双侧油道旋塞阀涉及旋塞阀密封弧片的润滑，包括阀体（1）、旋塞O形密封圈支撑环（2）、旋塞O形密封圈（3）、阀盖（4）、密封弧片（5）、弧片密封圈（6）、定位销（7）、侧面弧片（8）、旋塞帽（9）、锁紧螺母（10）、旋塞（11）、阀盖O形密封圈支撑环（12），其特征在于：在阀体（1）两侧分别设置了一个高压密封润滑脂注入口。所述的注入口油道(18)轴线与阀体（1）水平轴线呈一定角度，油道(18)贯穿阀体壁，通过锥面(17)与内螺纹孔(19)连接，油道(18)出口在密封弧片（5）和侧面弧片（8）的结合处。缩短了油道的距离，提高了润滑效果，从而提高旋塞阀的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及旋塞阀密封弧片的润滑。
背景技术：
旋塞阀用于油田固井、压裂、井口测试等石油设备上，工作环境恶劣，对阀的性能要求极高；所采用的油脂是一种高压密封润滑脂，该润滑脂硬度较高，流动性极差；常规的旋塞阀采用的是一个注脂用油嘴，油嘴安装在旋塞阀的旋塞顶部，这种结构的弊端是密封润滑脂需经过旋塞内的油道到达旋塞和密封弧片之间，由于油道较长，易造成密封润滑脂涂抹不均匀，导致阀体密封性能下降。在使用一段时间后，经常有磨损、腐蚀点（凹痕）或有锈斑，直接影响旋塞阀的使用寿命，而且维修保养成本高。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于：研制一种双侧油道旋塞阀，高压密封润滑脂经过在阀体两侧的油道直接进入到阀体内部，提高旋塞阀的使用寿命。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现上述目的的： 
双侧油道旋塞阀，包括阀体、旋塞O形密封圈支撑环、旋塞O形密封圈、阀盖、密封弧片、弧片密封圈、定位销、侧面弧片、旋塞帽、锁紧螺母、旋塞、阀盖O形密封圈支撑环、阀盖O形密封圈、注油嘴，其特征在于：在阀体两侧分别设置了一个高压密封润滑脂注入口。所述的注入口用内螺纹连接注油嘴，油道轴线与阀体水平轴线呈一定角度，油道贯穿阀体壁，通过锥面与内螺纹孔连接。高压密封润滑脂通过注油嘴沿油道进入阀体，缩短了油道的距离。
与现有技术相比的有益效果：
1、在旋塞阀的两侧设置双侧油道，缩短了油道的距离，提高了润滑效果，从而提高旋塞阀的使用寿命。
2、双侧油道式结构更有利于高压密封润滑脂注入，便于密封润滑脂涂抹均匀，提高密封性能。

具体实施方式：
参见图1、图2、图3、图4，双侧油道旋塞阀包括阀体（1）、旋塞O形密封圈支撑环（2）、旋塞O形密封圈（3）、阀盖（4）、密封弧片（5）、弧片密封圈（6）、定位销（7）、侧面弧片（8）、旋塞帽（9）、锁紧螺母（10）、旋塞（11）、阀盖O形密封圈支撑环（12）、阀盖O形密封圈（13）、注油嘴（14），弧片密封圈（6）安装在密封弧片（5）外圆面的密封槽中；旋塞O形密封圈（3）安装在旋塞O形密封圈支撑环（2）圆弧槽上，并装在旋塞（11）上下两端的凸台（16）上；阀盖O形密封圈（13）和阀盖O形密封圈支撑环（12）安装在阀盖（4）密封槽内；定位销（7）安装在阀体（1）内孔中定位销孔中；阀体（1）大孔内沿孔壁装入密封弧片（5）及侧面弧片（8），密封弧片（5）和侧面弧片（8）交错排布，密封弧片（5）端面孔装在定位销上；旋塞（11）连同O形密封圈（3）和O形密封圈支撑环（2）装在密封弧片（5）和侧面弧片（8）形成的内孔中；阀盖（4）连同O形密封圈（13）和O形密封圈支撑环（12）安装在阀体（1）上；旋塞帽（9）通过锁紧螺母（10）安装在旋塞（11）上；注油嘴（14）通过螺纹（19）与阀体连接，并通过内锥面（17）密封，油道（18）出口在密封弧片（5）和侧面弧片（8）的结合处。
注入高压密封润滑脂时，拆开螺母（15），用专用注脂枪接到注油嘴（14）处，通过操作注脂枪，高压密封润滑脂通过阀体（1）两侧的注油嘴（14）沿油道（18）注入阀体（1）内腔。

1.双侧油道旋塞阀，包括阀体（1）、旋塞O形密封圈支撑环（2）、旋塞O形密封圈（3）、阀盖（4）、密封弧片（5）、弧片密封圈（6）、定位销（7）、侧面弧片（8）、旋塞帽（9）、锁紧螺母（10）、旋塞（11）、阀盖O形密封圈支撑环（12）、阀盖O形密封圈（13）、注油嘴（14），其特征在于：在阀体（1）两侧分别设置了一个高压密封润滑脂注入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双侧油道旋塞阀，其特征在于：所述的注入口油道(18)轴线与阀体（1）水平轴线呈一定角度，油道(18)贯穿阀体壁，通过锥面(17)与内螺纹孔(19)连接，油道(18)出口在密封弧片（5）和侧面弧片（8）的结合处。
