技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种插销式闭锁装置/插芯式闭锁装置/弹键式闭锁装置(Fallenverschluss),包括具有手柄、锁舌和锁的第一闭锁装置壳体和具有用于在锁上状态中接收所述锁舌的凹部的第二闭锁装置壳体。 
背景技术
插销式闭锁装置例如在窗、门或闸板中使用,以便使其保持在锁上位置中。插销式闭锁装置的一个闭锁装置壳体在此设置在位置固定的框架或类似装置上,另一个闭锁装置壳体设置在可运动的通常可摆动的框架上或门扇或窗扇上。在锁止状态中锁舌被接收在其中的闭锁装置壳体具有咬合部,由此,锁舌保持在锁上状态中。在所述状态中仅在抵抗弹簧力拉回锁舌之后才可打开可运动的框架、窗扇或门扇。借助于在锁止状态中使锁舌锁止的“鼻形构件”在锁上状态中进行锁止。

实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的目的在于,给出一种插销式闭锁装置,所述插销式闭锁装置一方面允许可靠锁止,另一方面允许紧急打开。 
为了实现所述目的,根据本实用新型,提出一种开头所述类型的插销式闭锁装置,该插销式闭锁装置包括具有手柄、锁舌和锁的第一闭锁装置壳体和具有用于在锁上状态中接收所述锁舌的凹部的第二闭锁装置壳体,其中,锁具有可通过对锁进行锁止和解锁而运动的止挡,所述止挡在锁止 状态中阻止手柄的打开。 
与公知的插销式闭锁装置不同,根据本实用新型,手柄取代锁舌被卡住。以此方式得到可靠的锁止,因为为了打开而需要运动的手柄不可抬起。另一方面,可进行紧急打开,其方式是至少可通过合适的打开工具抵抗弹簧力压回锁舌,以便打开插销式闭锁装置。 
根据本实用新型的插销式闭锁装置的一个扩展构型,锁可构造成弹子锁。优选止挡设置在弹子锁的处于内部的端部区段上,由此,所述弹子锁在锁打开或锁上时绕弹子的纵向轴线转动。 
如果止挡在锁被锁止时卡住手柄的由第一闭锁装置壳体遮盖的区段,则得到插销式闭锁装置的特别可靠的功能。锁的锁上状态在此不能从外部直接看出。 
为了提供更高的保护以免不期望的打开企图,可以提出,在根据本实用新型的插销式闭锁装置中,第一闭锁装置壳体和/或第二闭锁装置壳体可借助于固定机构、尤其是螺钉和螺母固定在框架或类似装置上,其中,固定机构设置在在锁止状态中不可拆下的盖下方。所述盖在此可这样构造和设置,使得所述盖仅可在打开状态中即在手柄转动或摆动时才可通达,由此可拆下所述盖。在拆下盖之后,所述盖使作为固定机构使用的螺钉以及螺母显露。但在锁上状态中即当手柄不抬高或向上摆动并且弹子锁被锁止时,固定机构不可通达,由此实现可靠的保护。 
在本实用新型的另一个构型中可提出,插销式闭锁装置具有至少一个信号机构、尤其是发光机构、尤其是发光二极管,所述信号机构指示状态信息。例如发光机构可指示打开状态,所述打开状态可通过发光的或不发光的发光二极管来指示。也可设置两个或多个这种发光机构,所述发光机构具有相同或不同的颜色,由此,第一颜色可指示插销式闭锁装置的锁上状态,第二颜色可指示打开状态。另外,例如以此方式可指示错误。

