本实用新型涉及鞋类，更具体地说涉及一种针织鞋。该针织鞋包括鞋面（1）、鞋帮（2）和鞋底（3），所述鞋底（3）的顶部固定衬层（4），衬层（4）、鞋面（1）、鞋帮（2）为一整体织物，所述鞋面（1）和鞋帮（2）上形成有网眼（6），所述鞋面（1）的顶部设置鞋舌（7）。本实用新型具有加工方便、穿着舒适的优点，不仅能简化传统制鞋上的繁复流程，还提高加工者的生产效率，同时节省成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及鞋类，更具体地说涉及一种针织鞋。
背景技术
现有技术中，鞋子的加工步骤必须经过面料裁剪、车缝、后加工等处理。2007年12月12日申请号为200620084770.X的发明创造公开了一种编织鞋，该编织鞋包括鞋面、鞋帮、鞋底, 鞋面、鞋帮为经纬线编织结构。2001年7月4日申请号为00246051.3的发明创造公开了一种一体式鞋，该一体式鞋是指一种具有外凸缘的鞋垫，且该鞋垫外凸缘被嵌入包覆于鞋底内层与鞋底相互结合呈一体，将该鞋垫直接置入于运动凉鞋帮面，再将包覆着鞋垫的鞋帮面一体穿套于鞋楦外端，又将整支鞋楦放置于预设的中间鞋模上，配合二侧边模对整组合后，再予射出成型。鞋面、鞋帮、鞋底三者一体成型，呈相互结合状鞋体，该方案具有坚固耐用的作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种纬编横机针织鞋，该针织鞋不仅穿着舒适，而且能提高加工者的生产效率。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题的方案是：一种针织鞋，包括鞋面、鞋帮和鞋底(鞋舌也可以一体式编织结合)，所述鞋底的顶部固定衬层，衬层、鞋面、鞋帮为一整体织物。所述的整体织物为金属或环保纤维纱线针织而成的整体织物。
本实用新型的衬层、鞋面、鞋帮由一条或是多条纱线整体织造完成，无需车缝和接缝线，只要贴上鞋底即可完成。不仅能减少劳力成本，也省去了裁剪上浪费大量的损耗，尤其利用机械化生产，以接近零损耗的纱线用量，提升工作效能以及产品的稳定性，也达到节能减碳的环保效益。另一方面，由于衬层、鞋面、鞋帮为一整体织物，用户穿着时犹如穿着袜子一般贴合脚部，非常舒适。
作为进一步的技术方案，所述鞋面和鞋帮上形成有网眼。
网眼可以在衬层、鞋面、鞋帮整体编织时形成。设置网眼后，能保证针织鞋的透气性。
作为再进一步的技术方案，所述鞋面的顶部设置鞋舌(鞋舌也可以一体式编织结合)。
鞋面的顶部设置鞋舌，有利于调整鞋面的大小，使人体的脚部更加舒适。
本实用新型具有加工方便、穿着舒适的优点，不仅能简化传统制鞋上的繁复流程，还提高加工者的生产效率，同时节省成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示，针织鞋的鞋面1、鞋帮2、衬层4为一由金属或环保纤维纱线针织而成的整体织物，鞋面1和鞋帮2上形成有网眼6(也可依照季节变化改变织物结构, 即使改变编织结构也不会丧失该有透气度)，该整体织物以左右对称式Ｃ字型织造方式编织成型，衬层4固定在鞋底3的顶部。整体织物为金属或环保纤维纱线针织而成的整体织物。
实施例2
如图2所示，针织鞋的鞋面1、鞋帮2、衬层4为一由节能型纱线或機能型纱线针织而成的整体织物，鞋面1的顶部设置鞋舌7，鞋面1和鞋帮2上形成有网眼6，衬层4固定在鞋底3的顶部。

1.一种针织鞋，包括鞋面（1）、鞋帮（2）和鞋底（3），其特征在于：所述鞋底（3）的顶部固定衬层（4），衬层（4）、鞋面（1）、鞋帮（2）为一整体织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种针织鞋，其特征在于：所述的整体织物为金属或环保纤维纱线针织而成的整体织物。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种针织鞋，其特征在于：所述鞋面（1）和鞋帮（2）上形成有网眼（6）。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种针织鞋，其特征在于：所述鞋面（1）的顶部设置鞋舌（7）。
