Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,包括进料机、挤出机、牵引机,还包括工业操作屏、PLC和与PLC总线通讯的称重系统;工业操作屏用于将用户设定反映给称量系统,并显示参数;PLC和主控板之间利用RS485串行通讯接口进行数据的传输;PLC对牵引机和挤出机的速度进行控制,称重系统计算牵引机和挤出机的速度进行计算,并结合用户参数输入来对牵引机和挤出机的速度进行反馈。本发明是针对低端PLC开发的米重控制系统,克服了现有技术的米重控制系统对配套使用的PLC要求高,成本高,还克服了需要同时操作多个操作屏带来的复杂流程。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料管材技术设备控制领域,特别涉及一种塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统。
背景技术
目前使用的德国INOEX称量系统多为独立式,即由INOEX自带操作屏对其自身进行控制,这种显示屏成本较高。且客户自身设备还自带显示屏,造成重复投资;同时操作两个人机界面,操作流程繁杂。
国外使用集成式INOEX称量系统,采用的是PROFIBUS网络,profibus,是一种国际化.开放式.不依赖于设备生产商的现场总线标准,其技术基本成熟,但其对配套使用的PLC要求较高。因此,需要一种针对很多客户采用的较低端PLC系统的低成本方案。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的就是要克服上述缺点,旨在提供一种塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,包括进料机、挤出机、牵引机,还包括工业操作屏、PLC和与PLC总线通讯的称重系统;所述工业操作屏用于将用户设定反映给称量系统,并显示参数;所述PLC包括CPU、模拟量输出模块和调速器模拟输入端,所述CPU用于接收速度控制指令并转换成为模拟量,所述模拟量输出模块将模拟量转换成电压信号,并送至所述调速器模拟输入端,所述调速器模拟输入端用于控制挤出机和牵引机的速度;所述称重系统包括接近开关、主控板和料斗秤,所述接近开关用于获取挤出机的速度,所述主控板用于从PLC中获取牵引机的速度,并与料斗秤称重结果以及挤出机的速度相结合,同时根据用户设定来控制挤出机和牵引机的速度。
进一步,所述PLC与所述称重系统的总线通道为RS485串行通讯接口。
进一步,所述电压信号范围值为0~10V。
进一步,所述控制系统还包括电磁阀,所述电磁阀用于控制进料机。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:针对低端PLC开发的米重控制系统,克服了现有技术的米重控制系统对配套使用的PLC要求高,成本高,还克服了需要同时操作多个操作屏带来的复杂流程。附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,本实施例中的PLC采用的是S7-200PLC,本发明的塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,包括进料机、挤出机、牵引机,还包括工业操作屏、PLC和与PLC总线通讯的称重系统;工业操作屏用于将用户设定反映给称量系统,并显示参数;PLC包括CPU、模拟量输出模块和调速器模拟输入端,CPU用于接收速度控制指令并转换成为模拟量,模拟量输出模块将模拟量转换成电压信号,并送至调速器模拟输入端,调速器模拟输入端用于控制挤出机和牵引机的速度;称重系统包括接近开关、主控板和料斗秤,接近开关用于测量挤出机的速度并将其转换为脉冲信号,CPU读取牵引机编码脉冲信号获取牵引机的速度,主控板用于从PLC中获取牵引机的速度信号,并与料斗秤称重结果以及上述脉冲信号相结合,从而得出喂料率、产能、米重等所需参数,并将实测的米重值与用户设定值进行比较,通过运算,向PLC输出挤出机和牵引机的速度调节值,实现同时根据用户设定来控制挤出机的速度的过程。
上述PLC与上述称重系统的总线通道为RS485串行通讯接口,RS485串行通讯接口抗干扰能力强,而且传输距离能达到3000米,足够满足普通工业企业的要求。
上述电压信号范围值为0~10V,控制挤出机和牵引机的速度通过电压信号的不同值来调节。
上述控制系统还包括电磁阀,电磁阀的通断来控制进料机的进料量。
本发明的PLC采用自由口模式控制串行通讯口,程序中采用接收中断、发送中断等指令来控制通讯口的操作,通过自定义协议进行数据交换。
本发明是针对低端PLC开发的米重控制系统,克服了现有技术的米重控制系统对配套使用的PLC要求高,成本高,还克服了需要同时操作多个操作屏带来的复杂流程。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,包括进料机、挤出机、牵引机,其特征在于:还包括工业操作屏、PLC和与PLC总线通讯的称重系统;所述工业操作屏用于将用户设定反映给称量系统,并显示参数;所述PLC包括CPU、模拟量输出模块和调速器模拟输入端,所述CPU用于接收速度控制指令并转换成为模拟量,所述模拟量输出模块将模拟量转换成电压信号,并送至所述调速器模拟输入端,所述调速器模拟输入端用于控制挤出机和牵引机的速度;所述称重系统包括接近开关、主控板和料斗秤,所述接近开关用于获取挤出机的速度,所述主控板用于从PLC中获取牵引机的速度,并与料斗秤称重结果以及挤出机的速度相结合,同时根据用户设定来控制挤出机和牵引机的速度。
2.根据权利要求1所述塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,其特征在于:所述PLC与所述称重系统的总线通道为RS485串行通讯接口。
3.根据权利要求2所述塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,其特征在于:所述电压信号范围值为0~10V。
4.根据权利要求3所述塑料管材挤出设备米重控制系统,其特征在于:所述控制系统还包括电磁阀,所述电磁阀用于控制进料机。
