背景技术
三轮车被广泛用于运载货物,目前,三轮车的车架大多采用四球或其它结构,普通结构,外观一般,主梁管不是弯梁结构,并且都是通过焊接连接构成三轮车的车架,这样,就在三轮车运行时,由于整车发生碰撞或长期运行时,导致主梁管与车架本体开焊,保险系数低等,另外外观一般,并且整车续行里程短等缺点。                             
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种结构更加牢固,车架美观的新型三轮车车架。 
本实用新型提供的技术方案是: 
       新型三轮车车架,包括车架本体和车把管,所述车架本体正中间位置设置弯梁管,所述弯梁管从挡风板处开始向上方弯曲直至车把管,所述挡风板设置在车把管正下方竖直放置,弯梁管和挡风板固定连接。
具体的,所述弯梁管为一体结构。 
具体的,所述弯梁管的弯度为100°。 
本实用新型把以前的主梁管改为弯梁管,采用主弯梁为一体弯梁结构,使车架前部受力更加充裕,外观更加美感、大方。其效果是弯梁是一体结构不易于车架本体脱焊,从而增加了安全系数。本实用新型具有设计合理、结构简单、美观大方、安全性高等特点。

如图1所示,新型三轮车车架,包括车架本体和车把管,所述车架本体正中间位置设置弯梁管,弯梁管为一体结构。所述弯梁管从挡风板处开始向上方弯曲直至车把管,所述挡风板设置在车把管正下方竖直放置。弯梁管和挡风板固定连接。
