现有的冶炼钢包，钢包本体与耳轴座焊接，国家规定一条焊缝修复只允许两次，也就是说耳轴更换两次后，本体就要报废。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单、使用寿命长的钢包结构。
本实用新型的钢包结构，包括钢包本体、耳轴座及耳轴，耳轴插入在耳轴座中，其特征是，钢包本体上开有耳轴座孔，耳轴座设置在钢包本体上的耳轴座孔中，为过盈配合连接。
本实用新型的钢包结构，由于耳轴座设置在钢包本体上的耳轴座孔中，为过盈配合连接，避免了焊接形式，耳轴坏了只要直接更换就可以，大大提高了钢包本体的使用寿命大幅。

具体实施方式
一种钢包结构，包括钢包本体1、耳轴座2及耳轴3，耳轴3插入在耳轴座2中，钢包本体1上开有耳轴座孔，耳轴座2设置在钢包本体1上的耳轴座孔中，为过盈配合连接。
钢包本体1上用镗床镗耳轴座孔为φ3400 +0.06，耳轴座2 调质处理后加工，配合处车为φ340+0.25 +0.3,保证过盈为25丝；耳轴1热装进耳轴座。

1.一种钢包结构，包括钢包本体（1）、耳轴座（2）及耳轴（3），耳轴（3）插入在耳轴座（2）中，其特征在于：钢包本体（1）上开有耳轴座孔，耳轴座（2）设置在钢包本体（1）上的耳轴座孔中，为过盈配合连接。
