Abstract

凹凸型真空保温板,主要由保温芯材板、铝箔真空隔热袋组成,其特征在于将无机保温材料(珍珠岩颗粒,玻化微珠,粉煤灰,粉状二氧化硅,气凝胶,超细玻璃纤维等)或有机保温材料(开孔聚氨酯泡沫、开孔聚苯乙烯泡沫等)通过混合机进行均匀混合,然后烘干,另外添加吸气剂,利用特殊模具,将材料压制成具有凹凸表面结构的保温芯材板,最后将成型的保温芯材板装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋内,利用真空机组抽取袋内空气进行封装而成,同现有技术相比,本实用新型由于采用了凹凸表面构造,可增强保温板与粘结砂浆的握裹力,可以弥补因粘结砂浆配制因素而造成的粘结力降低,以及提高抵抗外力作用下保温板空鼓、脱落的能力。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑材料,尤其涉及一种凹凸型真空保温板。 
背景技术
目前市场上类似的保温板均为光面构造,通过专用粘结砂浆与基层粘贴,受粘结砂浆配制及施工操作及外力作用等因素的影响,在交付使用之后,保温板空鼓、脱落情况时有发生。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种握裹力强的、绿色环保、保温效果突出的外墙真空保温新型高科技板材。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:凹凸型真空保温板,主要由保温芯材板、铝箔真空隔热袋组成,其特征在于铝箔真空隔热袋内装有成型的保温芯材板,将无机保温材料(珍珠岩颗粒,玻化微珠,粉煤灰,粉状二氧化硅,气凝胶,超细玻璃纤维等)或有机保温材料(开孔聚氨酯泡沫、开孔聚苯乙烯泡沫等)通过混合机进行均匀混合,然后烘干,另外添加吸气剂,利用特殊模具,将材料压制成具有凹凸表面结构的保温芯材板,最后将成型的保温芯材板装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋内,利用真空机组抽取袋内空气进行封装而成。 
同现有技术相比,本实用新型由于采用了凹凸表面构造,可增强保温板与粘结砂浆的握裹力,可以弥补因粘结砂浆配制因素而造成的粘结力降低,以及提高抵抗外力作用下保温板空鼓、脱落的能力。

具体实施方式
将无机保温材料(珍珠岩颗粒,玻化微珠,粉煤灰,粉状二氧化硅,气凝胶,超细玻璃纤维等)或有机保温材料(开孔聚氨酯泡沫、开孔聚苯乙烯泡沫等)通过混合机进行均匀混合,然后烘干,另外添加吸气剂,利用特殊模具,将材料压制成具有凹凸表面结构的保温芯材板(1),最后将成型的保温芯材板装入高阻燃的铝箔真空隔热袋(2)内,利用真空机组抽取袋内空气进行封装而成。 
上述保温芯材板含吸气剂。 
安装时,用专用的粘结砂浆采用点框法或条粘法粘贴在基层墙体上。
