背景技术
铸造吊车是重要的起重设备，主要用于吊运熔融的液体罐铁水或钢水，下部滑轮是铸造吊车的重要部件，在线检修更换滑轮时，滑轮轴容易被隔离环卡住而产生滑轮轴进退两难的情况，导致不能在线更换滑轮的现象。

本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构简单，使用方便的更换铸造吊车下部滑轮的专用工具。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种更换铸造吊车下部滑轮的专用工具，该工具前部为圆锥体、后部为圆柱体，圆锥体底面直径与圆柱体直径相同，圆柱体后端设有内螺纹孔，该工具通过其后端的螺纹孔与滑轮轴轴头相配合连接。

本实用新型工具结构简单，成本低，使用方便，可用于更换铸造吊车滑轮，可实现在线更换滑轮，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
一种更换铸造吊车下部滑轮的专用工具，如图1所示，该工具前部为圆锥体1、后部为圆柱体2，圆锥体1底面直径与圆柱体2直径相同，圆柱体2后端设有内螺纹孔3，该工具可通过其后端的内螺纹孔3与滑轮轴的轴头相配合连接。
在线更换大钩梁滑轮时，如图2所示，首先将滑轮轴6投出，吊出滑轮片，然后将新滑轮片4放入，此时将本实用新型工具5与卸下的滑轮轴6通过螺纹扣旋转成一体，要求 与滑轮轴6接触紧密，本实用新型工具5在前，滑轮轴6在后，依次穿过滑轮片4隔离环等，滑轮轴6最终在本实用新型工具5的引导下完全穿入滑轮片4中，实现在线更换滑轮的目的。
