背景技术
立式数控车床或立式加工中心钻孔镗孔只能对零件的一个面进行加工,当多个面需要进行加工时,常规的办法是购买一液压分度头来实现,但液压分度头价格昂贵。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:设计一种使用方便、成本低廉的立式机床。
本实用新型主要是针对立式数控车床或立式加工中心所做出的,它包括工作台,在工作台上设置有尾座总成以及与尾座总成同轴的多工位液压刀架座,多工位液压刀架座上设置有与其轴连接的回转工装安装机构。所述的回转工装安装机构可为安装在多工位液压刀架座上并与其轴连接的法兰盘。
本实用新型是利用现有技术中的多工位液压刀架实现的,现有的多工位液压刀架有四工位、八工位等多种形式,在使用时可选用具有不同工位的液压刀架,把取下其刀盘,仅使用其液压刀架座,并采用与回转工装安装机构相适应的回转工装安装机构,从而使工装安装于尾座总成和多工位液压刀架座之间,通过多工位液压刀架座确定各工位,实现分度。
本实用新型的优点是:液压分度头价格昂贵,利用数控车床的多工位液压刀架结构特点代替液压分度头,以此节约了成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实施例包括工装底板7,在工装底板7的一侧安装有尾座总成1,另一端安装有多工位液压刀架座6,即去掉刀盘的多工位液压刀架。多工位液压刀架座6可根据需要采用现有的四工位、六工位、八工位等多工位液压刀架座。在多工位液压刀架座6与尾座总成1相对的一侧装有用于安装回转工装2并与多工位液压刀架6的轴的法兰盘5,回转工装2的两端分别装在尾座总成1和连接盘5上。
使用时通过刹紧装置4将被加工零件3固定在回转工装2上,由多工位液压刀架6带动工装转动至相应位置,以便对其进行加工。

1.一种立式机床,包括其工作台,其特征是:工作台上设置有尾座总成(1)以及与尾座总成(1)同轴的多工位液压刀架座(6),多工位液压刀架座(6)上设置有与其轴连接的回转工装安装机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式机床,其特征是:所述的回转工装安装机构为安装在多工位液压刀架座(6)上并与其轴连接的法兰盘(5)。
