本发明属于机械行业所使用的一种铸型尼龙滑轮，具体是各种汽车吊车上所使用的一种铸型尼龙滑轮。
背景技术
现在的各种汽车吊车上的起重臂最前端所使用的滑轮，普遍使用的是铸造钢加工制造，这样的滑轮最大的缺点是重量大及对钢丝绳磨损大，因为汽车吊车的起重臂最前端的滑轮的重量越轻，对钢丝绳的磨损越轻越好。
实用新型内容
本发明的目的，就在于克服上述的缺点，而提供的一种铸型尼龙滑轮。
本发明是这样实现的：一种铸型尼龙滑轮，其特征是：在滑轮体的外圆加工有滑轮槽，在滑轮体的中心的位置加工有滑轮套，在滑轮套的里面加工有轴承定位槽，整个滑轮选用尼龙材料加工制作。

具体实施方式
本发明选用己内酰胺及助剂经过高温熔化成液体后，在模具中铸造成型，然后再经过机械加工而成的。本实用新型的滑轮槽1的作用是安放钢丝绳，滑轮体2的作用是承受重物的压力，滑轮套3的作用是安装在起重臂最前端的轴承和轴，轴承定位槽4的作用是轴承安装好后起到定位的作用。
本发明使用时，不仅减轻起重臂的重量及滑轮对钢丝绳的磨损，而且还提高了汽车吊的工作可靠性。

1.一种铸型尼龙滑轮，其特征是：在滑轮体的外圆加工有滑轮槽，在滑轮体的中心的位置加工有滑轮套，在滑轮套的里面加工有轴承定位槽，整个滑轮选用尼龙材料加工制作。
