背景技术
隧道台车是一种组合式钢结构门架支撑大型钢结构模板系统,广泛适用于矿山、冶金、水电、铁路、公路等部门的岩巷、隧道、涵洞的掘进施工。双线铁路隧道台车是隧道台车中的一种,也是建设铁路隧道常用的设备之一,现有铁路隧道台车多采用两道横梁设计,结构复杂,过道空间小,给施工带来难度,影响整个工程进度。另外,多数隧道台车为链条式走行装置,行驶速度慢,不方便维护;对于不同形式的施工界面,需要更换不同尺寸的台车,造成大量人力、物力、财力浪费,提高了建设成本。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服上述缺陷提供了一种结构简单,施工操作空间大,行驶速度快,加快工程进度的双线铁路隧道台车。
 本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种双线铁路隧道台车,包括门架总成、上模板总成和行走装置,所述的门架总成中的门架横梁只有一道,门架立柱安装在门架横梁两端下部,在门架立柱的内侧还对称设置有两根倾斜的门架斜撑,门架斜撑上端连接在门架横梁的中部下方,门架斜撑的下端与门架立柱的下部连接
行走装置为齿轮式行走装置,所述的上模板总成中的托架横梁为由左右两部分组成的分体式结构。
所述的上模板总成的浇注口处设置有带泵管接头的调节块模板。
本实用新型将传统的铁路隧道台车中由两道门架横梁改进为一道门架横梁,增大了隧道台车的内部通道空间,便于施工操作,在门架横梁下部设置两个门架斜撑,门架斜撑与门架横梁和门架立柱形成直角三角形,这样可提高门架的支撑强度和稳定性;本实用新型采用齿轮式行走装置,可加快行驶速度,行驶稳定,也便于维护;将上模板总成中的托架横梁设置成分体式结构,便于拆卸,这样,更换模板时直接在洞内操作,无需退到洞外,在上模板总成的浇注口处设置调节块模板,以及通过更换调节块模板,可满足台车的多断面施工。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述,图1为本实用新型的一种实施例,包括门架总成、上模板总成和行走装置等,所述的门架总成中的门架横梁1只有一道,门架立柱2安装在门架横梁1两端下部,在门架立柱2的内侧还对称设置有两根倾斜的门架斜撑3,门架斜撑3上端连接在门架横梁1的中部下方,门架斜撑3的下端与门架立柱2的下部连接,门架斜撑3与门架立柱2之间还可以设置加强板,以提高支撑强度。在门架斜撑3与门架立柱2之间形成的空间内还可以设置通风管道5。
本实施例中的行走装置为齿轮式行走装置,上模板总成中的托架横梁4为由左右两部分组成的分体式结构,左右两部分通过螺栓进行连接。
本实施例中的上模板总成的浇注口处设置有带泵管接头的调节块模板6,调节块模板6自身带有泵管结头,结头垂直于台车,砼面成型好。本实用新型还可以在隧道台车端头设有卡条,卡条内插有活动钢板,活动钢板为坡口面,钢板通过调节斜撑加固。
本实用新型将传统的铁路隧道台车中由两道门架横梁1改进为一道门架横梁1,增大了隧道台车的内部通道空间,便于施工操作,在门架横梁1下部设置两个门架斜撑3,门架斜撑3与门架横梁1和门架立柱2形成直角三角形,这样可提高门架的支撑强度和稳定性;本实用新型采用齿轮式行走装置,可加快行驶速度,行驶稳定,也便于维护;将上模板总成中的托架横梁4设置成分体式结构,便于拆卸,这样,更换模板时直接在洞内操作,无需退到洞外,在上模板总成的浇注口处设置调节块模板6,以及通过更换调节块模板6,可满足台车的多断面施工。

3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的双线铁路隧道台车,其特征是:所述的上模板总成的浇注口处设置有带泵管接头的调节块模板。
