新能源汽车动力电池组,包括壳体、单体电池、散热管、连接板和连接螺丝,单体电池排列设置在壳体内,单体电池通过连接螺丝与连接板固定,各个单体电池通过连接板联在一起,壳体内填充相变材料,相变材料中埋设散热管,散热管顶端位于壳体外侧。
所述的相变材料为高热容材料。
所述的散热管内装有冷却液。
所述的散热管呈蛇形结构设计。
所述的连接板采用铜板制成。

新能源汽车动力电池组,如图1、图2所示,包括壳体1、单体电池2、散热管4、连接板6和连接螺丝3,单体电池2排列设置在壳体1内,单体电池2通过连接螺丝3与连接板6固定,连接板6采用铜板制成,各个单体电池2通过连接板6联在一起,壳体1内填充相变材料5,相变材料5中埋设散热管4,散热管4顶端位于壳体1外侧。相变材料5为高热容材料。散热管4内装有冷却液,散热管4呈蛇形结构设计。

1.新能源汽车动力电池组,其特征在于,包括壳体、单体电池、散热管、连接板和连接螺丝,单体电池排列设置在壳体内,单体电池通过连接螺丝与连接板固定,各个单体电池通过连接板联在一起,壳体内填充相变材料,相变材料中埋设散热管,散热管顶端位于壳体外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车动力电池组,其特征在于,所述的相变材料为高热容材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车动力电池组,其特征在于,所述的散热管内装有冷却液。
