技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池,尤其是涉及一种设有贮废液槽的环保型铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池的结构主要是由铅锡合金的极板及置于极板间的酸液所组成,由于酸液容易外溢,所以,蓄电池都采用密封,在盖子上设有导气孔,用于酸气排放。这种结构的缺点是酸气或酸水排出会产生污染,而蓄电池的的结构没有酸水回收的装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述铅酸蓄电池所存在的缺点,提供一种设计合理的设有贮废液槽的环保型蓄电池。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由铅酸蓄电池的壳体及设于壳体内的铅锡合金的极板所组成,在极板间设有稀硫酸液,在壳体内设有蓄电池上盖,在壳体内设有极板槽,在极板槽内装的极板和稀硫酸液,在极板槽的上方设有注液孔,注液孔上设有小盖,在极板槽的下方设有贮废液槽,贮废液槽与极板槽之间设有流液孔,在贮废液槽内设有吸液棉和碱性物。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和进步。(1)设计合理。本实用新型在极板槽的下方设置贮废液槽,将原来要从注液孔溢出的酸性物质在壳体内部回收,减少了对空气和大地的污染。(2)结构简单。本实用新型的结构不会影响原来的设计功率。
本实用新型适用于铅酸蓄电池。

如图所示,本实用新型主要由铅酸蓄电池的壳体1及设于壳体1内的铅锡合金的极板6所组成,在极板6间设有稀硫酸液,在壳体1内设有蓄电池上盖2,在壳体1内设有极板槽5,在极板槽5内装的极板6和稀硫酸液,在极板槽5的上方设有注液孔4,注液孔4上设有小盖3,在极板槽5的下方设有贮废液槽7,贮废液槽7与极板槽5之间设有流液孔9,在贮废液槽7内设有吸液棉和碱性物8。
本实用新型适用于铅酸蓄电池。
