Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于密封容器的装置,更具体地,涉及一种用于将层压膜热密封到存储食物的容器上的装置。
背景技术
消费者使用多种技术来将食物和饮料存储在容器中。一些容器使用可重复密封的盖,所述盖可旋在容器上或者搭扣在容器上,以存储食物。一些容器采取所谓的顶部拉链存储袋的形式。然而,所述容器的密封能力是有问题的,因为经常发生泄漏。此外,容器和它们的封闭机构之间的密封常常是可渗气的,这导致内部的食物变质。
大公司常常使用工业密封设备,这些设备可以在一次性容器和覆盖该容器的膜之间形成一个气密密封。然而,消费者通常无法利用所述技术。因此,需要一种能够提供容器和覆盖该容器的膜之间的气密密封的低成本、完全自动的密封装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型包括一种用于将层压膜密封到容器上的密封装置。所述密封装置包括一个底部壳体组件,所述底部壳体组件可包括一个抽屉,该抽屉经由轨道选择性地从所述底部壳体朝外延伸。所述底部壳体优选地还包括用于将容器保持就位的一个容器支撑物。优选地,所述容器支撑物还包括一个膜卷支撑物,该膜卷支撑物用于支撑一卷膜,并且允许在由所述容器支撑物保持的容器的打开顶部上拉动该卷膜。膜切割器还可被包括在该容器支撑物上,用于从所述卷中切割膜。
所述膜优选的是一个层压膜,该层压膜具有一个非粘结顶层和一个被设计为在熔化时粘结的底层。所述顶层优选地在所述底层开始熔化的温度下保持非粘结且不熔化。更优选地,所述顶层包括聚酯,而所述底层包括聚乙烯。
本密封装置还包括一个盖组件,该盖组件优选地铰链附接至所述底部组件,用于使所述盖组件相对于所述底部壳体在打开位置和闭合位置之间枢轴转动。所述盖组件优选地包括一个提升组件,所述提升组件具有一个基板和用于提升所述容器支撑物的多个提升臂。囊状物优选地位于所述提升组件的基底下方,并且可通过囊状物泵为囊状物充气,从而提升所述提升组件。所述囊状物泵优选地通过检测所述囊状物内的压力的微控制器来控制。所述微控制器还可检测其他变量,例如在所述提升组件被囊状物提升或放低时提升组件所行进的距离。所述盖组件还优选地包括一个加热板。
在运作时,所述抽屉被至少部分拉出所述底部组件,且容器被放在所述容器支撑物中。食物或饮料被放在所述容器中,以及来自可转动地安装在所述膜卷支撑物上的膜卷的膜向上延伸,且延伸在所述容器的顶部上方。所述容器支撑物可具有与之相关联的垫片,所述垫片有助于暂时地将膜保持就位。之后,所述抽屉滑动回到所述底部组件中。
所述提升组件的提升臂优选地朝向所述提升臂的底端朝内成角度。随着包含所述容器支撑物中的容器的抽屉滑动回至所述底部组件中,所述容器支撑物的左侧和右侧水平地在提升臂的朝内成角度的部分上方滑动。因而,提升臂向下延伸穿过所述容器支撑物的侧部的至少一部分,例如顶部边缘部分,以及所述提升臂在所述容器支撑物的侧部的至少一部分下方弯曲以与之接合。替代地,凸缘可从所述容器支撑物的侧部延伸,提升臂可接合这些凸缘。
一旦致动,所述盖组件中的加热板加热至一个期望温度。一旦预加热,所述囊状物泵为所述囊状物充气。随着所述囊状物充气,它对所述提升组件的基板施加朝上压力,使得朝上提升所述提升组件。随着所述提升组件被提升,所述提升臂也被提升。由于所述提升臂向下延伸越过所述容器支撑物的侧部的至少一部分,且在所述容器支撑物 的侧部的至少一部分下方延伸,因此所述提升组件朝上提升所述容器支撑物(以及带有其顶部的膜的容器),直至所述膜接触所述加热板。所述加热板将所述膜加热至所述膜的底层开始熔化且粘附至所述容器的温度。然而,所述膜的顶层保持未粘结和未熔化,从而所述膜还未粘结至所述加热板。
