技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鞍座减震装置,更具体地说,是涉及一种安装在列车、罐车鞍座的减震装置。 
背景技术
目前,在公知技术中,用于载重车辆的鞍座减震装置,主要包括机座1和支座3,在支座3上没有减震件。2009年6月29日公开的中国实用新型专利(申请号为200920028396.5)公开了一种鞍座可举升牵引车,包括整车前悬挂、整车后悬挂,整车后悬挂连着鞍座举升系统。该牵引车在中驱动桥和后驱动桥桥壳下分别连接油气弹簧,当车辆行驶时,中驱动桥和后驱动桥将动力通过上、下推力杆传递给车架,油气弹簧起减震作用,但是,该结构适用于重型载重车,且结构较为复杂,成本较高。目前罐车型半挂车本身设计没有减震装置,而罐车通常是用于运输汽油、液化气等易燃易爆物质,当汽车在路况较差的情况下行驶时,由于路途颠簸,存在罐内液体震荡而爆炸的风险。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的为了克服上述已有技术存在的不足,提供一种安装方便、减震效果好、使用可靠的鞍座减震装置。  
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种鞍座减震装置,包括橡胶减震垫、支座、橡胶垫、支座压板,所述支座通过所述支座压板固定于机座内,在所述支座与所述机座之间增加所述橡胶减震垫,所述支座与所述支座压板之间增加所述橡胶垫。 
所述橡胶减震垫设计为与支座形状相适配的内凹槽。 
所述支座的表面全部被所述橡胶减震垫和所述橡胶垫包围。  
所述支座支板将所述橡胶减震垫和所述橡胶垫固定于所述机座内。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的鞍座减震装置,具有结构合理、安装方便,减震效果好、使用可靠的优点。可广泛应用于列车、罐车上。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式,并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型提供一种鞍座减震装置,包括机座1、橡胶减震垫2、支座3、橡胶垫4、支座压板5。支座3通过支 座压板5固定于机座1内。在支座3与机座1之间增加橡胶减震垫2,橡胶减震垫2设计为与支座3形状相适配的内凹槽,使整个支座3嵌入橡胶减震垫2内。支座3与支座压板5之间增加橡胶垫4。这样的话,支座2的表面全部被橡胶减震垫2和橡胶垫4包围。由于其减震装置采用橡胶材料制作的,因橡胶材料自身的特性,故而可达大幅度提高减震性能。因其是安装在机座1与支座压板5之间,而橡胶减震垫2和橡胶垫4受到良好的保护和约束,不至于变形、扭曲,并使得减震装置的耐久性有了保证。由于整个支座3的表面全部被橡胶减震垫2和橡胶垫4包围的形式,使整个减震形式变得更加柔和、安全、可靠,其减震效果不会因为列车、罐车等车辆的在行驶过程出现颠簸而发生较大的变化。

1.一种鞍座减震装置,包括橡胶减震垫、支座、橡胶垫、支座压板,所述支座通过所述支座压板固定于机座内,其特征在于:在所述支座与所述机座之间增加所述橡胶减震垫,所述支座与所述支座压板之间增加所述橡胶垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞍座减震装置,其特征在于:所述橡胶减震垫设计为与支座形状相适配的内凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的鞍座减震装置,其特征在于:所述支座的表面全部被所述橡胶减震垫和所述橡胶垫包围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鞍座减震装置,其特征在于:所述支座压板将所述橡胶减震垫和所述橡胶垫固定于所述机座内。
