1.最佳方案选择：只有“V”型防滑波浪条纹的防滑效果最佳；
2.设计和技术方案：
(1)防滑部位：设计在机动车轮外胎与地面接触圆周面的部位上，是防滑的主体固定部位；
(2)技术方案：
α.利用自身重量产生的压力，使机动车轮外胎圆周面与地面接触时产生“真空”的物理现象，即防滑效应(摩擦系数)；
b.摩擦系数：是外胎圆周面与地面接触的时间成正比；与接触面积成正比；
与外胎圆周面的转速成反比；
c.机动车轮停止转动时，摩擦系数等于或大于1，不会发生位移；
d.机动车轮外胎的规格可以变化，但是，防滑部位和技术方案不变；
3.机动车“V”型防滑波浪条纹外胎是通用型的，与现行机动车轮外胎的基本性能是一样的；行驶到光滑的地域和道路时，不需在外胎加装防滑装置即能安全通过；
4.由于高速公路的迅速发展，城市道路上等级，现有的机动车轮外胎不太适应，所以事故频发，经济损失巨大，伤亡人数居高不下；
5.为了有效减少意外交通事故，降低经济损失，珍惜生命，为现代化建设提供必须的安全保障，因此研制，开发新型实用的机动车防滑外胎是势在必行！