一旦所述膜粘附至所述容器,所述囊状物放气,这允许所述提升组件将所述容器放低回就位。随着所述膜的底层冷却,它固化且形成与所述容器的气密结合。此后,可手动将粘附至所述容器的膜从所述膜卷中切除,或者它可以在先前被自动切割,例如在加热板加热所述膜期间通过所述盖组件中的线切割器。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,更具体地参考图1,示出根据本实用新型的一个实施方案的教导构造的密封装置1包括一个盖组件2和一个底部壳体组件4。盖组件2包括基底控制面板6,而底部壳体组件4包括一个电源线8、一个抽屉10和一个锁定构件12。控制面板6可包括至少一个按钮、LED指示灯、操纵杆、旋钮、显示屏、触摸屏,或者用于接通密封装置1和/或指示其状态的任何其他合适的结构。如图7中可以看到的,盖组件2和底部壳体组件4优选地朝向密封装置1的后部而铰链连接至彼此。替代地,盖组件2和底部壳体组件4可在不同位置处铰链连接,或者可永久连接,或者可选择性地彼此脱离。锁定构件12优选地用来在密封装置1运作期间防止盖组件2打开或者与底部壳体组件4脱离,如下面所详细讨论的。
如在图2中可以看到的,底部壳体组件4包括轨道14,所述轨道14允许抽屉10选择性地从底部壳体组件4的前部至少部分滑出。抽屉10的尺寸和形状优选地被设定为接收和支撑容器支撑物16。容器支撑物16优选地包括支撑构件18,所述支撑构件18被设计用于接收和支撑容器24。容器支撑物16优选地还包括:膜卷(film roll)支撑物20,用于保持一卷膜(未示出);一个或多个垫片22,用于在密封之前一旦所述膜延伸在容器24上方,将该膜保持就位在容器支撑物16的前方处;以及,一个膜止动构件26,用于将该膜保持就位在容器支撑物16的后部处。膜卷支撑物20可包括相对的支撑物托架,一卷膜可以定位在所述相对的支承托架之间,以受到可旋转地支撑。
在运作时,用户从底部壳体组件4拉出抽屉10。容器支撑物16放置于抽屉10内,从而取出抽屉10还导致容器支撑物16从底部壳体组件4取出。然后,用户将食物或饮料放在容器24中,且将容器24放在容器支撑物16中。之后,用户从在容器支撑物16的后部处由膜卷支撑物20支撑的一卷膜中拉出一层膜,并且将该层膜延伸在容器24的顶部上方。如上面提及的,容器支撑物16可包括垫片22,所述 垫片22优选地由在膜和垫片22接触时暂时辅助将该膜止动就位的材料制成。然后,用户将抽屉10(和容器支撑物16以及容器24)推回到底部壳体组件4内。
如在图3和图4中可以看到的,密封装置1的盖组件2包括定位在提升组件32下方的囊状物30。泵34与囊状物30流体连通,从而为囊状物30充气。提升组件32包括至少一个提升臂36,优选地包括多个提升臂,例如图3和图4中示出的六个提升臂36。提升臂36的顶端优选地连接至提升组件32的基板。此外,每一提升臂36优选地朝下延伸,并且在其下端处与容器支撑物16接合从而提升容器支撑物16。更具体地,每一提升臂36的下端在容器支撑物16的至少一部分或容器支撑物16上的凸缘的下方延伸,从而提升容器支撑物16。至少一个提升导引柱38也设置在盖组件2中,以及加热板40和控制器42也设置在盖组件2中。控制器42优选地与加热板40、泵34和控制面板6电气连通。
在运作时,容器24被放在容器支撑物16中,膜在容器24上方延伸。一旦关闭抽屉10,容器24和容器支撑物16存在于密封装置1内。虽然在底部壳体组件4内,但是容器支撑物16的至少一部分被定位为在至少一个提升臂36的下端上方,使得至少一个提升臂36的下端在容器支撑物16的一部分下方延伸。一个挡板(cutoff)可阻止在抽屉10打开和/或盖组件2打开时使密封装置1通电。
然后,用户可经由控制面板6致动密封装置1。之后,控制器42使得泵34为囊状物30充气。囊状物30的充气使得囊状物30朝上压在提升组件32的基板上,从而升高提升组件32。提升组件32被引导,从而通过至少一个提升引导柱38大体竖直地提升。图3示出了处于“不工作(off)”位置或“放低”位置的密封装置1,而图4示出了处于“工作(on)”位置或“升高”位置或“密封”位置的密封装置1。图3示出了定位在容器支撑物16的远侧上的三个提升臂36,从而容器支撑物阻挡了大部分提升臂36的视角。图4示出了定位在容器支撑物36的近侧上的三个提升臂36,使得图4中的提升臂36比图3中示出的那些提升臂更加可见。然而,应理解,根据需要或期望,多个远提升臂36和近提升臂36可被包括在相同的密封装置1中。
