本实用新型涉及用于气化炉上的唇形焊环。
背景技术
气化炉上设置有一对密封用的、相互对合的唇形焊环1，由于其形状近似Ω，因此也称作Ω焊环，可参见图1。气化炉在试压时，需先将两个唇形焊环1的坡口2处焊接好，然后进行气化炉试压，试压完成后将两个唇形焊环1之间的焊缝刨除，使两个唇形焊环1相互分开，再进行气化炉的衬里施工、内件安装。然而将两个唇形焊环1分开需用碳弧气刨，刨除焊缝后原来的坡口2的形状就无法保证，需要补焊修磨，浪费大量工时，制作成本高，生产效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，能大大降低生产成本、并提高工作效率的用于气化炉上的唇形焊环。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：气化炉上的唇形焊环，包括一对相互对合的唇形焊环本体，在每个唇形焊环本体外圆周处的坡口外设置有试压凸台，两个唇形焊环上的试压凸台也相互对合。 
本实用新型的有益效果：由于在唇形焊环本体外圆周处的坡口外设置了试压凸台，当气化炉需要试压时，只需将两个唇形焊环本体上的试压凸台焊接好，试压完成后直接将试压凸台刨除，这样不仅大大减少了制作成本，也大大提高了生产效率。

如图2所示，用于气化炉上的唇形焊环，包括一对相互对合的唇形焊环本体1，在每个唇形焊环本体1外圆周处的坡口外设置有试压凸台2，两个唇形焊环本体1上的试压凸台2也相互对合。
使用方法如下：气化炉试压时，将两个唇形焊环本体1上的试压凸台2焊接对合，然后进行试压。试压完毕后，将两唇形焊环本体1上的试压凸台2直接刨除，并将两个唇形焊环本体1外圆周上的坡口略作俢磨即可，这样不仅保证了原来的坡口形状，大大减少了制作成本，也大大提高了生产效率。
