背景技术
目前通用机化油器节气门控制装置一般采用复位弹簧,使发动机调速拉杆与化油器节气门摇臂孔不能紧密接触,发动机调速拉杆与化油器节气门摇臂孔之间的间隙较大,使化油器节气门过量关闭,使发动机的转速不稳定,在发动机调速拉杆在控制发动机转速时,使化油器节气门关闭的过量,导致发动机的转速稳定控制时间过长。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种防止化油器节气门过量关闭,使发动机的转速迅速稳定的通用机化油器节气门控制装置。 
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种通用机化油器节气门控制装置,包括化油器主体,其特征在于:所述化油器主体的节气门轴上安装一个反向扭簧,所述反向扭簧一端顶压在化油器主体上,另一端勾顶住节气门摇臂。
本实用新型通用机化油器节气门控制装置具有如下优点:采用在化油器的节气门轴上安装反向扭簧,使发动机调速拉杆与化油器节气门摇臂孔紧密接触,可消除发动机调速拉杆与化油器节气门摇臂孔之间的间隙,防止化油器节气门过量关闭,使发动机的转速稳定,在发动机调速拉杆在控制发动机转速时,不会使化油器节气门关闭的过量,同时,使发动机的转速稳定的控制时间缩短。

反向扭簧3可使化油器节气门保持打开,在发动机调速拉杆在控制发动机转速时,反向扭簧3使发动机调速拉杆与化油器节气门摇臂孔紧密接触,消除了发动机调速拉杆与化油器节气门摇臂孔之间的间隙,使节气门开度控制精确,发动机转速稳定,同时,反向扭簧3的力能够与发动机调速的力产生平衡,使发动机转速稳定的控制时间缩短。
