本实用新型公开了一种外墙保温复合板,包括真空隔热板(1),所述真空隔热板(1)外包有无机保温材料构成的护壳(2);所述无机保温材料构成的护壳(2)的材料为珍珠岩,或玻化微珠,或陶瓷。本实用新型可有效增强保温板与粘结砂浆的粘结力,提高真空隔热板的抗空鼓、脱落的能力,同时降低真空隔热板在使用、运输及施工过程中产品的破损率,而且隔热效果好,运输、施工安全。

本实用新型涉及一种复合板,尤其涉及一种外墙保温复合板。
背景技术
目前市场上现有的外墙保温板采用真空隔热板,所述真空隔热板是将芯材和吸气剂放入铝塑复合袋中,铝塑复合袋外表面覆有玻璃纤维布,然后抽取真空并封装铝塑复合袋。由于所用的铝塑复合袋表面覆有玻璃纤维布,产品表面为光面结构,与粘结用的砂浆结合力较差,并且受施工操作及外力作用等因素的影响,真空隔热板易出现空鼓、脱落情况。此外,该真空隔热板在运输过程中也不免由于外力作用而发生破袋、漏气现象,产品的有效使用率低且存在一定安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种与砂浆结合力好,不易破袋漏气,隔热效果好的外墙保温复合板。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种外墙保温复合板,包括真空隔热板,所述真空隔热板外覆有无机保温材料构成的护壳。
上述无机保温材料构成的护壳的材料为珍珠岩,或玻化微珠,或陶瓷。
本实用新型的技术效果是:本实用新型外墙保温复合板是在真空隔热板基础上外覆有无机保温材料构成的护壳,无机保温材料构成的护壳表面为粗糙面,可有效增强保温板与粘结砂浆的粘结力,提高真空隔热板的抗空鼓、脱落的能力,同时降低真空隔热板在使用、运输及施工过程中产品的破损率。本实用新型由真空隔热板和无机保温材料构成的护壳组成,隔热效果好,运输、施工安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型一种外墙保温复合板,包括真空隔热板1,所述真空隔热板1外覆有一体的无机保温材料构成的护壳2,所述无机保温材料构成的护壳2的材料为珍珠岩,或玻化微珠,或陶瓷材料。珍珠岩重量轻,隔音,隔热性能好,被广泛用于建筑工业上;玻化微珠具有优异的绝热、防火、吸音性能;陶瓷材料属于热的绝缘体,且比金属和高分子更耐高温和腐蚀性环境。
本实用新型生产采用一体浇筑或挤压方式用无机保温材料将真空隔热板进行包覆,具有生产工艺简单,成本低的优点。本实施例真空隔热板1由保温材料(如:岩棉、开孔珍珠岩颗粒、粉状二氧化硅、超细玻璃纤维材料、膨润土等)利用模具,压制成平整度高的保温芯材板,最后将成型的保温芯材板装入高阻燃的铝箔或镀铝膜的真空隔热袋内,利用真空机组抽取真空隔热袋内空气并进行封装而成。
安装本实用新型时,用普通的粘结砂浆直接粘贴在基层墙体上即可。
