Description

一种一体成型4D针织女鞋及其制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及鞋面制作技术领域,具体涉及一种一体成型4D针织女鞋及其制作方法。
背景技术
全针织鞋面已成为鞋面的一个新系列产品,其具有轻薄透气、花色多变等优点,受到市场的欢迎。但是目前的针织鞋面,一般是织成平面面料,平面面料上排布有若干展开的鞋型鞋面,在鞋型鞋面上相应部位设计有提花、镂空等,然后用激光机裁出鞋面。但是激光机裁剪费时,设备花费高,有些鞋面进行锈花或与其它面料贴合后还要进行二次激光裁剪,生产工艺繁琐,而且会浪费大量的边角余料,平面鞋面与鞋底连接时需要精准的车工,否则会影响鞋子的尺寸和版型,鞋码尺寸不够标准统一,影响舒适性和外观,这些都使得鞋子的制造成本居高不下。此外,普通针织鞋面,面料较软,鞋面的挺括度不够,鞋面易塌陷,影响鞋面的外观质量。
发明内容
解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种一体成型4D针织女鞋及其制作方法,旨在提供一种加工制作方便、挺括度较佳、舒适美观的无缝立体全成型4D鞋面。
技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种一体成型4D针织女鞋,包括鞋面,所述鞋面为全针织、全成型鞋面,所述鞋面有鞋头、鞋身、后跟、鞋底、鞋封边、弹力带和领口组成,所述鞋头与后跟分织在所述鞋身的前后两端,且连接处采用停针方式制作;所述弹力带连接在鞋头与鞋身相交处,所述封边设置 在鞋头的后端,且两端延伸至鞋身的顶部,所述鞋底与所述鞋头的连接处采用停针方式制作,所述后跟的顶部设置有鞋领口。
一种一体成型4D针织女鞋的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:编织准备,根据鞋面花型及款式的工艺要求,选择不同的材料的编织线体;
S2:将相应的编织程序导入鞋面机中,输入对应参数,编织出全成型鞋面;
S3:对鞋面进行整形、定型和固定;将编织出的全成型鞋面套在鞋楦上,采用蒸汽进行整烫,整烫过程中对鞋面花形进行调整和对位;
S4:对整烫后的全成型鞋面进行空冷,冷却完成后取出鞋楦,形成全成型鞋面成品。
更进一步地,所述鞋面的编织线体是由涤纶、尼龙、锦纶、安纶、橡巾、包芯纱、环保纱、防水纱、防火纱和防臭纱编织而成。
更进一步地,所述鞋面上设计有提花、镂空、半镂空、嵌花、坑条和其他组织方式。
更进一步地,所述鞋底由多种提花、空气层和空针组织而成。
更进一步地,所述编织程序的具体全成型编织方法如下:
a、鞋领口由空气层第1行至第6行,1格1、坑条第7行至第21行;
b、鞋头由第22行至第90行,采用提花组织和空气层;
c、鞋身由第91行至第214行,采用多种提花组织而成;
d、后跟由第215行至第296行,采用镂空及左右翻针组织。
更进一步地,所述鞋底的底部加工增加EVA鞋底或橡胶鞋底,以增强鞋底的耐磨性。
更进一步地,所述鞋身的1路增加有10~30条纱线加厚加固,可实现免去车鞋的填料。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种一体成型4D针织女鞋及其制作方法,与现有公知技术相比,本发明的具有如下有益效果:
1、全成型鞋面通过蒸汽定型的方式使得鞋面保持一定的造型,保证了鞋面的挺括度和美观度,全成型的鞋面设计可以直接作为鞋子在家中的客厅或卧式穿着,实用性和市场前景良好。
2、全成型鞋面取消了激光裁剪,减少了裁剪后的大量边角余料的浪费,从而降低了人工和材料成本,且配合自动化的编织一定程度上提高了生产率。
3、通过在鞋身与鞋头的相交处增加有弹力带的设计,可以方便脚穿入鞋内,且在脚穿入后使得鞋头更加贴合脚部,穿着更舒适。
4、所述鞋身的1路增加有10~30条纱线,起到加厚保暖的作用,可实现免去车鞋的填料,免去了填料的步骤,缩短了女鞋的制作流程。

实施例:
本实施例的一种一体成型4D针织女鞋,参照图1-5:包括鞋面1,鞋面1为全针织、全成型鞋面,鞋面有鞋头2、鞋身3、后跟4、鞋底5、封边6、弹力带7和鞋领口8组成,参照图3和4:鞋头2与后跟4飞织在鞋身3的前后两端,且连接处采用停针方式制作,以达到调节鞋身3微翘弧度,提高穿着舒适度的效果;弹力带7连接在鞋头2与鞋身3相交处,封边6设置在鞋头2的后端,且两端延伸至鞋身3的顶部,鞋领口8设置在后跟的顶部,且具有弹性,参照图5:所述鞋底5与所述鞋身3的连接处采用停针方式制作。
一种一体成型4D针织女鞋1的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
S1:编织准备,根据鞋面1花型及款式的工艺要求,选择不同的材料的编织线体;
S2:将相应的编织程序导入鞋面1机中,输入对应参数,编织出全成型鞋面1;
S3:对鞋面1进行整形、定型和固定;将编织出的全成型鞋面1套在鞋楦上,采用蒸汽进行整烫,整烫过程中对鞋面1花形进行调整和对位;
S4:对整烫后的全成型鞋面1进行空冷,冷却完成后取出鞋楦,形成全成型鞋面1成品。
鞋面1的编织线体是由涤纶、尼龙、锦纶、安纶、橡巾、包芯纱、 环保纱、防水纱、防火纱和防臭纱编织而成。
鞋面1上设计有提花、镂空、半镂空、嵌花、坑条和其他组织方式。

  1. 一种一体成型4D针织女鞋,其特征在于,包括鞋面,所述鞋面为全针织、全成型鞋面,所述鞋面有鞋头、鞋身、后跟、鞋底、鞋封边、弹力带和领口组成,所述鞋头与后跟分织在所述鞋身的前后两端,且连接处采用停针方式制作;所述弹力带连接在鞋头与鞋身相交处,所述封边设置在鞋头的后端,且两端延伸至鞋身的顶部,所述鞋底与所述鞋头的连接处采用停针方式制作,所述后跟的顶部设置有鞋领口。
  2. 一种一体成型4D针织女鞋的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
    S1:编织准备,根据鞋面花型及款式的工艺要求,选择不同的材料的编织线体;
    S2:将相应的编织程序导入鞋面机中,输入对应参数,编织出全成型鞋面;
