背景技术
染整机械定形机的工作部件安装在出布导轨上，现有的加工方法是分别加工内外轨道，再将各个工作部件装配到导轨上，安装时需要调整两根轨道的水平和一致性，安装完毕后在运输过程中还会发生部件移位，需要重新调整导轨。给安装和调试比较麻烦，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种整体出布轨道。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种整体出布轨道，包括内轨道和外轨道，其特征在于：所述内轨道和外轨道之间通过横梁固定连接成一个整体。
本实用新型使将内外轨道连接成一个整体进行加工，从而保证了后续的其他工作部件安装时不必再进行导轨的调整，省时省力。设备运输安装也不需专门调整两根轨道的水平和一致性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种整体出布轨道，包括内轨道1和外轨道2，所述内轨道1和外轨道2之间通过横梁3固定连接成一个整体。
轨道加工时进行整体加工，保证安装平面能够固定下来，安装其他工作部件时不必再专门进行导轨调整。
