技术领域
本发明属于机械行业所使用的一种带有加强筋的铸型尼龙滑轮，具体是各种汽车吊车上所使用的一种带有加强筋的铸型尼龙滑轮。
背景技术
现在的各种汽车吊车上的起重臂最前端所使用的滑轮，普遍使用的是铸造钢加工制造而成的，这样的滑轮最大的缺点是重量及对钢丝绳磨损大，因为汽车吊车的起重臂最前端的滑轮的重量及对钢丝绳磨损越轻越好。
本发明的目的，就在于克服上述的缺点，而提供一种带有加强筋的铸型尼龙滑轮。
本发明是这样实现的：一种带有加强筋的铸型尼龙滑轮，其特征是：在滑轮体的外圆加工有滑轮槽，在滑轮体的中心的位置加工有滑轮套，在滑轮套的里面加工有轴承定位槽，在滑轮槽和滑轮套之间加工有孔和加强筋，整个滑轮选用尼龙材料加工制作。

1、滑轮槽，2、孔，3、加强筋，4、轴承定位槽，5、滑轮套。
具体实施方式
本发明选用己内酰胺及助剂经过高温熔化成液体后，在模具中铸造成型，然后再经过机械加工而成的。本发明的滑轮槽1的作用是安放钢丝绳，孔2的作用是减轻重量，加强筋3的作用是增加滑轮体的机械强度，轴承定位槽4的作用是定位滑轮套5内的轴承，滑轮套5的作用是承受起重的重物的重量，本发明是安装在汽车起重机的起重臂的最前端。
本发明使用时，不仅减轻起重臂的重量及对钢丝绳磨损，而且还提高了汽车吊的工作可靠性。

1.一种带有加强筋的铸型尼龙滑轮，其特征是：在滑轮体的外圆加工有滑轮槽，在滑轮体的中心的位置加工有滑轮套，在滑轮套的里面加工有轴承定位槽，在滑轮槽和滑轮套之间加工有孔和加强筋，整个滑轮选用尼龙材料加工制作。
