本实用新型公开了一种锂离子电池盖板,包括导流片、绝缘片、极柱、盖板基片和铆钉,所述铆钉将导流片、极柱和盖板基片铆接为一体,所述绝缘片位于极柱与盖板基片、导流片与盖板基片之间,起到绝缘作用,所述导流片为钥匙状结构。本实用新型通过对导流片的设计,导流片和盖板基片一体化,减少了工时的消耗,提高了生产效率,易实现自动化,同时本实用新型起到固定了导流片的尺寸折向,可防止导流片与锂离子壳体接触造成短路的情况出现。

[0002] 锂离子电池已被广泛应用于MP3、手机、数码相机、电动工具、电动车等移动产品。以圆柱锂离子电池为例,包括壳体、卷芯和盖板。卷芯包括正极片、隔膜、负极片,通过隔膜隔离正极片、负极片卷绕为一体,其中卷芯顶部有正极片箔材伸出部分,底部有负极片箔材伸出部分。卷芯位于壳体内部,由盖板焊接密封形成电池。现有的盖板常常有导流片与壳体接触造成短路情况,同时现有的导流片和盖板,加工消耗时间长。为了克服这一缺陷,现提供一种改进方案。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种锂离子电池盖板,其特征在于,所述导流片(I)具有环状端(7)、连接段(8)和圆弧端(9),连接段(8)两端分别连接环状端(7)与圆弧端(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种锂离子电池盖板,其特征在于,所述导流片(I)的圆弧端(9)的直径为盖板直径的4/5。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种锂离子电池盖板,其特征在于,所述导流片(I)的连接段(8)为长方形,连接段(8)的长度为盖板直径的4/5。