随着提升组件32升高,所述至少一个提升臂36与容器支撑物16接合且同时提升容器支撑物16,如图4中所示。容器支撑物16以及由此其上具有一层膜的容器24被带至接近于加热板40,从而来自加热板40的热使得膜与容器24结合。接近于加热板40可能与加热板40直接接触,从而容器24将其上方的膜压到加热垫片40上。替代地,加热垫片40可产生足够的辐射热,使得在该加热垫片和该膜之间没有直接的物理接触的情况下将该膜与容器24结合并且密封到容器24。
优选地,通过控制器42致动至少一个绳加热器(rope heater)(未示出)来对加热板40进行预加热,之后致动泵34。替代地,可使用云母加热器、加热器、膜加热器或其他合适的加热器。控制器42优选地监控以下中的至少一个:囊状物32内的压力、提升组件32的位置和容器支撑物16的位置,并且基于此使得囊状物30进一步充气和放气,从而实现膜与容器24的适当密封。压力传感器和/或一个或多个位置传感器可将压力和/或位置信息供应至控制器42,用于监控所述压力和/或位置信息。密封装置1可具有一个以上的设置,用户可借助于这些设置来调整如下特征,例如加热板40的温度、密封时间,和/或容器24、膜和加热板40之间的压力。
在发生密封之后,控制器42使得囊状物30放气,从而允许提升组件32和容器支撑物16放低回到它们的“不工作”位置。然后,用户可从底部壳体组件4中至少部分地取出抽屉10,并且从底部壳体组件4中移除所密封的容器24。
所述膜优选的是包括至少两层的层压膜,但是这并不意味着限制,因为可使用其他膜或纸质层。层压膜的底层被设计为与容器24密封或者结合至容器24,因而优选地由一种在由加热板40所产生的温度下至少部分熔化的材料组成。在一个示例实施方案中,底层是聚乙烯。顶层被设计为未密封至加热板40或者未结合至加热板40,从而由如下一种材料组成,该材料在被加热至底层熔化的温度时并未熔化。在一个示例实施方案中,顶层是聚酯。附加的层还可被包括在该膜中。
图5示出了容器支撑物16和标准尺寸的容器24的一个示例实施方案。然而,可使用不同尺寸的容器。例如,如图6中所示,小容器25被容纳在容器支撑物16内。为了适当地支撑小容器25,可选择性 移除的小容器支撑物28可被增加至容器支撑物16用于与之接合。小容器支撑物28可包括其自身的翼片22。增加小容器支撑物28形成了一个更小的区域,容器支撑物16可在该更小的区域中接收一个容器24、25。
图7示意性示出了密封装置1的一个实施方案,其中盖组件2相对于底部壳体组件4被铰链式打开。所述打开位置可允许清洁密封装置1的内部。如上面提及的,锁定构件12优选地用于例如在密封装置1运作期间阻止盖组件2打开或者与底部壳体组件4脱离,和/或阻止抽屉10打开,如上面所讨论的。图7还示出了加热的线切割器(heated wire cutter)44,该加热的线切割器可用于从一卷膜中切割出用来密封容器24、25的一片膜。如本领域普通技术人员能够理解的,还可采用用于从一卷中切割膜的其他方法。
在图8A和图8B示出的另一实施方案中,加热板140可滑动地安装在多个竖直柱138上,所述竖直柱138从盖组件2朝下延伸。加热板140可在“升高”位置和“放低”位置之间移动。在所述实施方案中,优选地使用弹簧以及类似物(未示出)将加热板140偏置在“升高”位置中。然后,通过囊状物130的充气,可促使加热板140进入“放低”位置。由于在该实施方案中未朝向加热垫片140提升容器支撑物16和容器24,因此省去了先前实施方案的提升组件32和提升臂36。在运作时,容器24被放在容器支撑物16中,容器支撑物16位于抽屉10内。一旦关闭抽屉10,容器24和容器支撑物16位于加热板140下方。由于加热板140被偏置朝向“升高”位置,所以加热板140最初未邻近于在容器24上方延伸的膜,如图8A中所示。然后,用户可通过控制面板6致动该设备。之后,控制器142使得泵134为囊状物130充气。