随着免维护蓄电池被广泛地使用,问题逐渐显现出来:大多数免维护蓄电池使用寿命比预计的要短得多;个别电池失效导致整组电池失效;蓄电池安装后,缺乏科学、有效的监测管理手段,对蓄电池的合理使用不能及时作出准确的判断;由于使用现场条件限制,很难进行手工检测,并且测试数据分析需要运算人员具有很高的专业水准;人工检测除了需要浪费大量的人力外,还会带来许多的问题;人工不可能对每只电池同步的高密集测量;人工易受各种因素影响,测量精度无法保证;人工记录的数据难于整理成有效信息,不利于分析;突发性的电池故障的发现很难保证及时发现;系统的不合理状况对蓄电池的伤害未能及时发现并处理,严重影响了蓄电池的可靠工作。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,成本低廉,能够实现电池组在线监测,简单方便快捷,安全实用。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是,一种带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,包括外壳和上盖,外壳内设置有电极板和汇流板,电极板纵向平行排列于外壳内;所述汇流板为两块,设置于电极板上方并与电极板连接,其两块汇流板之间设置有用于电极板的集酸器;所述上盖设置于外壳上方,上盖上设置有排气阀和加液装置;所述电极板连接有电压监测装置。
优化的,上述带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,其集酸器内设置有若干集酸片。
优化的,上述带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,其电压监测装置包括分压电路,分压电路一端连接电极板,另一端连接模拟开关;所述模拟开关连接A/D转换模块,A/D转换模块连接单片机控制器。
本实用新型简化了蓄电池组单体电压的在线监测电路,提高了蓄电池组工作的可靠性,满足了蓄电池组实时监测的具体需求,结构简单,容易制作,成本低廉,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实用新型为一种带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,包括外壳1和上盖2,外壳1内设置有电极板3和汇流板4,电极板3纵向平行排列于外壳1内;所述汇流板4为两块,设置于电极板3上方并与电极板3连接,其两块汇流板4之间设置有用于电极板的集酸器5;所述上盖2设置于外壳1上方,上盖2上设置有排气阀6和加液装置7;所述电极板3连接有电压监测装置8。集酸器5内设置有若干集酸片51。电压监测装置8包括分压电路81,分压电路81一端连接电极板3,另一端连接模拟开关82;所述模拟开关82连接A/D转换模块83,A/D转换模块83连接单片机控制器84。
本实用新型简化了蓄电池组单体电压的在线监测电路,提高了蓄电池组工作的可靠性,满足了蓄电池组实时监测的具体需求,结构简单,容易制作,成本低廉,降低了生产成本。

1.一种带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,包括外壳和上盖,外壳内设置有电极板和汇流板,电极板纵向平行排列于外壳内;所述汇流板为两块,设置于电极板上方并与电极板连接,其特征在于:所述两块汇流板之间设置有用于电极板的集酸器;所述上盖设置于外壳上方,上盖上设置有排气阀和加液装置;所述电极板连接有电压监测装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,其特征在于:所述集酸器内设置有若干集酸片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有电压在线监测装置的阀控蓄电池,其特征在于:所述电压监测装置包括分压电路,分压电路一端连接电极板,另一端连接模拟开关;所述模拟开关连接A/D转换模块,A/D转换模块连接单片机控制器。
