Description A Motor Assembly Fixture Technical Field The invention relates to a motor assembly fixture. Background Technology As the silicon-steel sheet sets between motor stator and rotor will generate inter-attraction because of magnetism, assembly of motor stator and rotor will easily cause the damage of rotor, and the work efficiency is low. Invention Content The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a motor assembly fixture which is convenient for assembling motor stator and rotor with high work efficiency. In order to solve above mentioned technical problems, the invention adopts technical proposals as follows: a motor assembly fixture, comprising a bottom board and a vertical board, a back end cover locating base is installed on said bottom board, a lifting device is installed on said vertical board, a rotor fixing base is installed on said lifting device, said rotor fixing base is located right above said back end cover locating base. Preferably, said lifting device comprises a lead screw and a support which cooperate with each other, said lead screw is vertically installed on said vertical board, said rotor fixing base is fixed on said support. Preferably, a spring casing is installed in said rotor fixing base, the side wall of said rotor fixing base is provided with puller bolt, the front end of said puller bolt presses against the outer side of said spring casing. As above mentioned technical proposals are adopted, the invention is convenient for assembling the motor stator and rotor with high work efficiency, and has advantages of simple structure, convenient for use and low cost. Figure Description Figure 1 is a structure schematic diagram for the motor assembly fixture of the invention. Figure 2 is a side view for the motor assembly fixture of the invention. Specific Implement Way The specific implement way of the invention is further described as follows with combination of the attached figures. Shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 is the motor assembly fixture of the invention, comprising a bottom board 1 and a vertical board 2, a back end cover locating base 3 is installed on said bottom board 1, a lifting device is installed on said vertical board 2, a rotor fixing base 4 is installed on said lifting device, said rotor fixing base 4 is located right above said back end cover locating base 3, said lifting device comprises a lead screw 5 and a support 6 which cooperate with each other, said lead screw 5 is vertically installed on said vertical board 2, said rotor fixing base 4 is fixed on said support 6. A spring casing 7 is installed in said rotor fixing base 4, the side wall of said rotor 1 fixing base 4 is provided with a puller bolt 8, the front end of said puller bolt 8 presses against the outer side of said spring casing 7. When assembling, firstly rotor component is press-mounted, the protruding part out of the shaft is fixed in the spring cashing 7 of the rotor fixing base 4, the handle (puller bolt 8) is locked. The rotor component is placed into the back end cover fixing base 3 after combined with the back end cover. The drive motor of the lead screw 5 rotates clockwise to press the rotor fixing base 4 together with the rotor component into the stator via the lead screw 5, then the mounting screw of the motor is tightened. The drive motor of the lead screw 5 rotates anticlockwise to drop out the support 6 and the rotor fixing base 4, then the press-mounting is finished. 2
Claims (3)
1. A motor assembly fixture, wherein: comprising a bottom board (1) and a vertical board (2), a back end cover locating base (3) is installed on said bottom board (1), a lifting device is installed on said vertical board (2), a rotor fixing base (4) is installed on said lifting device, said rotor fixing base (4) is located right above said back end cover locating base (3).
2. The motor assembly fixture according to claim 1, wherein: said lifting device comprises a lead screw (5) and a support (6) which cooperate with each other, said lead screw (5) is vertically installed on said vertical board (2), said rotor fixing base (4) is fixed on said support (6).

The motor assembly fixture according to claim 1, wherein: a spring casing (7) is installed in said rotor fixing base (4), the side wall of said rotor fixing base (4) is provided with a puller bolt (8), the front end of said puller bolt (8) presses against the outer side of said spring casing (7). 3
