背景技术
目前矿用索道上使用的过绳轮，在轮体上装有轮衬，轮衬与轮体接触面采用过盈配合，钢丝绳带动轮衬，轮衬靠包紧力带动轮体转动，由于包紧力大，轮衬压进轮体很困难，要用压机压进轮体中；二是在运行一段时间后，轮衬与轮体之间，轮衬与轮体之间间隙增大，轮衬在轮体上打滑，造成轮衬磨损很快；三是更换轮衬困难。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种矿用索道过绳轮。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下方式实现的：一种矿用索道过绳轮，包括轮体，轮衬，端盖，端盖通过螺栓装在轮体上，在轮衬的内侧面上有2个以上的凸柱，在轮体的轮边上开有与凸柱相适应的孔，凸柱插在孔中。
本实用新型具有如下的有益效果，一是在轮衬的内侧面上有个以上的凸柱，凸柱插入轮体的轮边上孔中，轮衬不会在轮体上打滑；二是轮衬与轮体接触面不是过盈配合，安装拆卸非常方便。

1.一种矿用索道过绳轮，包括轮体(1)，轮衬(2)，端盖(3)，端盖(3)通过螺栓(4)装在轮体(1)上，其特征在于：在轮衬(2)的内侧面上有2个以上的凸柱(5)，在轮体(1)的轮边上开有与凸柱(5)相适应的孔(6)，凸柱(5)插在孔(6)中。
