有锥形面,带锥形面的主轴上套装有内腔为锥形面的滑动轴承,滑动轴承外腔壁上加工有螺纹,其特征是,滑动轴承的外腔壁上旋合有带内螺纹的蜗轮,蜗轮与蜗杆一端啮合,蜗杆另一端位于壳体外壁处。
本实用新型的有益效果是,操作简单,调整轴承间隙时更为方便快捷,精度高,保证了主轴旋转精度,并且降低了维修成本,减少了工人劳动强度,提高了效率。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3中,本实用新型设有主轴1,主轴1位于壳体5内,主轴1上加工有锥形面,带锥形面的主轴1上套装有内腔为锥形面的滑动轴承2,滑动轴承2外腔壁上加工有螺纹,滑动轴承2的外腔壁上旋合有带内螺纹的蜗轮3,蜗轮3与蜗杆4一端啮合,蜗杆4另一端位于壳体5外壁处。
本实用新型主轴1与滑动轴承2是锥度配合,其间隙调整如下:搬动蜗杆4使蜗轮3回转, 滑动轴承2即作轴向移动,从而改变主轴1与滑动轴承2径向间隙。