囊状物130的充气使得囊状物130朝下压在加热板140上,使得加热板140邻近于在容器24上方延伸的膜。加热板140被带至邻近于膜,使得加热板140导致该膜与容器24结合,如图8B中所示。在上面的先前实施方案中描述了通过控制器142对加热板140和泵134的操作。在产生密封之后,控制器142使得囊状物130放气,从而允许加热板140移动回至“升高”位置。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于将膜密封到容器上的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括:
一个容器支撑物,用于在其中接收所述容器;
一个提升组件,包括一个基板和至少一个提升臂,所述至少一个提升臂接合所述容器支撑物,用于提升所述容器支撑物;
一个加热板;
一个可充气囊状物,定位在所述提升组件的下方;以及
一个泵,与所述可充气囊状物流体连通,用于为所述可充气囊状物充气;
其中所述囊状物的充气使得所述囊状物朝上压到所述基板上,从而提升所述提升组件,其中所述提升组件的朝上移动使得所述至少一个提升臂提升所述容器支撑物,从而来自所述加热板的热将所述膜密封到所述容器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述容器支撑物包括一个选择性移除的小容器支撑物,用于在其中支撑小容器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个提升臂与所述容器支撑物上的至少一个凸缘接合。

10.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,在所述容器支撑物被升高以使得通过所述容器将所述膜压靠在所述加热板上之后,所述加热板将所述膜密封至所述容器。
11.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,当所述容器支撑物被升高且所述膜和容器充分接近所述加热板时,来自所述加热板的热将所述膜密封至所述容器。
12.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述膜是层压膜。
13.根据权利要求12所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述膜的底层由在加热板能够产生的温度下熔化从而与所述容器结合的材料组成,所述膜的顶层由在该温度下不熔化的材料组成。
14.根据权利要求13所述的密封装置,其特征在于,所述顶层是聚酯,所述底层是聚乙烯。
15.根据权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,还包括用于夹持一卷膜的膜卷支撑物。
16.根据权利要求15所述的密封装置,其特征在于,还包括在所述密封过程中从所述卷膜中切割一片膜的机构。
17.根据权利要求16所述的密封装置,其特征在于,用于从所述卷膜切割一片膜的所述机构包括一个加热的线切割器。
18.一种用于密封容器的系统,其特征在于,包括:
一个容器支撑物,在其中接收容器;
一个为囊状物充气的泵,其中所述囊状物的充气使得所述囊状物膨胀,并且朝上压在一个提升组件的基板上;
所述提升组件,其包括至少一个提升臂,在所述囊状物充气时所述提升臂与所述容器支撑物接合,并且提升所述容器支撑物;
一个加热板,在所述容器支撑物、所述容器和所述膜朝上移动接近于所述加热板之后将膜密封到所述容器。
19.一种用于密封容器的系统,其特征在于,包括:
一个容器;
一个加热板,能够在升高位置和放低位置之间移动,且偏置到所述升高位置中;
一个为囊状物充气的泵,其中所述囊状物的充气使得所述囊状物膨胀并且朝下压到所述加热板上,使得所述加热板移动至所述放低位置以接近所述容器,从而将膜密封到所述容器。
20.根据权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于,所述膜包括一个纸质层。
