背景技术
托绳轮是矿用索道上大量使用的配件，但目前使用的托绳轮，托轮衬与托轮体之间容易打滑，造成钢丝绳与托轮衬磨损严重，托绳轮易损坏，使用时间短，也易造成掉绳的安全事故。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种凹凸型矿用索道防滑托绳轮。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种凹凸型矿用索道防滑托绳轮，包括主轴，托轮体，托轮衬，主轴与托轮体之间装有轴承，盖板通过螺栓装在托轮体上，在托轮体外缘开有凹槽，在托轮衬内缘有凸台，凸台嵌在凹槽中。
主轴与托轮体之间装有轴套。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，由于托轮衬内缘凸台嵌在托轮体外缘的凹槽中，保证托轮衬与托轮体之间不打滑，钢丝绳与托轮衬磨损小，托绳轮不易损坏，使用时间长，避免掉绳的安全事故发生。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种凹凸型矿用索道防滑托绳轮，包括主轴1，托轮体2，托轮衬3，主轴1与托轮体2之间装有轴承6，盖板4通过螺栓5装在托轮体2上，在托轮体2外缘开有凹槽8，在托轮衬3内缘有凸台9，凸台9嵌在凹槽8中，主轴1与托轮体2之间装有轴套7。

1、一种凹凸型矿用索道防滑托绳轮，包括主轴[1]，托轮体[2]，托轮衬[3]，主轴[1]与托轮体[2]之间装有轴承[6]，盖板[4]通过螺栓[5]装在托轮体[2]上，其特征在于：在托轮体[2]外缘开有凹槽[8]，在托轮衬[3]内缘有凸台[9]，凸台[9]嵌在凹槽[8]中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种凹凸型矿用索道防滑托绳轮，其特征在于：主轴[1]与托轮体[2]之间装有轴套[7]。
