本实用新型涉及一种保温板,尤其涉及一种外墙用保温复合板。
背景技术
目前市场上现有的外墙真空隔热板,都是将芯材和吸气剂放入铝塑复合袋中,铝塑复合袋外表面覆有玻璃纤维布,然后抽取真空封装铝塑复合袋。由于所用的铝塑复合袋表面覆有玻璃纤维布,产品表面为光面结构,与粘结用的砂浆结合力较差,并且受施工操作及外力作用等因素的影响,该真空隔热板容易出现空鼓、脱落情况。此外,该真空隔热板在运输过程中也不免由于外力作用而发生破袋、漏气现象,产品的有效使用率低且存在一定安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种与砂浆结合力好,不易破袋漏气,隔热效果好的外墙用保温复合板。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种外墙保温复合板,包括真空隔热板,所述真空隔热板外包有无机保温壳。
本实用新型的技术效果是:本实用新型在真空隔热板外包有无机保温壳,无机保温壳表面为粗糙面,可有效增强保温板与粘结砂浆的粘结力,以及提高抵抗外力作用下真空保温板脱落、空鼓的能力,同时降低真空隔热袋在使用、运输及施工过程中产品的破损率。本实用新型由真空隔热板和无机保温壳组成,隔热效果好,运输、施工方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型一种外墙保温复合板,包括真空隔热板1,所述真空隔热板1外包有无机保温壳2,本实施例真空隔热板1由两种或两种以上保温材料(如:开孔珍珠岩颗粒、粉状二氧化硅、超细玻璃纤维材料、膨润土等)通过混合机进行均匀混合,然后烘干,另外添加吸气剂,利用模具,将混合材料压制成平整度高的保温芯材板,最后将成型的保温芯材板装入高阻燃的铝箔或镀铝膜的真空隔热袋内,利用真空机组抽取真空隔热袋内空气并进行封装而成;本实施例无机保温壳2的材料为发泡水泥或珍珠岩等无机保温材料。
本实施例无机保温壳2分为上壳体和下壳体,下壳体设有开放式凹槽,真空隔热板1位于下壳体设有的开放式凹槽内,然后上壳体与下壳体进行连结,将真空隔热板1密封在凹槽内。
安装本实用新型时,用普通的粘结砂浆采用点框法或条粘法粘贴在基层墙体上。
