一种用于数控车床的多工位刀具装夹装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于机加工技术领域,具体指一种用于数控车床的多工位刀具装夹装置。
背景技术
目前的数控车床刀塔一般为四方刀塔,其只能在四角安装四把车削加工的刀具,一般只能进行偏端面、车外圆、镗孔、切断工序的加工。如果需加工的零件孔的尺寸较深,就需要采用较长的镗刀杆,从而造成对其它工位刀具的干涉,只能取消相应位置刀具的安装,使得刀塔上安装的刀具不足4把。另外,如果零件上需要钻孔,只能在尾座上加钻头进行加工。
对于结构较复杂、加工工步较长,需要进行粗车、精车、点、钻、镗孔、车螺纹、滚花等工步操作的零件,现有技术的数控车床刀塔不能满足加工要求,存在局限性。在加工过程中需要重新更换刀具,重新对刀,不能保证零件尺寸的一致性;或者需要更换机床,进行二次装夹重新找正后加工零件。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于刀具装夹,加工精度高的用于数控车床的多工位刀具装夹装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种用于数控车床的多工位刀具装夹装置,包括机座,设置在机座上的刀塔和电机,电机驱动刀塔转动,所述刀塔上设置有12个工位;所述刀塔的中部设有通孔,所述12个工位的每个端面上均设置有与通孔贯穿的安装孔,所述工位的端面上设置有连通通孔且开口朝上的凹槽一和凹槽二,所述凹槽一的两端贯穿刀塔的两端面,所述凹槽二与凹槽一垂直设置,相邻凹槽二的两端连通,工位的端面上设置有定位孔,所述工位的端面上设置有四个固定孔。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述的通孔端部设有与其适配的端盖。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述的12个工位均匀分布在刀塔的圆周上。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述的四个固定孔圆周均布在工位的端面上。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述凹槽一和凹槽二的底部均为平面设置。
本实用新型进一步设置为:所述凹槽一和凹槽二的底部离工位的端面距离为6毫米。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:通过12个工位的设置可以使刀塔上装12个刀具,通孔的设置减少了刀塔的重量,减少生产成本,便于刀塔的转动;安装孔的设置便于刀具的安装,凹槽一和凹槽二的设置便于对刀具的固定,防止刀具在使用时发生偏移,增加刀塔加工的精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
参见图1、图2、图3所示,一种用于数控车床的多工位4刀具装夹装置,包括机座1,设置在机座1上的刀塔2和电机3,电机3驱动刀塔2转动,所述刀塔2上设置有12个工位4,通过12个工位4的设置可以使刀塔2上装12个刀具,增加了刀具的安装位置,方便加工时直接转换刀具,提高加工精度;所述刀塔2的中部设有通孔5,这样减少了刀塔2的重量,减少生产成本,便于刀塔2的转动;所述12个工位4的每个端面上均设置有与通孔5贯穿的安装孔6,这样便于刀具的安装,可以将刀具的尾部收纳在安装孔6内,减少对刀塔2空间的占领,所述工位4的端面上设置有连通通孔5且开口朝上的凹槽一7和凹槽二8,所述凹槽一7的两端贯穿刀塔2的两端面,所述凹槽二8与凹槽一7垂直设置,相邻凹槽二8的两端连通,便于对刀具的固定,防止刀具在使用时发生偏移,增加刀塔2加工的精度;工位4的端面上设置有定位孔9,所述工位4的端面上设置有四个固定孔10,这样可以进一步的对刀具进行固定。
进一步设置为:所述的通孔5端部设有与其适配的端盖11,这样可以对通孔5进行密封,防止灰尘通过通孔5进入刀塔2内,提高使用寿命,同时端盖11给刀塔2进行支撑,可以使刀塔2在使用时更加坚固,使刀具在使用时更加稳定,提高加工精度。
进一步设置为:所述的端盖11的一端面设置有向外突出的凸台112,另一端面设置有向内凹进的凹腔111,通过这样的设置可以方便使用时根据加工的不同情况而转换不同的端面安装,简单方便。
进一步设置为:所述的12个工位4均匀分布在刀塔2的圆周上,这样可以方便刀塔2在旋转换刀的时候能够均匀转换。
进一步设置为:所述的四个固定孔10圆周均布在工位4的端面上,这样方便固定刀具。
进一步设置为:所述凹槽一7和凹槽二8的底部均为平面设置,这样方便刀具的安装,增加刀具与凹槽一7和凹槽二8的底部的接触面积。
进一步设置为:所述凹槽一7和凹槽二8的底部离工位4的端面距离为6毫米,这样可以保证刀具安装在刀塔2后有足够的安装强度,使刀具在加工工件时不晃动,增加了加工的精度。