具体实施方式
在图1中以俯视图并且在图2中以剖面侧视图示出的插销式闭锁装置1包括手柄2、锁舌3,压簧4对所述锁舌进行加载,所述压簧使锁舌3运动到闭锁装置壳体6的咬合部5中。手柄2设置在第一闭锁装置壳体7上,所述第一闭锁装置壳体除了锁舌3之外还包括弹子锁8。在图1和图2中,插销式闭锁装置1已锁紧。 
闭锁装置壳体6借助于固定机构9设置在位置固定的框架上,闭锁装置壳体7借助于固定机构10安置在可摆动的框架上。 
弹子锁8包括止挡11,所述止挡相对于弹子锁8的纵向轴线呈直角设置并且在打开和锁上弹子锁8时可借助于钥匙转动90°或180°。在图2中所示的位置中,插销式闭锁装置1已锁止。止挡11卡住手柄2的处于内部的端部区段12,由此,所述手柄不可抬起或摆动并且由此不可打开。 
用于使第一闭锁装置壳体7或第二闭锁装置壳体6固定在框架或类似装置上的固定机构9、10处于盖13、14下方,在图1和图2中所示的锁止的位置中不可拆下所述盖。仅可在打开的解锁位置中拆下盖以及由此拆卸插销式闭锁装置1的部件。 
但为了在紧急状况中允许打开,锁舌3可通过合适的工具克服压簧的力后移,直到所述锁舌不再处于闭锁装置壳体6的咬合部5中,接着,即使弹子锁8以其止挡11卡住手柄的端部区段12,插销式闭锁装置1也可摆动。在插销式闭锁装置1中也可实现紧急解锁,因为在锁紧的状态中手柄2锁止,而锁舌3不锁止。 
图3和图4在解锁位置中示出了插销式闭锁装置1的俯视图以及剖面侧视图。在未被锁紧的状态中,手柄2向上摆动,由此,锁舌3由手柄2拉回,这就是说,所述锁舌在图4中处于右侧,由此,所述锁舌不再卡住闭锁装置壳体6的咬合部5。在所述位置中,手柄2可与整个闭锁装置壳体7抬起,由此,插销式闭锁装置1打开。在图4中所示的打开位置中,锁舌3处于右侧,在图2中所示的止动位置中,锁舌3处于左侧,而手柄2止动。

在图5中看到,闭锁装置壳体6在其外侧具有构造成发光二极管18的发光机构,但所述发光机构是可选用的。发光二极管指示插销式闭锁装置1的打开以及锁上或锁止状态。在闭锁装置壳体6中可设置有传感器,所述传感器对插销式闭锁装置1的打开状态进行检测并且传送给控制装置或类似装置。为此,闭锁装置壳体6在一个端部上具有螺塞19,用于连接相应的导线。 
作为替换方案或附加地可在闭锁装置壳体6内部设置有无线电模块(未示出),所述无线电模块被构造用于将信息尤其是插销式闭锁装置1的状态信息无线传输给接收器。以此方式,插销式闭锁装置1可以是自动生产线或类似设备的组成部分。

1.一种插销式闭锁装置(1),包括具有手柄(2)、锁舌(3)和锁的第一闭锁装置壳体(7)和具有用于在锁上状态中接收所述锁舌的凹部的第二闭锁装置壳体(6),其特征在于:所述锁具有能通过对所述锁进行锁止和解锁而运动的止挡(11),所述止挡在锁止状态中阻止所述手柄(2)的打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述锁构造成弹子锁(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述止挡(11)在所述锁被锁止时卡住所述手柄(2)的由所述第一闭锁装置壳体(7)遮盖的区段。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述第一闭锁装置壳体(7)和/或所述第二闭锁装置壳体(6)能借助于固定机构(9,10)固定在一框架上,其中,所述固定机构(9,10)设置在在锁止状态中不可拆下的盖(13,14)下方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述固定机构是螺栓和螺母。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述插销式闭锁装置具有至少一个信号机构,所述信号机构指示状态信息。
7.根据权利要求6所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述信号机构是发光机构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述发光机构是发光二极管(18)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:在至少一个闭锁装置壳体(6,7)中设置有用于检测所述插销式闭锁装置(1)和/或所述锁舌(3)的打开或锁上状态的传感器。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的插销式闭锁装置,其特征在于:所述插销式闭锁装置具有无线电模块,所述无线电模块被构造用于将信息无线传输给接收器。
