本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池,尤其是涉及一种可以减少污染的环保型蓄电池。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池的规格和品种很多,用途很广。如充电灯、电动车、汽车等都需要用到。长期以来,铅酸蓄电池的污染问题比较严重,也难解决,铅酸蓄电池的结构是在电池槽内装上极板,注入稀酸液,用盖密封,但是由于稀酸液在电池槽内要起电化反应,会产生废气和废液,如不及时收集废液,就会造成环境污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述蓄电池对人类产生的污染问题,提供一种设计合理,结构简单的环保型铅酸蓄电池。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由蓄电池壳体及设于壳体内的电池槽所组成,电池槽由隔板将其隔开,电池槽内设有极板,在电池槽上设有电池槽盖和注液孔。在蓄电池壳体内的电池槽的下方设有废液收集腔,废液收集腔通过电池槽隔板上方的流液孔与电池槽相通。废液收集腔的上方也设有废液导出口,并用小盖密封。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点。本实用新型在蓄电池壳体内设置废液收集腔,其目的是为了防止污染,由于稀酸液在电池槽内要起电化反应,会产生废气和废液,如不及时收集废液,就会造成环境污染,所以把废收集起来,就能减少废液的污染。
本实用新型适用于铅酸蓄电池。

如图所示,本实用新型主要由蓄电池壳体1及设于壳体1内的电池槽2所组成,电池槽2由隔板3将其隔开,电池槽2内设有极板4,在电池槽2上设有电池槽盖5和注液孔6。在蓄电池壳体1内的电池槽2的下方设有废液收集腔10,废液收集腔10通过电池槽隔板3上方的流液孔7与电池槽2相通。废液收集腔10的上方也设有废液导出口9,并用小盖8密封。
本实用新型适用于铅酸蓄电池。

1.一种环保型铅酸蓄电池,由蓄电池壳体(1)及设于壳体(1)内的电池槽(2)所组成,电池槽(2)由隔板(3)将其隔开,电池槽(2)内设有极板(4),在电池槽(2)上设有电池槽盖(5)和注液孔(6),其特征在于在蓄电池壳体(1)内的电池槽(2)的下方设有废液收集腔(10),废液收集腔(10)通过电池槽隔板(3)上方的流液孔(7)与电池槽(2)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于废液收集腔(10)的上方设有废液导出口(9),并用小盖(8)密封。
