[0004] 本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种设计合理、结构简单、输送稳定且运行费用低的上下设置上引式大出力连续输送泵。

[0025] 本实用新型的工作原理是:
[0026] 位于装料泵上方的料仓的低料位开关即时反映物料位置信号,并且输送泵内的低料位开关未被覆盖,此时将触发启动输送。输送泵进料阀和出料阀关闭,装料泵进料阀打开。物料在重力作用下卸放到装料泵中。在物料填充泵的过程中,装料泵排气管道将打开,使得空气从装料泵中释放。当装料泵的高料位开关(Hl)指示装料泵已经填满,则装料泵的排气管道关闭。再经过一个短延时,使装料泵完全填满。此时,装料泵进料阀关闭。当装料泵的进料阀和排气管道关闭并且密封,并且输送泵的气化空气阀开启后,输送泵的进料阀开启。一个允许输送泵进料阀完全开启的短延时后,空气进入到装料泵中,物料将通过出料管道卸放至输送泵中。当装料泵的输送压力上升达到预设定压力值时,或者当最大的增压过程定时器完成,辅助输送空气阀将关闭,物料连续输送到装料泵。当物料被完全输送到装料泵以后,产生一个输送压力下降的信号,气化空气阀关闭,完成一次装料,经过一个短暂的延时,装料泵的进料阀关闭。
[0027] 当输送泵的低料位(L2)被覆盖,这时将启动输送泵进行输送循环。输送泵空气阀开启,经过一个短暂的延时后,装料泵的出料阀打开,输送泵出料阀开启,物料靠压力的作用进入输送泵。此时,输送泵的各个空气阀打开,物料被输送至输送管道而进入终端库。
[0028] 在输送泵将物料输送终端库的同时,装料泵继续装料;装料泵装满后,通过阀的控制将物料继续输送到输送泵。而此时,输送泵由于容积较大,连续不断地将物料输送到终端库。

1. 一种上下设置上引式大出力连续输送泵,包括料仓、装料泵、输送泵、终端库、输送气源和仪表气源,料仓的下方通过装料泵进料阀连接装料泵,在装料泵上安装有一排气管道,装料泵通过出料管道连通输送泵,输送泵通过输送管道连通终端库,输送气源通过气管连通装料泵及输送泵,仪表气源分别连接装料泵及输送泵并检测其料位,其特征在于:所述输送泵与装料泵为上下设置,在出料管道上安装有输送泵进料阀;所述输送泵采用上引方式通过输送管道连通终端库,在输送管道上安装有一输送泵出料阀;在输送泵的下底与输送气源连通安装有一气化空气阀,该输送泵内通过空气阀与输送气源连通。
