Abstract

本发明公开了一种机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法,利用卧式加工中心在同工位上加工床鞍上安装丝杠的孔、与电机支架的结合面及定位销孔,利用立式加工中心在同工位上加工电机支架上安装丝杠的孔、与床鞍的结合面及定位销孔。安装丝杠前将床鞍端面与电机支架端面靠合并装入销,即可利用轴承在床鞍和电机支架上安装丝杠。本方法具有简便、省时省力、效率高、精度好的优点。

机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装方法,特别是一种机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法。
背景技术
机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的方向称为X向,在X向上的丝杠一端安装在床鞍上,另一端安装在电机支架上,其中床鞍可沿床身纵向滑动。由于床鞍和电机支架是两体部件,在该两体部件上安装的X向丝杠是设备的关键部件之一,它的安装精度的好坏直接影响了机床的加工精度和使用寿命。以往安装前,需要在床鞍和电机支架上的丝杠安装孔内均穿上检验棒,找好前后孔的同心后,加工定位销孔并装入定位销,然后再安装丝杠,不仅需要专用的检验工装和器具,还浪费了大量的时间,而且精度保证的不好;数控机床上流水线后,这个问题显的尤为突出,根本满足不了流水线节拍要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种简便、提高安装精度、省时省力的机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法,步骤如下:
⑴、利用卧式加工中心镗削床鞍上的丝杠的安装孔之后,利用卧式加工中心同工位铣削床鞍与电机支架相结合的床鞍端面,保证床鞍端面与床鞍上丝杠安装孔中心线的垂直要求,然后利用卧式加工中心同工位加工床鞍销孔,保证床鞍销孔与床鞍端面之间的垂直及销孔定位精度要求;
⑵、利用立式加工中心镗削电机支架上的丝杠的安装孔之后,利用立式加工中心同工位铣削电机支架与床鞍相结合的电机支架端面,保证电机支架端面与电机支架上丝杠安装孔中心线的垂直要求,然后利用立式加工中心同工位加工电机支架销孔,保证电机支架销孔与电机支架端面之间的垂直及销孔定位精度要求;
⑶、安装丝杠前将床鞍端面与电机支架端面靠合并装入销,即可利用轴承在床鞍和电机支架上安装丝杠。
本发明的机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法,非常简便,减少了安装时的工装,省时省力,提高了工作效率,大大提高了加工精度和安装精度。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示:17为床身,3是设置在床身17上方的可沿床身滑动的床鞍,1是与床鞍3结合在一起的电机支架。7为X向的丝杠,丝杠7的一端通过组合轴承9、法兰盘8、调整螺母11安装在电机支架1上,与丝杠7相配的丝母4通过丝母座5与滑板6连接,
步骤如下:
⑴、利用卧式加工中心镗削床鞍3上的丝杠7的安装孔(附图未画)之后,利用卧式加工中心同工位铣削床鞍3与电机支架1相结合的床鞍端面12,保证床鞍端面12与床鞍3上丝杠安装孔中心线的垂直要求,然后利用卧式加工中心同工位加工床鞍销孔13,保证床鞍销孔13与床鞍端面12之间的垂直及销孔定位精度要求;
⑵、利用立式加工中心镗削电机支架1上的丝杠7的安装孔14之后,利用立式加工中心同工位铣削电机支架1与床鞍3相结合的电机支架端面15,保证电机支架端面15与电机支架1上丝杠安装孔中心线的垂直要求,然后利用立式加工中心同工位加工电机支架销孔16,保证电机支架销孔16与电机支架端面15之间的垂直及销孔定位精度要求;
⑶、安装丝杠前将床鞍端面12与电机支架端面15靠合并装入销2,即可利用轴承按常规的安装方式在床鞍3和电机支架1上安装丝杠7。
本方法具有简便、省时省力、效率高、精度好的优点。

Claims (1)

1.一种机加工设备中垂直于床身纵向的丝杠安装方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
⑴、利用卧式加工中心镗削床鞍(3)上的丝杠(7)的安装孔之后,利用
卧式加工中心同工位铣削床鞍(3)与电机支架(1)相结合的床鞍端面(12),保证床鞍端面(12)与床鞍(3)上丝杠安装孔中心线的垂直要求,然后利用卧式加工中心同工位加工床鞍销孔(13),保证床鞍销孔(13)与床鞍端面(12)之间的垂直及销孔定位精度要求;
⑵、利用立式加工中心镗削电机支架(1)上的丝杠(7)的安装孔之后,
利用立式加工中心同工位铣削电机支架(1)与床鞍(3)相结合的电机支架端面(15),保证电机支架端面(15)与电机支架(1)上丝杠安装孔中心线的垂直要求,然后利用立式加工中心同工位加工电机支架销孔(16),保证电机支架销孔(16)与电机支架端面(15)之间的垂直及销孔定位精度要求;
⑶、安装丝杠前将床鞍端面(12)与电机支架端面(15)靠合并装入销(2),即可利用轴承在床鞍(3)和电机支架(1)上安装丝杠(7)。
