本实用新型是一种自动控制厚薄的塑料膜生产设备,包括塑料螺旋挤出机、驱动螺旋挤出机的动力装置、成膜装置、塑料膜输送辊,其特征在于在塑料膜输送辊上装设厚薄测量仪,并配置与厚薄测量仪和动力装置连接的PLC控制器。本实用新型的自动控制厚薄的塑料膜生产设备通过厚薄测量仪对成型的塑料膜进行动态检测,检测信号传输到PLC控制器,可适时对动力装置速比进行调整控制,以控制螺旋挤出机给料速度,最终达到塑料膜厚薄的控制,使生产出的塑料膜始终保持均匀的、符合要求的厚度。

本实用新型涉及机械设备技术领域,特别是一种能自动控制厚薄的塑料膜生产设备
背景技术
向塑料编织带拉丝机供料的塑料膜的生产,其主要利用聚丙烯、高密度乙烯为原料,经加热、挤出形成塑料膜后,向编织带拉丝机供料。传统的塑料膜生产为:聚丙烯、高密度乙烯原料经螺杆挤出机挤出,经成膜机形成塑料膜,而塑料膜的厚度又直接关系着拉丝机扁丝成型后的拉伸度、强度以及宽度,通常在生产中,需要依靠经验丰富的操作人员调整挤出机的转速来控制成膜的厚薄度,同时根据所需生产的编织袋规格克重来调整挤出机转速,而这些调整都需要依靠操作人员的经验进行判断,没有比较直观的数值作为依据,很容易产生大量的废料和克重不准确,控制塑料膜的厚薄存在技术上的难度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述塑料膜的厚薄控制难题,提供一种能方便测量塑料膜厚薄度,通过测量厚薄度自动调整挤出机转速使薄膜均匀的自动控制厚薄的塑料膜生产设备。
本实用新型的技术方案为:塑料膜生产设备包括塑料螺旋挤出机、驱动螺旋挤出机的动力装置、成膜装置、塑料膜输送辊,其特征在于在塑料膜输送辊上装设厚薄测量仪,并配置与厚薄测量仪和动力装置连接的PLC控制器。
本实用新型的自动控制厚薄的塑料膜生产设备通过厚薄测量仪对成型的塑料膜进行动态检测,检测信号传输到PLC控制器,可适时对动力装置速比进行调整控制,以控制螺旋挤出机给料速度,最终达到塑料膜厚薄的控制,使生产出的塑料膜始终保持均匀的、符合要求的厚度。本实用新型可以直接对现有设备进行改造,改造成本低,使用效果好,在生产控制时,更加直观,有效避免了废品的出现,有利于降低企业的生产成本,提高生产效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的自动控制厚薄的塑料膜生产设备由塑料螺旋挤出机3、驱动螺旋挤出机的动力装置、成膜装置5、塑料膜输送辊6等组成,在塑料膜输送辊6上装设厚薄测量仪7,并配置与厚薄测量仪和动力装置连接的PLC控制器4。所述的动力装置由电动机1连接齿轮传动装置2构成。所述的厚薄测量仪和PLC控制器可采用现有装置。PLC控制器内设定的数值可以根据所生产的编织袋规格、克重进行调整。
通过厚薄测量仪对成型的塑料膜进行动态检测,检测信号传输到PLC控制器,可适时对动力装置速比进行调整控制,以控制螺旋挤出机给料速度,最终达到塑料膜厚薄的控制,使生产出的塑料膜始终保持均匀的、符合要求的厚度。
