b.摩擦系数:是外胎圆周面与地面接触的时间成正比;与接触面积成正比; 
与外胎圆周面的转速成反比; 
c.机动车轮停止转动时,摩擦系数等于或大于1,不会发生位移; 
d.机动车轮外胎的规格可以变化,但是,防滑部位和技术方案不变; 
3.机动车“V”型防滑波浪条纹外胎是通用型的,与现行机动车轮外胎的基本性能是一样的;行驶到光滑的地域和道路时,不需在外胎加装防滑装置即能安全通过; 
4.由于高速公路的迅速发展,城市道路上等级,现有的机动车轮外胎不太适应,所以事故频发,经济损失巨大,伤亡人数居高不下; 
5.为了有效减少意外交通事故,降低经济损失,珍惜生命,为现代化建设提供必须的安全保障,因此研制,开发新型实用的机动车防滑外胎是势在必行!
