本发明涉及一种起重机的吊钩。
背景技术
在工业生产中，吊钩是起重机械的重要部件，在搬运重型物件时，吊机是不可缺少的运输工具。吊钩在工作过程中，由于受力情况复杂，存在一定不足，在起重过程中，由于晃动经常发生脱钩事故，容易造成重大的人身和设备的意外事故，影响了生产安全。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单，使用可靠地起重机的吊钩。
本发明的技术方案是：包括钩体，所述钩体的根部铰接设有卡钩，所述卡钩包括钩片一和钩片二，所述钩片一和钩片二的头部分别设有对应的通孔一，所述钩体的钩尖部设有通孔二，所述通孔一和通孔二的直径一致。
所述钩体的内表面设有钩槽。
所述钩体的表面设有耐磨层。
所述钩体上设有称重器。
本发明在钩体上设置卡钩，通过卡钩与钩体上钩尖部的通孔通过销连接，实现对物件的可靠连接；在钩体内表面设置钩槽，防止绳索窜动。本发明便于加工生产，能够防止物件脱钩，保证生产安全。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-2所示，包括钩体1，所述钩体1的根部铰接设有卡钩2，两者通过转轴23连接；所述卡钩2包括钩片一21和钩片二22，所述钩片一21和钩片二22的头部分别设有对应的通孔一，所述钩体1的钩尖部设有通孔二，所述通孔一和通孔二的直径一致，工作中，钩片一21和钩片二22分别位于钩体的钩尖部的两侧，通过销4穿过通孔一和通孔二，实现连接。
所述钩体1的内表面设有钩槽10，便于将绳索固定，防止窜动。
所述钩体1的表面设有耐磨层，提高钩体的使用寿命。
所述钩体1上设有称重器3，便于对物件称重。
