本实用新型公开了一种汽车轮毂轴承锁紧结构,包括锁紧螺母和半轴套管;同实用新型采用物理手段,使锁紧螺母左段的孔壁变薄,再在半轴套管上设置对应的锁紧槽,锁紧螺母和半轴套管套接好后,将锁紧螺母左段敲打变形,使锁紧螺母左段嵌入锁紧槽内,从而对锁紧螺母的周向运动进行锁定;本实用新型的有益技术效果是:结构简单,加工、安装方便,且结构稳定性较好。

本实用新型涉及一种限制套接件轴向位移的结构,尤其涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承锁紧结构。
背景技术
汽车高速行驶时,会产生振动力和冲击力,当这些作用力传递到汽车轮毂轴承上时,套接在轮毂轴承上的锁紧螺母容易发生周向窜动,自动回松,如果任其发展,将会导致轴承间隙不断增大,加快轮毂内的不正常磨损,最终导致制动鼓、制动蹄片、轴承和半轴套管等一并损坏,造成汽车轮毂脱离的重大事故。
为了避免前述情况的发生,现有技术中,汽车上多采用双锁紧螺母加锁片结构,锁紧螺母外圆上开有花键槽,装配时,先拧紧第一个锁紧螺母,放入锁片,再拧紧第二个锁紧螺母,最后用工具将锁片上的锁边分别敲入两个锁紧螺母的花键槽中。该锁紧结构中采用的零部件种类、数量较多,生产成本较高,且装配复杂,装配效率低。
实用新型内容
针对背景技术中的问题,本实用新型提出了一种汽车轮毂轴承锁紧结构,包括锁紧螺母和半轴套管;锁紧螺母外壁的轴截面为变截面结构,锁紧螺母左段的外径最小,锁紧螺母中段的外径大于锁紧螺母左段的外径,锁紧螺母右段的外径大于锁紧螺母中段的外径,左段、中段和右段之间平滑过度;锁紧螺母内孔的轴截面为变截面结构,锁紧螺母左段的内孔直径大于锁紧螺母中段的内孔直径,锁紧螺母右段的内孔直径与锁紧螺母中段的内孔直径相同;右段和中段长度范围内的锁紧螺母内孔上设置有内螺纹;
半轴套管端部的外壁上设置有锁紧槽,半轴套管中部的外壁上设置有外螺纹;
锁紧螺母套接在半轴套管外壁上,锁紧螺母上的内螺纹与半轴套管上的外螺纹位置对应,锁紧螺母左段将锁紧槽覆盖;锁紧螺母和半轴套管套接好后,敲击锁紧螺母左段,使锁紧螺母左段发生形变并嵌入锁紧槽内。
前述结构部件数量少,装配方便,且锁紧装置和螺母为整体结构,便于加工制作,成本较低,经过实验验证,该结构稳定可靠,可有效限制螺母的周向窜动,从而限制螺母的的轴向位移,保证车辆的安全性。
为了便于装配时拧紧螺母,本实用新型还作了如下改进:锁紧螺母中段的外壁上设置有多个装配平面,多个装配平面沿锁紧螺母周向均匀设置。装配平面用于与工具接触受力,便于将锁紧螺母拧紧。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:结构简单,加工、安装方便,且结构稳定性较好。

具体实施方式
一种汽车轮毂轴承锁紧结构,包括锁紧螺母2和半轴套管1;锁紧螺母2外壁的轴截面为变截面结构,锁紧螺母2左段的外径最小,锁紧螺母2中段的外径大于锁紧螺母2左段的外径,锁紧螺母2右段的外径大于锁紧螺母2中段的外径,左段、中段和右段之间平滑过度;锁紧螺母2内孔的轴截面为变截面结构,锁紧螺母2左段的内孔直径大于锁紧螺母2中段的内孔直径,锁紧螺母2右段的内孔直径与锁紧螺母2中段的内孔直径相同;右段和中段长度范围内的锁紧螺母2内孔上设置有内螺纹;半轴套管1端部的外壁上设置有锁紧槽,半轴套管1中部的外壁上设置有外螺纹;锁紧螺母2套接在半轴套管1外壁上,锁紧螺母2上的内螺纹与半轴套管1上的外螺纹位置对应,锁紧螺母2左段将锁紧槽覆盖;锁紧螺母2和半轴套管1套接好后,敲击锁紧螺母2左段,使锁紧螺母2左段发生形变并嵌入锁紧槽内(如图4中标记A位置处所示,)。
在前述结构的基础上,本实用新型还作了如下改进:锁紧螺母2中段的外壁上设置有多个装配平面(如图2中标记3所示),多个装配平面沿锁紧螺母2周向均匀设置。

1.一种汽车轮毂轴承锁紧结构,其特征在于:包括锁紧螺母(2)和半轴套管(1);锁紧螺母(2)外壁的轴截面为变截面结构,锁紧螺母(2)左段的外径最小,锁紧螺母(2)中段的外径大于锁紧螺母(2)左段的外径,锁紧螺母(2)右段的外径大于锁紧螺母(2)中段的外径,左段、中段和右段之间平滑过度;锁紧螺母(2)内孔的轴截面为变截面结构,锁紧螺母(2)左段的内孔直径大于锁紧螺母(2)中段的内孔直径,锁紧螺母(2)右段的内孔直径与锁紧螺母(2)中段的内孔直径相同;右段和中段长度范围内的锁紧螺母(2)内孔上设置有内螺纹;
半轴套管(1)端部的外壁上设置有锁紧槽,半轴套管(1)中部的外壁上设置有外螺纹;
锁紧螺母(2)套接在半轴套管(1)外壁上,锁紧螺母(2)上的内螺纹与半轴套管(1)上的外螺纹位置对应,锁紧螺母(2)左段将锁紧槽覆盖;锁紧螺母(2)和半轴套管(1)套接好后,敲击锁紧螺母(2)左段,使锁紧螺母(2)左段发生形变并嵌入锁紧槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车轮毂轴承锁紧结构,其特征在于:锁紧螺母(2)中段的外壁上设置有多个装配平面,多个装配平面沿锁紧螺母(2)周向均匀设置。
