Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,该装置通过副箱挡位拨叉上的台阶或副箱拨叉轴上的台阶将副箱挡位信号传递至信号开关。信号开关布置在后盖壳体侧面且低于变速器最大轮廓平面,副箱拨叉或副箱拨叉轴上设置有推动副箱信号开关的台阶,因此,换挡信号可以由副箱拨叉或副箱拨叉轴传递给信号开关,从而指导司机。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种变速器,特别涉及一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置。 
背景技术
对于主副箱组合设计的变速器结构,通常副箱设置有高低挡,副箱高低挡转换时,需要副箱挡位检测装置,对司机进行操作提示。目前,主副箱组合设计的变速器结构见图1~3,从中可以看出,副箱挡位检测装置是副箱高低挡压力开关,副箱高低挡压力开关通过检测副箱气缸位置实现挡位的检测,副箱高低挡压力开关1布置在副箱气缸总成2后端,副箱气缸总成安装在变速器后盖壳体3后端,副箱进行高低挡转换时,副箱拨叉轴4为副箱高低挡压力开关1提供信号。该布置结构导致副箱高低挡压力开关处于整个变速器最后端,并且高出气缸盖后端面,从而导致诸多不利影响,当变速器需要后置安装取力器、缓速器等后置设备时,必须将副箱高低挡压力开关取消,否则会造成干涉。然而副箱压力开关取消后,司机无法获得副箱换挡是否到位的信息,造成很大的安全隐患。 
鉴于以上缺陷,是由必要提供一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置以解决以上技术问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,解决了现有技术的不足。 
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 
一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,包括副箱拨叉轴、副箱拨叉、信号开关, 所述副箱拔叉或副箱拔叉轴上设置有与信号开关分离或接触的触动装置,当副箱拔叉或副箱拔叉轴沿轴向运动时,其通过触动装置与信号开关接触,从而将换挡信号提供给信号开关。 
作为本实用新型的优选实施例,所述触动装置是设置在副箱拨叉轴或副箱拨叉上的凹槽或凸台; 
作为本实用新型的优选实施例,所述的信号开关设置在后盖壳体侧面; 
作为本实用新型的优选实施例,所述信号开关布置在低于变速器最大轮廓平面的位置。 
本实用新型一种副箱高低挡开关布置结构至少具有以下优点:本实用新型在副箱拔叉轴或副箱拔叉上设置有与信号开关分离或接触的触动装置,这样,需要换挡时,副箱拔叉或副箱拔叉轴沿轴向运动,当挂挡到位时,副箱拨叉或副箱拨叉轴上的触动装置会触动副箱信号开关,从而将信号传递到副箱信号开关,指导司机。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细描述: 
请参阅图4至图6所示,一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,该装置通过副箱 挡位拨叉上的台阶或副箱拨叉轴上的台阶将副箱挡位信号传递至信号开关。 
本实用新型设计了一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,将副箱信号开关5布置在后盖壳体7侧面。同时,在副箱拨叉8或副箱拨叉轴上设置凹槽或凸台,保证副箱信号开关5的动作信号由副箱拨叉8或副箱拨叉轴准确提供。 
本发明将副箱信号开关5布置在后盖壳体7的侧面,副箱拨叉8或副箱拨叉轴上设置有凹槽或凸台,副箱信号开关5的信号由副箱拨叉8或副箱拨叉轴上的凹槽或凸台提供,当副箱进行高低挡转换时,副箱拨叉8或副箱拨叉轴沿轴向移动,当副箱拨叉8挂挡到位时,副箱拨叉8或副箱拨叉轴上的凹槽或凸台会触动副箱信号开关5,从而将信号传递到副箱信号开关5。如图6所示,为本发明所设计的副箱拨叉8,该拨叉后端设置有副箱高低挡转换时推动信号开关的台阶结构。

Claims (4)

1.一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,其特征在于:该检测装置包括副箱拨叉轴、副箱拨叉、信号开关(5),所述副箱拨叉或副箱拨叉轴上设置有与信号开关分离或接触的触动装置,当副箱拨叉或副箱拨叉轴沿轴向运动时,其通过触动装置与信号开关接触,从而将换挡信号提供给信号开关。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,其特征在于:所述的触动装置是设置在副箱拨叉轴或副箱拨叉上的凹槽或凸台。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,其特征在于:所述的信号开关设置在后盖壳体侧面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种变速器副箱挡位检测装置,其特征在于:所述信号开关布置在低于变速器最大轮廓平面的位置。
