背景技术
现在我国生产的重型卡车的推力杆所用的关节轴承普遍采用分瓣结构，由于两瓣之间存在缝隙，导致两瓣结构受力不一致，同时球销与壳体之间的间隙一致性差，当大的作用力作用在缝隙位置时，使非金属外环边缘压碎，从而使产品失效，使用寿命低。如图2所示，金属球销1外部有非金属左半环21和非金属右半环22，非金属左半环21与非金属右半环22之间存在受力薄弱点关节轴承缝隙4。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种外环为整体非金属式关节轴承总成，以解决两瓣结构受力不一致，球销与壳体之间的间隙一致性差的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：非金属外环与金属球销套接，非金属外环与金属球销之间存在间隙。 
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，能有效传递整车受力并抵削因车桥跳动及摆动产生的扭转力。外环没有接缝，从而提高了产品的使用寿命。
