本实用新型涉及一种强化重型汽车元宝梁,包括元宝梁梁体,在元宝梁梁体的两端设有对称的装配孔,其特征是:在每个装配孔的周边堆焊有堆焊强化层,堆焊强化层的中孔与装配孔同心且同径。其优点是:采用在元宝梁梁体金属板材装配孔周围的堆焊无缝加厚结构,增加了板材有效的承载面积,解决了有孔板材疲劳开裂甚至断裂问题。解决了元宝梁梁体母板加衬板有缝加厚仍然疲劳开裂的问题,也解决了元宝梁梁体母板与衬板的边缘补焊后(两板之间仍有大面积缝隙)仍然疲劳开裂的问题。成型工艺简单、高效、成本低。由于堆焊层孔壁面表面渗碳,产品的疲劳强度及使用寿命得到了双重提高。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种强化重型汽车元宝梁,属于汽车元宝梁领域。  
背景技术:
重卡汽车在行驶1万公里左右,或使用半年左右,约3%的元宝梁出现沿孔(孔径Φ15mm)开裂、甚至端部断裂。除超载、路况差、个别材质问题等原因外,可通过增加元宝梁板材厚度加以解决,但增加板材厚度,除材料成本上升、主要是更换成套冲模及冲压设备的投资太大。实际生产采用局部加5mm厚衬板,但仍然造成叠板的开裂及疲劳断裂。如果将衬板边缘与母材(厚6mm)焊接,衬板与母板之间仍留有大面积的缝隙,缝隙会造成母板和衬板的各自疲劳开裂甚至断裂。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长的强化重型汽车元宝梁。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方式实现的: 
本实用新型包括元宝梁梁体,在元宝梁梁体的两端设有对称的装配孔,其特征是:在每个装配孔的周边堆焊有堆焊强化层,堆焊强化层的中孔与装配孔同心且同径。 
在所述堆焊强化层的中孔内壁有渗碳层; 
所述堆焊强化层表面主体为圆弧面,圆弧面顶部的平面为元宝梁的装配面; 
所述堆焊强化层的焊接外径为35±2mm; 
所述堆焊强化层的厚度为5±1mm; 
所述堆焊强化层的中孔内壁渗碳层的厚度为0.2±0.1mm。 
本实用新型的优点是:采用在元宝梁梁体金属板材装配孔周围的堆焊无缝加厚结构,增加了板材有效的承载面积,解决了有孔板材疲劳开裂甚至断裂问题。解决了元宝梁梁体母板加衬板有缝加厚仍然疲劳开裂的问题,也解决了元宝梁梁体母板与衬板的边缘补焊后(两板之间仍有大面积缝隙)仍然疲劳开裂的问题。成型工艺简单、高效、成本低。由于堆焊层孔壁面表面渗碳,产品的疲劳强度及使用寿命得到了双重提高。

具体实施方式:
参照附图,本实用新型包括元宝梁梁体1,在元宝梁梁体的两端设有对称的装配孔2,在每个装配孔的周边堆焊有堆焊强化层3,堆焊强化层的中孔5与装配孔2同心且同径。其具体工艺是将以廉价耐用的石墨为主的阻焊棒材7置于元宝梁梁体的装配孔腔中,在元宝梁梁体母板的表面与暴露的阻焊棒材之间以CO2气体保护焊等焊接方法进行局部堆焊,堆焊到需要的尺寸及厚度时去掉阻焊棒材,得到一个局部无缝加厚孔型腔免加工低成本强化的元宝梁。所述堆焊强化层表面主体为圆弧面,圆弧面顶部的平面4为强化元宝梁结构的装配面,堆焊强化层的焊接外径为35mm,堆焊强化层的厚度为5mm;由于堆焊层中孔壁面在堆焊成型的过程中与石墨材质的阻焊棒材接触被渗碳,渗碳层6的厚度为0.2mm。

1.一种强化重型汽车元宝梁,包括元宝梁梁体,在元宝梁梁体的两端设有对称的装配孔,其特征是:在每个装配孔的周边堆焊有堆焊强化层,堆焊强化层的中孔与装配孔同心且同径。
2.根据权利要求1所述强化重型汽车元宝梁,其特征是:在所述堆焊强化层的中孔内壁有渗碳层。
3.根据权利要求2所述强化重型汽车元宝梁,其特征是:所述堆焊强化层的中孔内壁渗碳层的厚度为0.2±0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述强化重型汽车元宝梁,其特征是:所述堆焊强化层表面主体为圆弧面,弧面顶部的平面为元宝梁的装配面。
5.根据权利要求4所述强化重型汽车元宝梁,其特征是:所述堆焊强化层的焊接外径为35±2mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述强化重型汽车元宝梁,其特征是:所述堆焊强化层的厚度为5±1mm。
