Abstract

本实用新型公开一种塑料挤出机用自动化壁厚稳定系统,至少包括PLC控制装置,以及与该PLC控制装置信号连接的电流变送器、数字传感器和牵引机。本实用新型通过检测主机电流确认挤出量的变化,通过口模上的传感器提供匹配时间以及对挤出量的核实,最后系统根据信息变化通过高速计算得出结果后,发出相应的指令给牵引,控制牵引速度,最后达到稳定壁厚、节约成本的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料挤出机,尤其涉及一种塑料挤出机用自动化壁厚稳定系统。
背景技术
根据目前塑料挤出行业工艺的特点来看,在挤出时材料容重不一致,高容重高流动性,低容重低流动性。再者,就是下料的不均匀引起挤出量的变化,因此一致的螺杆转速和牵引速度下,管材容重和壁厚均有所波动。特别是在制作pvc高钙产品时,波动大到必须要操作人员在现场不断改变牵引速度来稳定壁厚。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料挤出机用自动化壁厚稳定系统,通过自动化控制机械的牵引速度,达到稳定壁厚的目的。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所述一种塑料挤出机用自动化壁厚稳定系统,其特征在于,至少包括PLC控制装置,以及与该PLC控制装置信号连接的电流变送器、数字传感器和牵引机,其中;
电流变送器,置于塑料挤出机主机上,以测得主机上的电流变化,并将变化信号发送到PLC控制装置;
数字传感器,置于塑料挤出机主机的口模处,以测得挤出量的变化信号,并将该信号发送到PLC控制装置;
PLC控制装置,接收电流变送器送出的电流变化信号,处理后向数字传感器发出指令,提供匹配时间以及对挤出量的核实信息;接收数字传感器传回的匹配时间及挤出量的核实信息,处理后向牵引机发出调整牵引速度的控制指令;
牵引机,接收PLC控制装置送来的调整牵引速度的控制指令,以改变牵引速度。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
本实用新型通过检测主机电流确认挤出量的变化,通过口模上的传感器提供匹配时间以及对挤出量的核实,最后系统根据信息变化通过高速计算得出结果后,发出相应的指令给牵引,控制牵引速度,最后达到稳定壁厚、节约成本的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
根据目前塑料挤出行业工艺的特点来看,在挤出时材料容重不一致,高容重高流动性,低容重低流动性。再者,就是下料的不均匀引起挤出量的变化,因此一致的螺杆转速和牵引速度下,管材容重和壁厚均有所波动。特别是在制作pvc高钙产品时,波动大到必须要操作人员在现场不断改变牵引速度来稳定壁厚。
为了解决上述所产生的问题,如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述一种塑料挤出机用自动化壁厚稳定系统,其特征在于,至少包括PLC控制装置,以及与该PLC控制装置信号连接的电流变送器、数字传感器和牵引机,其中;
电流变送器,置于塑料挤出机主机上,以测得主机上的电流变化,并将变化信号发送到PLC控制装置;
数字传感器,置于塑料挤出机主机的口模处,以测得挤出量的变化信号,并将该信号发送到PLC控制装置;
PLC控制装置,接收电流变送器送出的电流变化信号,处理后向数字传感器发出指令,提供匹配时间以及对挤出量的核实信息;接收数字传感器传回的匹配时间及挤出量的核实信息,处理后向牵引机发出调整牵引速度的控制指令;
牵引机,接收PLC控制装置送来的调整牵引速度的控制指令,以改变牵引速度。
本实用新型的工作原理为:
由于挤出量的变化与电流的变化存在正比关系,因此,在工作时,提取主机的电流变化信号,传送到PLC控制装置,然后PLC控制装置根据电流信号,计算得到一个牵引速度,然后把这个指令给牵引机,通过牵引机的有效动作以达到产品壁厚稳定的作用。
但通过实验发现薄厚稳定效果存在的,但在时间配合上有差异。即电流变化不等同于挤出量马上变化,挤出量变化有滞后性。由此在主机口模处(出料的地方)加了一个传感器,由它提供挤出量变化的时间及挤出量的多少,并将该信息传送回PLC控制装置,在综合主机电流及牵引速度进行计算得出一个牵引速度,控制牵引,达到所需的效果。
以上,仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求所界定的保护范围为准。

1.一种塑料挤出机用自动化壁厚稳定系统,其特征在于,至少包括PLC控制装置,以及与该PLC控制装置信号连接的电流变送器、数字传感器和牵引机,其中;
电流变送器,置于塑料挤出机主机上,以测得主机上的电流变化,并将变化信号发送到PLC控制装置;
数字传感器,置于塑料挤出机主机的口模处,以测得挤出量的变化信号,并将该信号发送到PLC控制装置;
PLC控制装置,接收电流变送器送出的电流变化信号,处理后向数字传感器发出指令,提供匹配时间以及对挤出量的核实信息;接收数字传感器传回的匹配时间及挤出量的核实信息,处理后向牵引机发出调整牵引速度的控制指令;
牵引机,接收PLC控制装置送来的调整牵引速度的控制指令,以改变牵引速度。
